It was hard to open the sliding door onto the balcony to get some fresh air. The exercise bike in the gym was checked but was not operating. It had a lovely view of bamboo and ferns from the apartment we had. Great proximity to shops and good restaurants/cafes which stayed open late unlike the Southern Highlands in many cafes.

Good location. Day staff lovely. Night staff rude and unhelpful. Nice room but poor attention to detail. Expensive. Offer pool and gym facilities. Gym limited but run learn to swim every morning from 7-10 which effectively makes pool unusable in early am with no information about this.

Advertising portrays Adina as reasonably up-market with tariff to match. It fails to meet this because: 1. The lift from B2 and B1 fails to operate 2 times out of 3 attempts. The signs alongside the relevant call-buttons suggest this lift has been faulty for some considerable time. Totally unacceptable. 2. At B1 level the sign says stairs to Reception exist to the right of the lift. Wrong. 3. While the bathroom shower fittings in Room 8 are very modern and up-market, there is inadequate water pressure to provide an effective shower. Unacceptable at this level of tariff. I would not stay at Adina again unless these matters receive effective attention.

We stayed here for a few nights. When I was checking in, they mentioned there was a network outage so they were using special key cards. Our room key did not work for the 3 days we were there and had to get someone from reception to open our room door every time we wanted to get back in to our room. There was quite a few small bugs (ants, small flys) in the room as the windows don’t have fly screen (maybe that’s just a Western Australian thing). The car park is very tight and annoying to get in to the fact you have to call reception every time you want to be let in. Good location as there’s a Woolies metro across the road, and the beach is one block away.

Parking on street limited making booking in difficult. Charging for using the hotels car park - will never use this place again purely on that basis. Property is dated.

Great accommodation for a family of 4 adults. Comfortable, private, cooking facilities and excellent location in the heart of Coogee. Pool and gym available too. Fully recommend these apartments.

Location was close to the beach, but other than that property is disappointing. Rooms were smaller than expected, aircons were filthy and made the room smell, pool was very dated and had rubbish everywhere. Saw a cockroach in the pool area and my kitchen. Also booked through hotels.com and was supposed to receive a welcome bottle of wine which we didn't receive. Would not recommend.

Nice clean and modern apartment hotel a couple of blocks from Coogee Beach. Great option if you want to stay at the beach and not the very busy CBD. Transportation options into the city are good. Bathrooms were clean and very modern. Newer washer and dryer. Would have been nice to have a few detergent pods included free. Kitchen was well appointed to cook meals. Many restaurants options nearby - grocery store across the street. Enjoyed our stay - would stay there again.

The location is perfect and the rooms are set out well. However the air conditioning units were very mouldy and we could not run them so we had some hot uncomfortable nights. We explained to the staff and they sent someone with some spray and wipe. We explained that the a/c units needed a professional clean by an A/C company. I hope they get them done.

An excellent stay in the main however….. Marked down slightly for the little things around cleaning Dirty cups on arrival, milk not restocked, air conditioning unit needs a thorough clean and lifts a little grubby Like I say, minor details that should be fixed

We had an excellent stay in a studio room which was spacious for 2 with additional seating, work desk, kitchenette with coffee machine and pods supplied. Woolworths across the street to pick up anything else. Reception staff were very friendly and we ate at several local restaurants. Bus routes to the city and light rail connections were easy. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was due to a strong mould smell in the room which we reported to reception when we checked out.

The location is great, the property layout is great. The staff is very nice and friendly The housekeeping was terrible; we had to call twice to ask for someone to clean. We had to call the attendant back after they were ' finished' to remind them to vacuum and empty the garbage. The VIP amenity arrived after you asked if it had been provided and it hadn't.

Air con isn’t strong enough. Walls are very thin so you hear all movements of other rooms and the property didn’t fulfill the status rewards. Location is the best highlight of this hotel

We had a very nice stay at Adina Apartments. There were three of us in a one-bedroom place, so our daughter slept in an extra bed in the living room. The apartment was quite spacious, and it was very nice to have a kitchen. The wifi worked well. The location is 2- 3 blocks up from the beach, with places to eat and shop in the same block.

A great place to catch up with friends or family. A five minute walk to the beach with cafes and shops on your doorstep. The rooms were spacious and light with good furnishings. The bathroom has a rain shower, fluffy towels and good toiletries. The bedrooms all had flat screen TV’s with comfy beds and quality linens. Our two bedroom appartment also had a full size kitchen with a coffee pod machine. The six seater dining table and chairs were great for meals or working on. The lounge room had a large sofa (uncomfortable as the back rest is too low), with two other comfy chairs and another TV with a desk area. The rooms are well maintained. Friendly reception staff who can recommend good places for a coffeee or to eat. Will definitely stay here again

Not Quite What We Expected We were really looking forward to our stay at the Adina in Coogee, but unfortunately it didn’t quite live up to expectations. Communication between staff seemed to be lacking, and when we brought up a few concerns about the room, the responses felt a bit dismissive, as though there wasn’t much care taken to address them. For the price, we were hoping for a more comfortable and well-maintained space. Our room had a very limited view, and the balcony was essentially unusable, taken up entirely by the air conditioning unit. The room itself felt quite dark and a bit tired, and during our week-long stay, the sheets were only changed once. One of the more frustrating issues was the shower, which kept flooding—something that became a daily inconvenience. While the location is great, overall the experience left us feeling underwhelmed.

The landscape near the foyer was lovely. We had a pleasant stay overall. But there were a couple of issues. We were given a room on ground floor near the lift so it was noisy. There was no communication about no hot water and froze whole trying to have a shower so we were not impressed and had to go and find out at reception what was going on. A quick text message to all patron the current situation. Very annoyed when it happened again and weren't told. We were then woken up at 2.30am with a few workers talking loudly outside without any consideration.

The staff were so welcoming and kind. I came in late due to having to urgently change hotels and they waited for me to arrive. Always were able to help when asked any questions. Took the time greet me every time I came through lobby. Absolutely amazing!
