The room was clean and staff were very friendly. Our only complaint was the lack of power points (in the family room) for my husband to use his CPAP machine. However, staff provided us with an extension cord so it wasn't a big deal.

The room was good when we went in , but we found we had to ask them to do certain tasks like hoover or fresh sheets, the bathroom area was not cleaned very regularly. We were in an a exclusive room , but there were no table or chairs outside and we asked but was told they didn’t have any and we were there for 3 weeks , I said to receptionist that I wouldn’t give great feed back and she said that’s okay 🤔 you couldn’t play ball in the pool , no barbecue as advertised, the cleaners were nice , but they didn’t have anything nice to say about management

Bed was broken. Shower didn't work very well.needs a refurbishment, broken tiles needs painting. Would not stay there again,.We would rather pay more a get decent accommodation
