Very dated and extremely noisy (needs double glazing). Rooms fronting main rd very noisy. Bathroom needs updating, shower cubicle doors kept coming off runners, shower head fell off! No toasters (apparently available from reception). $35 a night extra for parking is very expensive, should be free! Only positive was that the reception staff were very friendly and polite.

Handy location to attend a wedding at Mosman. Room was clean and quiet and well priced. Secure underground parking was a bonus which was a special included in our tariff . Kitchenette and laundry facilities were great additions although we didn’t use them. The place is a little tired & dated but it suited our purpose.

garage car park slot is a bit small. although my car is small, as long as there are some big 4 wheel drive there, I can barely walk pass it with the luggage. (From lift to gate 3 car park, the hotel needs to reserve people walk way, those big vehicles actually block the passage totally.)

Loved our stay at Cremorne Regis, will definitely stay there again. The location was excellent, with a bus stop right outside the door, and lots of different shops downstairs. Plus great cafes and other specialty shops nearby. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We stayed in a one bedroom, so we had plenty of space for our little family. Comfortable beds and nice block out blinds for sleeping!

Stayed last week for 4 nights. Before arriving, I advised that I will be arriving at the hotel after reception has closed. I was given a clear, friendly concise email providing instructions on how to access the hotel and my room key and it all worked perfectly smoothly and well. MY ROOM: I requested a room with a view and a bit quiet and that was what I got. The carpets, bed, bathroom were very clean. The washing machine worked well My room had a mini kitchen but was well equipped along with a fridge, microwave, stove, oven and a dishwasher along with pots, cutlery etc. Room was very clean. Towels , face wash clean TV-Had a good sized Smart TV . Bed and pillows-comfy and has power outlets on the side bed easier when i was charging my phone. SERVICE-Very friendly service, easy check in and out. They were able to keep my luggage as my flight was not till the evening. AREA-perfect, Not far from the city, bus stop right in front of the hotel, lots of eateries SUGGESTIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT: 1. Pls provide a nicer smelling body wash and shampoo 2. I stayed for 4 nights but it would've been nice if the rubbish was collected daily and at least have the room cleaned every 2 days. It was fine with me as it was only me staying but it would have been quite messy if there were 2 or more in the room. 3. Pls provide a nicer smelling scent for your bathroom. You can smell a bit of sewer when you flush

Overall, the experience wasn’t bad. The apartment was unclean and in desperate need for an upgrade. Housekeeping was a bit slack in bringing items up when requested. Reception staff were all lovely to talk to and took our feedback on board.

Room furniture was tired and scuff marks. Windows were dirty as were the mirrors. Overwhelming smell of detergent. One towel short and bodywash soaps not refilled. overall poor for the price we paid. Staff were great and attentive when asked for refills.

The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful, customer service at its best. The room was dated but clean enough, bed was soft but clean, toiletries provided were nice. Our room was on the main road which is noisy, ear plugs fixed that. Had everything we needed for long weekend. Bus to city and zoo right outside, convenient spot.

The inner blanket was old, pilled and had blood on it. The base of the wardrobe was dirty. Grout in bathroom was black with grime. Dirtiest place I have ever stayed, floor in general had brown stains on marble look tiles. I carpet has not been shampooed since it was laid.Shameful Park Regis

The apartment was old and had a terrible smell, there were cockroaches in the bathroom, we checked under the sheets and found someone else’s hair tie and the hot water service is only big enough for 1 shower. Definitely wasn’t worth the money I payed for this room

Everything! Amazing room, amazing view and service. Parking can be tricky but easily navigated. Location is great. Busy area but couldn’t hear any street noise from the room. Will definitely be staying again. 10/10!

Our room was nothing like the photos, our 'view' was the water logged turfed roof of the building behind. Double bed too small for two of us, tiny bathroom near impossible to get in and out of the shower. For the price, just expected more.

The reception staff were amazing and provoded great service. Unfortunately the air conditioning made an awful noise that made it hard to sleep and at one point my room smelt of cigaratte smoke despite me being a non smoker.

Staff were extremely helpful especially Glen. Great location for where we needed to be visiting family, travel to the city and to the Northern Beaches with the bus stop to the city right outside the front door. The exit through the underground carpark also great for the liquor store, bus to the ferry. Room was great for a months stay, fixtures a little tired and not really enough storage for an extended stay but we managed but everything you need including a washing machine and dishwasher. Definitely recommend the upgrade to a harbour view and request a higher floor for a better view and bring binoculars. Lovely supermarket directly underneath the apartments and a great Irish bar opposite The Dubliner for a Guinness. Go to the old art deco cinema opposite to see a film or a show, it’s beautiful inside. Lots of food options nearby if eating out or take away. Extra towels available on request and incidentals supplied like washing liquid, tea and coffee and washing liquid. Bed was very comfy and soft pillows. Staff were great for any requests like more hangers, extension lead etc. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for a great stay!

I appreciated that they called me to say that the desk wasn’t open 24 hours but it took over 20 minutes for someone to answer the after hours number to get my key. Standing in the cold late at night in Sydney waiting for someone to assist me wasn’t a great experience. Rooms are dated - paint is chipping - water damage. I probably wouldn’t have cared if I wasn’t sure I would’ve been killed waiting for someone to answer the phone.
I appreciated that they called me to say that the desk wasn’t open 24 hours but it took over 20 minutes for someone to answer the after hours number to get my key. The staff go above and beyond to help out. Very friendly and approachable. No ask is too great, if they can they will. This is my second stay here with plenty more to come. Feeling safe & clean are high on my travel list and Park Regis ticks those boxes & more. :)

Outstanding service and courtesy from Andre who made all the difference. Modern very well equipped and secure apartments in neutral style with views from the upper floors. Good value for money. Handy parking in basement. Very good choice of restaurants and services in street and excellent bus service to Circular Quay centre in twenty minutes.The only issue is the noise from the road - secondary windows would stop this entirely. Would still recommend staying there.

Great location for where we needed to be visiting family, travel to the city and to the Northern Beaches with the bus stop to the city right outside the front door. The exit through the underground carpark also great for the liquor store, bus to the ferry. Room was great for a months stay, fixtures a little tired and not really enough storage for an extended stay but we managed but everything you need including a washing machine and dishwasher. Definitely recommend the upgrade to a harbour view and request a higher floor for a better view and bring binoculars. Lovely supermarket directly underneath the apartments and a great Irish bar opposite The Dubliner for a Guinness. Go to the old art deco cinema opposite to see a film or a show, it’s beautiful inside. Lots of food options nearby if eating out or take away. Extra towels available on request and incidentals supplied like washing liquid, tea and coffee and washing liquid. Bed was very comfy and soft pillows. The staff are wonderful, friendly and helpful, customer service at its best. The room was dated but clean enough, bed was soft but clean, toiletries provided were nice. Our room was on the main road which is noisy, ear plugs fixed that. Had everything we needed for long weekend. Bus to city and zoo right outside, convenient spot.

Everything! Amazing room, amazing view and service. Parking can be tricky but easily navigated. Location is great. Busy area but couldn’t hear any street noise from the room. Will definitely be staying again. 10/10!

Good location and lots of amenities nearby. Free street parking at night was a bonus. Hotel will try to sell your their sheltered parking. Road noise was significant and relentless from 6am till probably 11pm.

This is a fantastic hotel in a top spot to explore the North Shore. The front of house staff are unbelievably knowledgeable and helpful. They truely want you to enjoy your stay. The view of the harbour was excellent. Buses to the city are outside the door of the hotel. We really appreciated the early check in and the warm welcome on arrival. There are lots of reasonably priced restaurants in close proximity. Thanks for a great stay . We will be back.

Loved our stay at Cremorne Regis, will definitely stay there again. The location was excellent, with a bus stop right outside the door, and lots of different shops downstairs. Plus great cafes and other specialty shops nearby. Staff were all friendly and helpful. We stayed in a one bedroom, so we had plenty of space for our little family. Comfortable beds and nice block out blinds for sleeping!
