To have to pay $10 for parking which is an open carpark is rude. Should be within the cost of the room and also the wifi. Have stayed in much nicer hotels and not been charged extra for parking, even when parking undercover. Glad it was just a 1night stay for a nearby concert otherwise would probably go elsewhere.

Staff very welcoming and organised. Key ready on arrival. Room service highly recommended. Good menu choice available. Buffet breakfast had a good variety of hot and cold food items. Room had adequate space even with king size bed. Good design of space. Ibis not a new motel but clean and quiet. Bed was comfy. Good location in Sydney area. Would definitely stay again.

Oh the bed, I wanted to bring it home with me as was so comfortable. The room was tidy & had all I needed just to rest my head after a long few days working however the toilet was not clean & the shower gel in the shower was completely empty. Other than that I was happy. Shame I missed breakfast having to leave early for work again. Staff were friendly & helpful, Will stay again when working the long shifts again

Ibis hotel was convenient location and easy parking. 11am check out was good too. Unfortunately the room had a horrible odor, the carpets had stains and the TV didn't work. I don't think the carpets had been cleaned properly.

The state of the rooms was quick poor. Stains on the carpet, dust all over the walls above the bed, cobwebs present, the aircon didn’t work properly and when turned on smelt mouldy, he physical dust build up

I stayed in Room 201 overnight for work the following morning. I couldn't get any sleep due to the constant noise next door. I'm not sure what it was. sounded like a generator running. Even with earplugs and pillow to cover my ears, couldn't overcome the vibration and noise. will not stay there again.

Comfortable stay, friendly staff. My only concern this time was the condition of the shower. The head kept coming loose which meant that I couldn’t have the shower head consistently over my head. I had to keep moving it.

Stayed one night after a late flight. Hotel is good value for a short stay but is very dated. The bathroom was super weird and was basically a stand alone round plastic capsule in the corner of the room. Bed was comfortable and shower hot but that’s where the positives end.

I called requesting a disabled room 10 days prior which I was told was booked. However upon check in no disabled room was available. No pre warning of parking cost was advised either. We paid cash upon arrival, no receipt was given and next morning I was going to be charged against my credit card until I insisted I had paid cash. The restaurant was excellent and the ease of being near the M1 was fabulous. I don’t think I will stay there again as I need a disabled room.

Morning receptionist was rude :( , i got to the hotel late night, that receptionist was good but struggled to find my booking as systems were very slow . After entering data manually he was kind enough to give me room on 1st floor , and told me to go rest and he will charge the parking in the morning. This morning receptionist has no courtesy to even thank when i tell her that parking was not charged last nite but kept complaining that the other receptionist did not leave any notes . I showed her the picture of stained sheet and she is like ok not a problem instead of being apologetic. Budget IBIS are better in australia than this one as i now have stayed at 6 of them , this receptionist is the worst amojng all so far and they need to clean up the property as there is garbage pn the backside lying around on the backside where i parked my car

Conveniently located for north bound drivers a short drive to the M1, almost about 100 metres from MacDonalds and very quiet. Although it's on Pennant Hills Road with the northern train line about a couple of hundred metres to the rear, we wouldn't have known if we hadn’t seen the trains.

Conveniently located close to Pennant Hills Road, with lots of dining options close by and for the Bunnings addicts you will find one across the road. It's a great place for that stop over of passing through Sydney on your way either north or south.

The accomodation was fine. Room were small but comfortable strange bathroom pod setup was interesting but fine. My only issue was the breakfast which was well priced for a buffet but the eggs tasted like butter and the bacon seemed to be stale, like it was yesterday’s reheated.

Hotel is very dated. Very much in need of a makeover. Had dinner one night. Food waz out of a packet. Not great Greatest issue was cost of wine. Charging 40 dollars for an 8 dollar bottle is rude. I work in a bottle shop, so i do know.

The lady who greeted us was perfect. Friendly and professional, but relaxed enough to make us feel welcome. There were some issues ordering room service. The number we were given, took us to the main call centre, where the call centre guy was terribly incompetent. But the actual hotel experience was perfect.
