Wow! This hotel is amazing, I stay in Sydney a lot on buissness and this is by far the best hotel. The room was huge and had a fully fitted kitchen which is so helpful when staying away. I also loved that it had a gym and stunning pool. The service was amazing. Lara really helped me out with some small favors with my room. Can’t recommend it enough.

I have stayed here many times and I return because I enjoy the location and layout of the hotel, especially the outdoor pool and spa area. Thankfully the gym has had a small upgrade. I do wish they would operate the sauna again as the last few times I have visited, it has been out of order. (due to Covid apparently) The rooms are spacious and they have a kitchen. The bathrooms could do with a refresh though, showerheads are outdated , and I feel they could remove the bath tub and replace it with a walk-in shower. One of the elevators needs a service as it is very, very slow to respond. Staff always friendly, and the rooms are always clean.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Clean and comfortable room, good amenities. This would be very comfortable for a longer stay. The only minor issue is the elevators, one of which was closed for repair.

Fabulous central location. Very clean beds could be a little better and parking could be an issue but overall love staying at this hotel. You could order meals to the room from Bills restaurant and the breakfasts there are beautiful.

Loved our 2 bedroom apartment on 4th floor overlooking the street. Kitchen was well equipped, grocers just down the road and supermarket not too far. Kids loved the pool and hot pool in the complex! Wifi worked well, water pressure was great, comfy beds and heat pumps worked great.

We spent 15 days at Adina Surry Hills during Christmas and New Year's Eve. The apartment is very outdated. The pictures are heavily photoshopped and incredibly misleading. The furniture, cupboards, doors, and curtains were disgustingly marked and broken, as if no one had washed them for 20 years. Considering how expensive it is, I wouldn't recommend it. The apartment was not clean upon entry. It had a peculiar smell, breadcrumbs on the kitchen counter, hair in the bathroom, an empty handwash soap container, fingerprint marks all over the windows, and sticky surfaces, handles, fridge, etc. The staff was nice, but it wasn't a wow welcoming experience. We found cockroaches in the kitchen from day 1. They performed a "deep clean," but it wasn't very effective as cockroaches were found in the next days, including on the balcony and in the bathroom. We intentionally left the dead cockroach in the living room, and the cleaners didn't even collect it. It was Xmas time and NYE, so we didn't have a lot of options and decided to stay. The location was amazing, and the views from the 4th floor were great, but the balcony and furniture were so outdated and old that it wasn't inviting to spend time there, let alone with the presence of huge cockroaches. The garden area is beautiful, really nice, but the pool was dirty, and the water had a green color, so I didn't bother using it. I am sorry to say, but I wouldn't recommend that place.

The location is fantastic. Service is fine everytime we raised an issue then they fixed it. But cleaning was not ok and daily housekeeping was not doing the work properly, they only made the bed and nothing else. After one week we needed to request them to vacuum clean the carpet. The toilet stop working 3 times during our stay and when we turned on the owen et was so dirty that we had massive smoke all over and needed to stop it and open alle doors and windows. If they manage to fix the cleaning and housekeeping they have a great place.

This motel is in a great position! There are SO many restaurants, bars and grocery stores close by you are really spoilt for choice! Cleanliness was not great. The bathroom definitely needed a deep clean and some tlc. The bed was comfy, we did need to ask for blankets after the first night as there were no spare pillows or blankets in the rooms. The kitchen was adequately equiped. Hyde park was about 20 mi utes walk, circular quay about 40 minutes, but trains and light rail were close by. Overall, loved our stay there and would return.

Our 2 bedroom unit was spacious and the beds were very comfortable, Unfortunately the unit was fairly dirty, the windows hadn't been cleaned in a while, there was grime around the tapware. Clean enough but could definitely have been better. We would stay again, and if we did we would ask for a unit on the side away from the street, to be more quiet.

Stay was fine, there was only one kitchen towel provided but no paper towels or napkins. The single pane windows made the unit very cold and we had to adjust the temperature. The guest room was organized and made very tight for a second adult to climb into bed from the window side. Very little provided for the kitchen area.

The Terrace apartment has a lovely view of the city. The shower over the bath doesn’t have the greatest water pressure given the water still streams out of the bath tap. The apartment is a great size. I’d highly recommend it to anyone who wants to be close to the city but not right in the Centre. Close walk to Central station (approximately 700m from memory). The beds are comfortable. The desk in the main bedroom is an odd choice as it takes up a corner space which makes walking around the bed tricky.

Beautifully located in Surry Hills. If you’re looking for a quiet yet convenient place to stay, I highly recommend this area. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and included a balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. One great bonus is that bills is located in the same building—you can even enjoy their dishes through room service. My family truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

2BR Room we stayed was generic decor but spacious and comfortable. Location great in middle of busy Crown St. I am a regular stayer and I can’t believe the small TVs are original 10 plus years old plasma without access to any Smart Apps such as Netflix etc. Easy fix to spend $100 on Hubble or Apple TV. Well maintained but needs a little money spent. Still recommend..

Appreciated the upgrade to an apt with large balcony, but the room itself was smaller than we have had previously. The hot water basin tap in bathroom didn’t work. Was also quite noisy at night as we were on the street side of the apartment. Everything else was good.

The hotel manager was incredible, extremely accommodating on my arrival after a long haul flight. Probably the best stay I've had in Sydney (and I stay every month for work). The pool was the perfect oasis to recover over the weekend. Looking forward to my next stay here. The local bars and restaurants are all wonderful too, very lucky to have such an excellent wine and cheese bar & bakery connected to the building. Apartment was spacious and clean, perfectly set up.

Friendly staff, spacious room. We were very grateful to be upgraded to a room with a huge terrace, it was lovely. 2bd, 2 bathroom was great for our group of 4 friends. Lots of shops and dining options close by.

Great hotel, always try to stay here. Computer outage meant no key cards so we had to be escorted to our rooms several times a day. V annoying for us but staff were v helpful

The good: front desk and housekeeping staff friendly and as helpful as they could be. Location great, room spacious. The bad: bedding configuration (despite being confirmed with us on booking and the day before arrival) incorrect meaning 2 of us had to share a bed for the first night. The offered alternative of a small rock hard rollaway bed was not sufficient in our opinion. Although this was remedied the next day (only because we forced the issue), no compensation for the ridiculous first night arrangements were offered, and the manager Ben never returned my calls after the second morning. The duvets on the replacement bed were stained (looked like dried blood). The elements on the stove turned off and on of their own accord, requiring someone to monitor the stove at all times that it was turned on at the wall. The rangehood didn't work. No salt and pepper in the apartment, which is unusual given a full kitchen was provided. This would have been a lovely stay if care and attention to detail had been in play. We found out from the front desk that the person setting the room up on the day of our arrival had flagged that the bedding situation was not what we had booked, but no-one seemed to care at that point, which is disappointing. Thankfully hotels.com were accommodating and did their best to assist us. We would have been even more disappointed had the great team at hotels.com not been able to assist.

I used to live close to Surrey Hills many years ago (in Darlinghurst behind Taylor Square), so I'm quite familiar with this area. Can highly recommend as a place to stay while in Sydney. It is within walking distance of the Central Railway station, so you can walk there to take the airport train. There are also many bus and intercity train options nearby. Surrey Hills was always a very pleasant neighborhood that has gentrified more over the years. There are many restaurants nearby from those that are expensive to much cheaper but still good. Several grocery stores nearby. The Adina Apartments are a bit tired but clean with complete kitchens in them. I had to laugh a bit as there aren't screens on the windows, which is an old school Sydney "tradition." It didn't bother me, as I lived without screens for many years in Sydney, but it might seem a bit different to some foreign visitors. I recommend this property. Staff are also helpful and welcoming.

We had a comfortable 4 days staying at the Adina Apartment Hotel. The hotel is well located in Surrey Hills. It has a gym and a swimming pool in the garden at the back of the hotel. There are a variety of restaurants, cafes and bars and 2 major supermarkets located within a short walking distance from the hotel. The Central Railway Station is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. Chinatown, Paddy's Market and Haymarket are about 15 minutes walk and Darling Harbour about 25 minutes. The 2 bedroom apartment that we stayed in was spacious and clean. It had a well equipped kitchen and an adequate laundry alcove with a top loading washing machine and a dryer located above it. Each bedroom had a bathroom next to it.

The hotel itself was nice and the staff were kind. The only issue I had was that the area was quite noisy, and there was a big commotion next door that disturbed my sleep badly. - It was close to mid night!

The hotel manager was incredible, extremely accommodating on my arrival after a long haul flight. Probably the best stay I've had in Sydney (and I stay every month for work). The pool was the perfect oasis to recover over the weekend. Looking forward to my next stay here. The local bars and restaurants are all wonderful too, very lucky to have such an excellent wine and cheese bar & bakery connected to the building. Apartment was spacious and clean, perfectly set up.

Beautifully located in Surry Hills. If you’re looking for a quiet yet convenient place to stay, I highly recommend this area. The room was spacious, well-furnished, and included a balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful. One great bonus is that bills is located in the same building—you can even enjoy their dishes through room service. My family truly enjoyed our stay at this hotel.

Fabulous central location. Very clean beds could be a little better and parking could be an issue but overall love staying at this hotel. You could order meals to the room from Bills restaurant and the breakfasts there are beautiful.

This motel is in a great position! There are SO many restaurants, bars and grocery stores close by you are really spoilt for choice! Cleanliness was not great. The bathroom definitely needed a deep clean and some tlc. The bed was comfy, we did need to ask for blankets after the first night as there were no spare pillows or blankets in the rooms. The kitchen was adequately equiped. Hyde park was about 20 mi utes walk, circular quay about 40 minutes, but trains and light rail were close by. Overall, loved our stay there and would return.

Very nice well maintained property with thought through amenities and great customer service. I would definitely stay with them again and recommend to anyone. A lot of dinning options around, easy access to public transportation, groceries near by, green, quiet ( except for parrots chirping 😁), walkable distance to the city centre.

Great location, with busses and tram stop by minutes walk. It's also along a street with lots of eateries, cafes, bakeries etc. There's also a lovely little park down the road that our little one enjoyed visiting and playing at.
