Did not wake up with wet pillows as mentioned by another reviewer in May. However, we did notice that the air conditioning wasn't as strong as it said it was - we turned it to the lowest it could be. This issue was resolved simply by contacting the hotel staff. Be cautious of using the gym - my partner felt as if the air conditioning wasn't turned on - or not strong enough - to complete a workout. Otherwise as previously mentioned, the property was clean, quiet, and met our expectations overall. Also wanted to note that the staff here did not speak as much English as other cities in Vietnam - perhaps because it is a smaller city? We wanted to stay on the same floor and one of the staff went above and beyond to help us do so. It was such a kind gesture! Rooms are spacious and beautiful. A bit of shame we had mold in the bathroom and that the housekeeping was a bit neglected (floor not clean carefully and hand marks could still be seen near tv frame). Gym was small but good enough for a workout. Breakfast is a bit of a miss on our end tho, crowded with group tours from Hanoi who sometimes are a bit uncivilised… other than that, still a great experience.

All staff were professional and helpful - restaurant breakfast and menu was very good variety and great quality & service - we stayed 3 nights and as family of 3 adults 2 kids - stayed in 3 bedroom executive room with large balcony on 40th floor - the hotel is tallest building in Quy’Nhon so we had amazing views of beach and city views - fortunate to have had great weather during our stay - highly recommend as I feel best central city hotel in city. Relaxed lifestyle in Quy’Nhon and no traffic and noise like Saigon & Hanoi.

Best part of this hotel was Huyen, receptionist. She was attentive and courteous with a welcoming smile. Hotel decor is modern luxury but you can see missed details in craftsmanship. We walked to all the recommended restaurants so far, most within 20 minutes waking distance. In my opinion, this place is the best you can find in Quy Nhon.

Beautiful bathroom. A little odd that you bump into the bathtub first before you can walk into an open space in the bathroom when you slide the door. 1 star off bc the staff insisted to have a copy of my visa (which I didn’t have with me) on top of passport when checking in. Once again we had picked the perfect hotel! Everything was beyond our expectations but specially the staff with particular mention of Ms Träm in the buffet section and Ms Huyèn at the front desk. We stayed at the Grand Hyams in Quy Nhon for four nights. There were a couple of technical problems with the suites that we booked on the first day. Reception manager was quick on the matter. She was friendly, service minded, happy with her job and ensures that the guests have a nice and pleasant experience at the hotel. She arranged a great apartment ( three bedrooms, two large bathrooms and living room. I highly recommend this apartment for a family of four ) in the hotel for my family, and followed up with excellent and pleasant attention for all of us. Thank you so much to Miss Ha who made this a great experience for us. Thanks also to the reservation manager who spoke to the kitchen so we could order a late dinner. Thanks to all the hardworking staff at the hotel. Kudos to you all!!! See you again in the near future. 😀😀😀👍👍👍💕💕💕

I needed help for a pharmacy and they went out of their way to help. I needed help booking a bus for our next location and they took care of everything as well. They are really helpful for guests. The restaurant has delicious dishes and the most spectacular view being on the 41st floor. I strongly recommend this Hotel!!

All staff were professional and helpful - restaurant breakfast and menu was very good variety and great quality & service - we stayed 3 nights and as family of 3 adults 2 kids - stayed in 3 bedroom executive room with large balcony on 40th floor - the hotel is tallest building in Quy’Nhon so we had amazing views of beach and city views - fortunate to have had great weather during our stay - highly recommend as I feel best central city hotel in city. Relaxed lifestyle in Quy’Nhon and no traffic and noise like Saigon & Hanoi.
