Dårligste hotel jeg har været på længe. Meget misvedligeholdt og Ingen mulighed for morgenmad. Pool og gym i elendig stand.

No hot water , even when we change the room, no hot water at all . The "gym" is a joke , 1 dumbel 10kg maximum, and midle-age machine useless, and outside (45°) The room size is like the size of my bathroom

Need to be fix and up greated lot off furniture damage carpet broken ,also in the pool ladder broken and tiles broke Internet very bad after complain not fixed locks of every 3 min

Mattress was like a concrete slab. The hotel is outdated and unsafe in places such as swimming pool slide. Location was great

Pas de petit déjeuner servi. La piscine était verte. L’intérieure de la salle de bain vieillie mal. Internet instable et se déconnecte trop souvent.

En famille pour visiter Singapour. Les chambres sont petites mais ultra-fonctionnelles, très modernes et parfaitement propres. La piscine est elle aussi petite, mais les enfants ont adoré le toboggan. L'hotel est idéalement placé pour se promener le long du fleuve, se déplacer en métro, ou encore marcher vers ChinaTown. Très bon rapport qualité prix

It was what it was Lacked ventilation and the smell of damp and visible signs of mould was a concern If the Ac in the room was off it just sweated like nothing I’ve ever seen Extraction system in the bathroom didn’t work The mould was incredible the only way to remove the sweat was leave ac on which also gave concern to the quality of air it would of been out putting We left the windows open and just spent as little time in the room as possible As for the pool area around was clean old but clean the pool was green tint and by end of stay was well green the water that flowed into from a water full feature was bright green just unbelievable A total revamp needed or at least chlorine Would never recommend my thoughts would be remove it from your list I f hotels until improvements confirmed Thanks

Don't expect luxurious rooms or superb service. However, for the price and location it is a great choice. The pool is quite small but there are some sun chairs and it offers good views to the river. The rooms lack soundproofing so it is recommended to bring earplugs for sleeping. I would recommend the hotel if you would like to stay near the river at a reasonable price. I don't think they offer brakfast but you can buy breakfast from a nearby hotel. We bought breakfast through Eatery from M Social Hotel.

Fabulous riverciew and nice pool and outdoor gym. The room had a lot of shelf/table space to make it feel spacious.

It is an unique circular old building located at the city centre and next to a mall. Very convenient with free parking. Room is definitely small but enough for short stay. Pool facility is an added point for this small hotel. Walking distance to public transport MRT. Bars and restaurants are nearby with 24-hour convenient store.

The room needs major clean up.

Apart from its location in Robertson Quay, this hotel is a letdown. The property is run down with peeling wall coverings, and the room is not clean with a musty, outdated smell. Housekeeping is practically non-existent, supplying only two toothbrushes, two shower caps, a roll of toilet paper, two thin gray towels (which were supposed to be white), one floor mat, and a wall-mounted dispenser for an all-in-one washing solution. To top it off, they used a broom to sweep the room floor instead of vacuuming. Overall, wouldn’t recommend

I do not recommend this property. It is run down, there are stains on the carpet, marks on the wall, the floor creaks and needs repairs, the staff were disinterested on check in, unhelpful when we asked about amenities in the area, the bathroom had mold and the room looked onto a wall. Like literally a wall. They wanted to charge a SG$5 deposit for a second room key. It shouldn’t be featured on Wotif. Other guests we talked to shared the same opinion. It would have been nice back when first built. Suitable for backpackers only.

My room was dirty, mattress like a rock and terrible sheets and towels

Matratze durchgelegen, Bettwäsche nicht so sauber, Duschtücher waren fast durchsichtig so oft gewaschen, Fugen im Bad schimmlig. Preis- Leistung stimmt nicht

前に宿泊した人が使用したと思われる歯ブラシがシャワー室に置いてあった。

何度も宿泊してますが、バスタオルがとても古く薄い。だんだんひどくなっています。安いからかよく流行っているので投資しないのか。 また机と椅子の高さが合わず、机も狭い。 ただ寝るだけなら問題ないホテルです

The hotel’s location close to the river offers a nice view, but unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The rooms are quite dated and not well-maintained. The Wi-Fi is incredibly slow, which was frustrating and made it difficult to stay connected. The 2 towels provided were old, gray and worn out. The hotel simply doesn’t offer good value for the price.

Very clean with an excellent location along the river near Clarke Quay. Rooms are a little beat up but clean.

Rooms are clean but extremely small. Our room was absolutely freezing and AC could not be adjusted. Shower was lukewarm. A plus: Nice location right by the river!

I booked expecting i get a good place and views as shown in the picture but when i arrive they put us in a no views room and in the next day which i complain then they put us in the 5th floor and seems okay already but the worst is the internet connection is very terrible. My suggestion double check when you booked to this property.

no frills stay literally. Cleanliness is passable Hotel looks dated although they say some refurbishment done. AC is way too cold and the thermostat doesnt seem to work. its the same be it 20 or 28 degrees but its too cold. so had to swtich off the AC half way through. Tv is also time for upgrade. I don't think it even qualify for the trade in.

The worst internet in SE ASIA, check out his 12:00 but at 11:59 they lock your card so you're trying to get out of your room you have to go back down four or six or eight floors to get your key reactivated and then threatened that they will charge you if you're not out in 15 minutes

The wifi reception was terrible,had it at 2-3 bars and the connection was very intermittent and the spacing and size of the bathroom was quite awkward. There wasn't even a rack to hang out clothes at the back of the bathroom door. There was a group of girls who woke us up in the middle of the night with so much shouting and loud voices.

Although the room we booked, standard double, showed views from a window the room we were give had plastic covering over them so no views whatsoever. We had to pay 40 dollars more for an upgrade. The upgrade was exactly the same but with a view. The room was cleaned daily, the staff courteous.

This is a hotel for business people on short trips, one person only in my view, you may get a double bed but the rooms are just to small and the bathroom if you can call it that was minuscule, there’s no wardrobe. I guess it’s a place to get your head down if your on a low budget, you wouldn’t want to spend time there

Great location and walking distance from boat/clark quay. For a short stay, this offers good value for money, though would be tough for more than a few nights. Room/bathroom v small. Mattess incredibly firm, like harder than a couch.

No window

Slow, poor service from grumpy front desk associates. Hotel was always spartan but is now really beat up and in need of renovation. The mattresses need to be replaced.

Internet was not stable and the staff could be a bit more friendlier. One more thing is the timing of the check-in it seems they will only allow you to check-in on the dot even if its just a few mins from the time stated. That is the first time I encountered such a policy.

It was decent, we got adjoining rooms but smelled heavily like cigarettes. They relocated us really quick which was great night staff. Rooms are small but we only needed them to sleep. Pretty much on Clarke Quay and can walk to parks and restaurants. The part that i didn't like is i had to call my bank "international toll free on website" but upon check out they said it cost $50 singapore dollars. I tried explaining its toll free and showed them but day staff just kept adding numbers on a calculator and saying "see correct" we had to leave to the airport and i didnt want to waste my time explaining. Would not stay again or recommend.

Great service. When issues arise, they endeavour to help resolve right away. I am very impressed with them.

Great location, close to quay. Room was clean. Staff are not very friendly or helpful. We had no hot water and staff said it was normal because it rained... We had to complain several times before they organised someone to look at it. Managed to get it 'warm' for one night, cold again in the morning. No compensation or different room offered. We would never stay again.

It would be nice if the front counter receptionists are more welcoming, pleasant, polite, and friendly. I am a tourist from a friendly country, and seeing a face at the reception with a blank, unhappy face makes me feel unwelcome. This is something Singapore needs to improve. It looks as if they are not happy working there. Also, charging an additional fee for early check-in is something I have never come across anywhere else in my years of travel. This is something the management to look into to change this policy.

Very rude front desk staff. He never made eye contact with me. He put me in a terrible room that stunk of smoke with no view and filthy windows. I asked for a different room. The front desk person lsaid they were sold out - on Expedia there were at least 30 rooms available. Do not stay here.

Nice and plain hotel and room. All you need in the center of Singapore. Great and welcoming service.

The location with that price was great. Could walk to Clark Quay and China Town. Walking along the river nearby was very nice. There are many many places to eat and drink around though things are expensive in that area. The room was very small, and the bed which was said to be Queen size was actually Double size, I think.

The hotel is located fairly close to a MRT subway station. The room was small but comfortable. There is no control of the room temperature as it’s set by the hotel. I had to ask for an extra blanket. Hawker centers are not within walking distance from the hotel. Restaurants around the hotel are pricey when you compare with the rate of the hotel room you are paying. The hotel is dated and needs improvements for what it charges for a room.

We liked the location of this property, along the Singapore River, very walkable and close to entertainment and transportation. The property itself is a little out dated and could use modernization, but is clean and staff is friendly. We recommend this property if you do not want to spend all your vacation dollars on the accommodations.

Great river view, convenient location.

Very close to metro, nice little pool, plenty of places to eat within a short walk. The rooms were small but thats Singapore.

A place I’ve stayed at before I like as it’s easy to get to via public transport from Airport also it’s well connected to walk from Roberson to Clarke quay definitely staying here again

Good location and great value for its price. Close to metro so easy access.

Checking in was smooth . Room clean , shower good and strong . Aircon strong too . Hot water pot and coffee tea basic . TV don’t waste time nothing much. Rather old . Room was cleaned everyday . Nearby amenities 7-11 -UE Square , restaurants . Lots of cafes and pubs near by . Will visit again

Good location near the major spots in Clarke Quay.

This is a 2 star hotel with super small rooms. Contact with hotel difficult, they hardly respond and don’t answer questions. No airport pickup or shuttle, although they say have. No breakfast available and overall state from hotel is old and bad, desperately needs renovation. After checkin and see rooms the family was very disappointed because of the mini size and the bad smell in rooms, probably smoked in room. Big family discussion as they wanted to leave immediately and book a decent hotel, Unfortunately this wasn’t possible during Christmas/new year and had to stay. We left morning early (to get breakfast..) and came back late to avoid time staying in this hotel. A double room in this hotel with connecting door is way too small for 4 persons from which 2 were children, i hadn’t see the size and was tricked by the photo pictures. Swimming pool soso, chairs, tables damaged and everything old, not taken care off. The blue paint from water sliding is damaged so children got some cuts in their legs. Small plus are the cleaning people, they were friendly and helpful Not recommendable this hotel, for this price anything else is better. Be careful, you are warned!

MRT is about 15 minutes walking distance, no food court or food centre, shopping centre, and convenience store in surrounding areas. Asking for room slippers and was told for extra charge

低層階は虫（小さなアリ）が出るとのことでデラックスルームを予約。同伴者がスタンダードに宿泊したところやはり虫が出たとのこと。私の部屋には小さなハエみたいなのが3匹ぐらいでした。 朝食はありません。 朝9時には清掃のドアノックがあります。（起こさないで札を出しておかないと面倒くさいです） 冷房は効きすぎるのでいつもオフでした。 それでも寒く寝る時少々つらかったです。 冷蔵庫はもはや冷凍庫化していて１リットルの水を近くのセブンイレブンで買って入れていたところ３日目にシャリシャリになってました。 アメニティは歯ブラシと歯磨き粉、シャワールームにボディソープのみ。シャンプー、リンス、髭剃り、などいっさいありません。 タオルは薄いバスタオルのみです。 フロントでもめているお客さんも何人かいらっしゃいました。 おそらく、どんなに安くてもここに宿泊することはないでしょう。

The area was convenient to restaurants in the evening. Finding a place for breakfast was a hike. The room was small but efficient. Bed was pretty hard. Room was very clean. Close to MRT which was easy to use with a tourist pass.

Stated capabilities were not available. No laundry service as advertised. Key card said breakfast but there was none. There was no door on the bathroom and no soap included. Overall quality of the room such as bed and towels and other items was very poor and disappointing. Photos were misleading.
