The hotel is on turnoff right on a junction and down a steep narrow lane. Car parking is at the back of the hotel but it has quite a narrow entrance and is up a steep driveway. We managed to get our Mondeo in and up the drive, but it was a careful manoeuvre, We had one of the boutique bedrooms with a king-size. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully furnished and very roomy, with a separate large bathroom with walk in shower and deep bath. Tea/coffee making facilities were included and the wi-fi had a strong signal and good speed. The Hotel has a snug bar and a large restaurant where breakfast was also served. The cooked breakfast offered was very generous and well cooked, and cereals, pastries and fruit were also available. We also had an evening meal which was excellent. The staff were all friendly and polite, and extremely helpful with their advice on places to visit and good places to eat (the restaurant was closed on the Monday when we arrived) The location is lovely and peaceful, within in easy driving to The Mumbles, Langlands and a 30 minute drive drive to beautiful Rhossili.

Great stay at the NewGower Hotel.Great spacious room, ample parking,lounge area for pre-dinner drinks or just for reading the paper when it's raining outside. Food was excellent with a great choice for both breakfast and dinner. Although hidden away off the main road it was great for reaching the local beautiful beaches. Staff were both friendly and helpful.

Room was large with ensuite bathroom with bath and shower. All very clean. We took our dog and was allowed in most areas. Buffet brealfast was decent. The best thing in our opinion about the hotel is its relatively secluded beachsoee access.
