Es gibt kein Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Wenn man also dem Baby Frische Milch geben möchte kann man diese nicht gekühlt halten. Vom Spa oder Welness haben wir auch nichts gesehen. Wir haben als Personen angegeben: 2 Erwachsene, 1 2-jähriges Kind. Beim Check-In bekommen wir die Frage gestellt ob wir ein Babybett benötigen. Warum ist so etwas nicht selbstverständlich so wie auch in allen anderen Hotels der Welt wo es eben funktioniert. Es gilt als "Wellness" Hotel hat aber auch keine Wellness Ausstattung, keine flipflops, bademäntel, Saunatücher. Es handelt sich hier weder um ein Wellness noch 4-Sterne Hotel. Zudem ist die Bar und auch das Restaurant geschlossen.... Das Hotel ist sehr Abseits. Einfach furchtbar! Es ist zudem das einzige Hotel, welches zusätzlich zu den Parkgebühren NOCH einmal Gebühren zum laden des Elektro Autos nimmt. Womit sich der Preis für eine Nacht Parkplatz auf 24 EUR beläuft! Würde ich in einem echten 4 Sterne Hotel auch bezahlen hier sind wir zum Supercharger in Leonberg gefahren.

Website and even email sent by Hotel said dining would be open Sunday evening but it sounds like that hasn’t been true for a while. We found a lovely place for dinner so it worked out but was frustrating when we‘d taken the time to double check.

Super Empfang, hervorragendes Essen, Käsespätzle sehr zu empfehlen, Sauna sehr schön ( wurde jedoch 21.15 Uhr statt 22.00 Uhr abgestellt.) Check out sehr freundlich, wir kommen wieder. 😊

Zimmer, Personal und alles schön. Aber beim Frühstückbuffet waren überall Fliegen, die lustig auf dem Essen rumkrochen - mir ist der Appetit vergangen und dabei habe ich 19€ für das Frühstück bezahlt. Ansonsten war alles sauber. Das Hotel ist sehr abgelegen, also mir Auto anzufahren - schade, dass dann nochmal 9€ für einen Parkplatz im Freien verlangt werden ....

Ich war bereits drei oder vier mal dort & immer zufrieden, dieses Mal leider überhaupt nicht. Zimmer mittelmäßig gereinigt, überall Spinnenweveb. Der Balkon dreckig, voller Laub & der Tisch kaputt. Bis Mitternacht hohe Lautstärke vom Restaurant, sodass schlafen nicht möglich war.

Sehr freundliches und motiviertes Personal, sowohl im Bereich der Rezeption als auch im Frühstückservice. Das Frühstücksbüffett hat keine Wünsche offengelassen. Großzügige! und saubere Räumlichkeiten und Gästezimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

I liked that it is located near the wood, clean and quiet. I felt comfortable and safe. The parking price of 9 euros is not shown on Expedia. This should be included in the prixe showed. I didnt like this additional pricing at the hotel

Es gab die Probleme mit WLAN-Empfang: WLAN-Signal hat eine Weile gegeben und dann ist WLAN-Signal/Hotspot-Name einfach verschwunden. Das Hauptproblem lag auch darauf, dass die hintere Hotelzimmer in der sozusagen Mulde in der Wald liegen und dort kein Mobilfunk-Data-Signal zu empfangen ist. Als Ergbniss war der Gast nicht erreichbar. Ich empfehle das Hotel für die Geschäftsreisende deswegen nicht.

Average hotel. I would say that you are paying for what you get. It is at the cheaper end and that is what the facilities are. No tea/coffee making equipment in the room, no proper safe, or fridge, basically it is 10-20 years out of date. No modern facilities you expect in most hotels. They seemed very short staffed. It was clean but basic. Could be a wonderful hotel if up dated.

Das Hotel ist schon ca. 20 Jahre hinterher. Personal war top und sehr freundlich. Das Bild passt absolut nicht zum Raum 408, in dem ich genächtigt hatte. Man fühlte sich in die 90er Jahre zurück versetzt. Auch das Fernsehen hatte eine Grösse von vor 10 Jahren. Aber wie gesagt: sehr freundlich

Premetto che siamo una coppia che viaggia spesso, la prima cosa che vorrei dire su questo Hotel 4 stelle, è il fatto che non è per niente 4 stelle, in camera mancavano le asciugamani siamo andati a farlo presente e non sono mai arrivate in camera (soggiorno di una notte) il servizio del ristorante lo chiamerei disastroso, camerieri disattenti e poco cortesi, e non parliamo del cibo, ho ordinato piatto con pollo il cui era immangiabile, mi dispiace dirlo ma faceva proprio schifo. In camera non era prevista l’area condizionata e la sera faceva tanto caldo. Abbiamo pagato un 4 stelle con servizi di due stelle. Spero che questa recensione aiuti a migliorare i vostri servizi

We arrived at the hotel late in the evening and were checked in promptly. When we got to our room we discovered the additional bed requested for our daughter (to make it into a family room) was not in the room. I went to speak to reception and was told that as housekeeping had left for the day there was nothing that could be done. I was concerned there was nowhere for my daughter to sleep and raised this concern with the receptionist only to be told it was my problem! As it was late we had no choice but to stay and all sleep in the one bed. We left promptly the next morning cutting short our 5 night stay.

Super Empfang, hervorragendes Essen, Käsespätzle sehr zu empfehlen, Sauna sehr schön ( wurde jedoch 21.15 Uhr statt 22.00 Uhr abgestellt.) Check out sehr freundlich, wir kommen wieder. 😊

Do not book at this hotel unless you want to be double charged. After paying through Hotels.com they then turned around and double charged my stay again when I checked out. When I called to have my account credited for the double charge I gave them my itinerary number and they told me to send them an email with the credit request and they would credit my account. After three weeks I called back as my funds were not credited back. The man who answered the phone would not give me his name and was very rude and arrogant. I once again gave him my itinerary number and they stated that it was incorrect and hung up.

Zimmer, Personal und alles schön. Aber beim Frühstückbuffet waren überall Fliegen, die lustig auf dem Essen rumkrochen - mir ist der Appetit vergangen und dabei habe ich 19€ für das Frühstück bezahlt. Ansonsten war alles sauber. Das Hotel ist sehr abgelegen, also mir Auto anzufahren - schade, dass dann nochmal 9€ für einen Parkplatz im Freien verlangt werden ....

Schönes Hotel, nahe am Wald. Leider morgens viel Straßenlärm bei geöffnetem Fenster. Die Situation mit dem Einlass in die Tiefgarage bedarf einer organisatorischen Überarbeitung. Sehr verschachteltes Hotel, Orientierung am Anfang eher so mittel.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Lediglich der Verkehr auf der nahegelegenen Strasse war etwas störend. Zu Fuss mässig gut erreichbar. Ich würde es wieder buchen.

Although it’s conveniently close to the autobahn and surrounded by beautiful forest, it was quite an ordeal to navigate there on foot. Sehr freundliches und motiviertes Personal, sowohl im Bereich der Rezeption als auch im Frühstückservice. Das Frühstücksbüffett hat keine Wünsche offengelassen. Großzügige! und saubere Räumlichkeiten und Gästezimmer. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.
