Room was disgustingly unclean, found pubic hairs on toilet seat and in shower, and the room had a really bad stale mouldy smell, whole hotel stinks of cigarettes, everything is nicotine stained including the lights and air-con units. Staff were friendly enough, but hotel felt unsafe and dodgy, I would not put my dog in this hotel, truly horrible and horrific

Really close to hospitals and transport. Easy walk to both Westmead and Westmead Private Hospitals. Tram, railway station and plenty of dining options nearby plus a pharmacy. The staff are so helpful and friendly at the front desk and also the cleaners. Parking is easy too. The rooms are clean, comfortable, air conditioned and quiet. Perfect for what I required. Definitely would stay again.

This hotel is way overpriced for what it is Given that the only reason you'd stay there is that you had a loved one in the hospital opposite & that it is operated by a non-profit organisation, we found this exploitative. Our bed was recently made up but with obviously dirty sheets with faecal smears. The staff were very apologetic & gave us a new room but this should never have happened in the first place.

The room was clean as was the bathroom. The pillows were acceptable and not as flat as pancakes. Blockout curtains served their purpose well in keeping the early morning sunshine at bay until we were ready to meet the day. Staff were friendly & accommodating. We had to check out at 4am & there were staff onsite to assist 24/7. Rooms were clean, spacious & a good price. The motel is an older building so there is some wear & tear in the rooms but they’re still comfortable & have everything you need. There is plenty of onsite parking for those who have their own car. The hospital is super close - just across the road. There are several food outlets & convenience stores within walking distance. There is a light train/ tram system just out front that goes into Paramatta. Hotel area felt safe, there were no concerns even talking around at night, which given that it’s a hospital area is comforting.

My only criticism would be that although there was a coffee machines in the room I booked, there was no milk warmer/frother in the room. Not really convenient having to go back down to reception to get one- so may as well not have the machine in the first place. Also the cafe on premises was cranking out dance music like it was a nightclub… in the morning for breakfast- massive turnoff!
