The House, An Autograph Collection All-Inclusive Resort - Adults Only

My husband and I stayed here for his birthday. If you’re looking for a VERY quiet stay here is the place to be. If not and you prefer activities & nightly entertainment try somewhere else. For us that was the only downside to this hotel, we’re well travelled and expected “adult only hotel” = entertainment, late nights, music etc. Even the bar that’s usually a lively atmosphere was silent and most guests went to bed early. Nevertheless the property itself and rooms were on point, the beach was footsteps away which we preferred to the pool, its rocky in the beginning but once you get past that there’s sand. They provide a ferry to other sister hotels if you want a change in scenery and also Treasure hotel a few footsteps away you can have dinner at no extra cost, we had his birthday dinner there and had some fun, there was a guy singing guests favorite songs and dancing. The House staff were f’in amazing and knew our name after 2days. The warm welcome from the receptionist can’t remember her name (glasses), Tupac who answered any questions we had or help we needed, Ms Pat the omelet Queen, Agnes who always made sure we were good, Ria, Sophie, Shantelle, Terry, Rawle, Devere the Barman that we hung out at the bar with at night and had great conversations, the Spa girls, housekeepers and the associates who’s names I don’t remember, thank you. You all made our stay enjoyable, we came as guests and left as family. To the Owners/Mgrs you have an amazing team they deserve a raise!!!

“My recent stay at The House was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make our stay memorable. The property was beautiful, well-maintained, and offered a relaxing atmosphere. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The food was excellent, with a variety of different options offered each night. One of the highlights was the complimentary water taxi service, which allowed us to visit and explore other properties. The beach was very enjoyable. The only downside was that there were quite a few rocks in some areas, but don’t let that stop you from having a great time. For those looking for a different beach experience, a short taxi ride to Boatyard Beach Club is well worth it. For about $40 USD, you get access to a beautiful beach along with snorkeling and other amenities. Overall, The House provided an outstanding vacation experience, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious getaway. I look forward to returning in the future.”

We had a fantastic stay at The House. The rooms were beautiful and, with fewer than 40 rooms on the property, the hotel had an intimate and personalised feel that made it truly special. What really made our stay, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was exceptionally polite, welcoming, and friendly, and they consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who enjoys boutique-style accommodation with a warm, relaxed, and welcoming atmosphere. It’s a wonderful place to stay and we would happily return.

First the good… The properly is right off the beach which was lovely and the staff was kind and very professional. The staff helped make our trip a four star rather than a three star experience. Now the not so good… The food was just ok. There was also no food for snacking available in between scheduled mealtimes. And, the unacceptable.., During our stay we had a fire alarm go off at 4 am two nights in a row which immediately woke us up out of our sleep. The alarms lasted a few minutes which is a long time with a loud alarm when trying to sleep.
