Location is 10/10 as the property is right above Bondi Junction train station & bus terminal. Also next to Westfield shopping mall with Woolworths, Coles and many shops and restaurants. Parking space can be challenging during high occupancy period. Gym and pools are available and the 3-bedroom suites are spacious with all necessary amenities. Highly recommend!

It’s not high end luxury but really good facilities for the price with the swimming pool, large hot tub and sauna. Location is perfect, literally on the door step of Bondi Junction metro station.

The location of this property was perfect for exploring Sydney. It is located at a transit center (bus hub and metro station). It's very easy to get from the property to many places around Sydney by public transit. There are many grocery stores within a very short walk. The apartment was comfortable and well-appointed. The building could use better maintenance. The steam room was out of service the entire time of our 10 day stay. The equipment of the gyms was very limited.

Refurbishment happening but was not explained when making the booking. Foyer/reception was under repair, new lifts not working properly so long waits, and drilling and hammering at 7.15am isn’t ideal.

Stains on the duvet, a large number of insects in the bathroom and the hotel didn't have rooms available at the time check-in was listed causing delays and frustration amongst a large number of guests trying to check-in. Not what I would expect from a Meriton.

Es gibt definitiv bessere Meriton Suites als dieses. Die ganze Anlage bräuchte dringend ein Update und verbesserte Sauberkeit. Spinnweben im Zimmer, tote Insekten auf dem Boden der Küche, fleckige Teppiche, durchgelegene Matratzen, eine müffelnde Klimaanlage und Schimmel an den Silikonfugen in der Dusche passen nicht zum Anspruch von Meriton. Für diese Meriton spricht eigentlich nur die Zentrale Lage neben der Mall und dem Busbahnhof sowie die freundlichen Mitarbeiter.

Great location especially for shopping! The cleanliness of the room lets it down with mould all in the shower and dirty around the floors, not conducive with a crawling baby but the property itself was nice. Has everything you need but would like to see a good clean of the bathrooms and flooring if we ever came back.

Absolutely amazing million dollar views, unfortunately the cleanliness is really disappointing. One of the windows in the kitchen was broken and wouldn't close. It was absolutely freezing, dirty sticky marks all over the floor, heaps of cob webs in the kitchen. You couldn't even go into the enclosed balcony as the guests before us were obviously smokers and it stank. The sliding door to the outside balcony didn't close properly so there was a horrible draft. We booked for 6 people and there were only 5 chairs at the dinner table. There was also no table on the enclosed balcony like all the pictures showed. Although the location for us was super convenient, and the views are amazing. It was just lacking attention to detail.

It’s getting very dated. I found the room dirty and poorly maintained. Cobwebs coming out of air vents, surface cleaned only…for example when you plug in devices the wall plates etc are grimy and have never been wiped. Bedding and towels are still good but overall you get the sense of a dating, unclean property

Bed linens were dirty. Couch was dirty and unusable. Shower area were not cleaned either. They changed the dirty linens and pillow cases. But other were left dirty. This is my second stay at Meriton Bondi Junction. On the first stay (4-5 nights) the aircon was faulty and they did not bother to fix it until the third night (Technician was not available). This time we stayed for 2 nights and faced with dirty beds, couch and shower.

I swear we were put in a room they never use on the property, it was very dirty inside. A pile of dust was on the lamps in the room, and it was also in the most impossible place to find in the hotel. It took way too long to find the room it was like a maze to find it. And we had to walk through a garbage pile in the floor that smelt so bad to walk past. Just not overly clean or convent of a room.

Disappointed with this stay. The bathroom was nice but all other areas in the apartment needed a bit of a refresh. Would also suggest that different furniture and/or flooring is explored in any future upgrades as the heavy furniture on the tiled flooring leads to a lot of noise. The wifi was terrible and we were unable to stream anything. Also disappointed that we were not advised of the works going on in the lobby (right below our unit) prior to arriving as this significantly impacted our stay.

We tried to check in at 5pm, which was two hours after check-in was available, but were forced to wait while the room was being readied. Then after finally getting the key, we went out. When we came back, someone was back in the room finalising more cleaning. The a/c wasn't working so we asked reception to send someone to fix it. I don't know if anyone ever came because it never got fixed and nobody communicated what was going on.

Great location and very spacious rooms. The storage areas could do with cleaning as we put our bags in here and when we took them out they were covered in dirt and dust rather significantly. The hotel would have received a higher rating except for the attitude of one member of staff - a female receptionist made it her mission to make everything as difficult as possible and point score against customers when it came to problems and complaints (as a result of things not being done / things not working etc) - thankfully her manager resolved the issues we had as we would have expected but the damage was already done with her poor and argumentative attitude.

The service by the front office staff was amazing, even when I was leaving today the staff helped me to my car (including the General Manager). I am elderly lady travelling alone - I have a disability with my legs, so nothing was ever too much trouble by the front office staff - their assistance was always available with a friendly smile. I will definitely stay again at the Meriton Suites Bondi Junction when I am next in Sydney.

We stayed in 3 different hotels during our Sydney vacation and the Meriton Suites was the best. Location is perfect right above buses and trains. Excellent shopping and dining which is minutes away by walking and the units were exceptionally spacious and very clean. Loved having the balconies to see the sunset and get fresh air. The only feedback I would offer is the need for more hand towels and washcloths in the bathrooms. Otherwise, I will highly recommend this property to others traveling to Sydney.

We stayed at this property for 10 days last year and came back and stayed here for another 10 days this year. The location is perfect. There's a transit center in the building and it's easy to get anywhere in Sydney on public transit.

Meriton suites was a great hotel. We had a two bed two bath suite with a balcony and a great view of downtown. Kitchen had everything you need for cooking and a washer and dryer made it easy to keep our clothes clean. Train and bus stations are under the hotel and make it great for getting anywhere you want to go. Behind the hotel is great shopping and dinning all within walking distance.

Although I got an upgrade I wouldn’t stay there again, the room smelt a bit, the enclosed verandah smelt like cigarettes and the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor, we had to use the rest of the towels to soak it up. Not worth the money I paid, no food or drinks available. Very average and the photos online don’t match what you actually get.

This property is great for the Solo traveler it has a system that requires you to use your card to access your room and only people who have a card can enter. Location to grocery stores and restaurants was just a few feet away! Easy access to Trains and Buses! Room was very modern and clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful providing me with a map and took the time to help me with my luggage.

Great location. Very comfortable bed. Spacious room - although a bit bland. Good facilities - pool and gym. Would have been nice to have a few snacks / mini bar. It would also be useful to know that you can have use of hair straighteners etc when you book, rather than when you turn up at the hotel.
