Excellent central location, across the road from Town Hall Station. Walking distance to so many amenities such as shopping and eating places. Also we made use of the saltwater pool every day of our stay.

The apartment was huge, which is what our family needed. Great views, close to everything. The only thing I didn’t like was even though Adina Town Hall had a multi level car park, you still had to pay $70 for 2 nights. Why isn’t it free?

We had an excellent stay at Adina. Very friendly staff, attentive and available to help. Fresh, clean linen and supplies. Everything is nearby. If I had one complaint, it was the heated pool not really being heated. But that’s a small thing, considering everything else was phenomenal!

Service was fantastic- 3 bedroom apartment was really nice and the view was great. The apartment was extremely clean and the beds were super comfy. The air conditioning was really hard to work with no instructions anywhere. We ended up getting someone up to set the temperatures for us. This was no trouble at all for the hotel staff. Pool was smaller than we thought it looked in the photos. Great place - will stay again.

Getting to apartment by car was frustrating City streets have changed and getting to Kent Street is a one way street and unfortunately google maps could not take you there Rang up the Adina Apartments and the staff didn’t know how to guide you to there residents Other than that could not have faulted the accommodation at all

The location was awesome. However the apartment looks, feels and is not only dated but looking very tired and in much need of a revamp. Different cleaning staff also has different cleaning standards. Does not feel like a hotel.

There were a few mishaps at the beginning which was smoothed out at the end. Overall a pleasant experience. Location was great. Facilities were new although I think a better job can be done with cleaning the floors. Will go again if we visit.

It is the best location ,3 mins walk to Town hall train and tram stop ,great value ,bed comfortable.but the walls are thin, the room doors are a foot apart ( meaning every time next door closed there door it was very noisy 😕.views were grim,we didn't get refills on tea/ coffee kept having to ask.checked in Saturday had to ask for a bathroom clean on Wednesday as still had not been cleaned.fresh towels and bed made every day ,but lacking the thing people appreciate ( cleaning). Front desk were always lovely,for a base to enjoy Sydney from then it's ideal.

Property in need of deep cleaning. Unit is super dusty and laundry room have dust flakes everywhere Cleaners are good though, they helped us placed in our dirty dishes into the dishwasher so we always come back with clean dishes

The rooms here were beautiful & newly Renovated! It was bright, clean and the staff were lovely. I couldn’t figure out the air con but all I had to do was send a text and I got replies on this to help me! We stayed in a two bedroom room and got upgraded to one with a view; was beautiful! Great strong shower. Close and central to so many places. Would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

Friendly staff. Easy check in process. Rooms were mostly clean with the exception of someone’s sock on the ground and someone’s snot on a wall. Otherwise all in all a great apartment that’s conveniently located within a short distance to most things we wanted to do.

Overall good stay would recommend if you're there for a couple of nights and want something fairly basic and central. I was in room 58 - quiet and away from the lift. Traffic noise was not an issue. People at reception were helpful. I had checked in at 9am to store my luggage while I went to work. They put a hold on my card for security. When I returned later to pick up my room card and complete check in, they put another hold on my card. Not a big deal. I just expected the receptionist from earlier in the day to communicate or leave a note for the receptionist on the next shift that this had already been done. In Feb, the weather is quite hot. The A/C wasn't cold enough. I had left a card in the slot to ensure the A/C would run while I popped out for lunch. Housekeeping entered while I was out and removed the card so the room was quite warm the rest of the day. I tend to like my environment cooler at 20 deg C when it was more like 25 deg

The apartment was very large for a one bedroom. The location was very good, close to most things or an easy walk. The decor of the apartment was very basic and drab although it was very clean. The air conditioning is controlled centrally, not from the room, and was sitting on 25 degrees making the apartment hot but even hotter in the bedroom.

Exceptional-good quality furniture and fittings. Room serviced daily. Water pressure a little soft in the bathroom but ok. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nathaniel (front desk) was a star. Very handy for the CBD and short walk to Darling Harbour. Be aware of the taxi surcharge from airport $17.50 which is added to the fare, cost of taxi to hotel was $88.00 whereas a train would have been better! Town Hall station 3 minutes walk to hotel!

Positive : Great location. Staff super nice both Front of house and House Keeping. Very attentive. Great sleep, pillows and bed. One of the best shower pressures ever👍 Negatives : Carpets definitely need replacing and furniture is old dated and tacky.

We have stayed here several times. it’s a fantastic location for travel, across the street from a Town Hall Station entry and close to the George Street Light rail. also close to Coles Supermarket and an Asian supermarket in World Square (lower ground). The apartments are practical and well equipped. staff are friendly and helpful. The service is excellent: any requests we made were attended to immediately. 1.Inflexible on early check-in (unlike almost every other Sydney hotel I have stayed in). 2.Very intrusive construction noise from 3.00pm check-in until 5.00pm when builders left floor below. Reported to Front Desk and Duty Manager did, to her great credit, profusely apologised and subsequently provided a nicely worded hand-written note with a half-bottle of wine. A welcome gesture. 3. Overall impression was that of a down-market establishment and not one that we would rush back to given the many alternatives. This booking was made due to the hotel proximity to a business venue.

Poor Communication was given a wrong bill, after noticing and mentioned there was zero remorse. Combine bed unleveled, kitchen dirty. Property is great, space is nice and inroom drinks at good rate

No tags to put on the door to request housekeeping or privacy. We ask housekeeping to clean when we leave in the morning. When we return in late afternoon, hours later, room is never clean. Then they wake us up in the late afternoon when we’re napping before going out for the evening. Why can’t they clean the room before 4pm when guests are out for the day??

There is no roof top view. We are from the country and it would have been lovely to see the city at night. There is no option for good apart from the cafe that wasn’t open when we arrived at 2 and no room service. But amazingly close to George Street and all of its wonders.

It’s located a short walk from town hall on George Street means you are close to the light rail to get around the city. Plenty of dining choices close by. The apartment building is quiet and furnished beautifully.

Never offered any VIP upgrade, parking terrible to find. Apartment is walking distance to tram and train also walking distance to Darling Quarter. 24 hr grocery nearby and close to eateries.

Room (2 bedroom apartment) was extremely spacious and clean. Room was quiet, beds were very comfortable. Easy parking, very friendly and helpful staff. Nice little on site cafe. Had a great stay and will definitely be staying again next time we are in Sydney.
