Great stay out of the city and so nice sleeping amongst leafy suburb. Had a great sleep minimal noise and comfy with kitchen set up. Parking underground mostly empty, thought it prob should have been free considering. Overall good stay.

Check-in had to phone, didnt have my resevation. Nervous wait for someone to assist. Checkout was frustrating. Dropped key in box, then realised need key to get to my car via lift. Luckilly could fish out a key to get out. Nice place but communication was lacking.

The bathroom was pretty old and grotty. Bath tub stained. After hours check in was a bit of a hassle too. Signage for where to park while checking in was hard to see in the dark and I ended up going round the block. Then not clear where to go in the car park etc. I was very tired and every extra difficulty was a bit mick! Also we asked for two rooms close together and they were quite a long way apart which made it difficult when staying as a family.

Value for money, not too bad, but a little dated. The bedroom was a good size and the bed very comfortable. Good air conditioning. No drawers for unpacking suitcases. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Fantastic parking, very convenient and included in tariff. Good location and close to freeways. If you stay here, I would recommend requesting a room on the far side of the building, away from the highway. Was surprised when I went to pay with cash at checkout, only to find cash not accepted. That seemed a bit odd? I'd be happy to stay again based on value for money.

The Nesuto was a nice hotel to stay in, easy to find and parking was also good. The room was good, TV was a little dated and (this is just me) the bed was a little too soft. Otherwise, a pleasant stay and will stay again in the future.

The room was well equipped and comfortable. Friendly front desk and easy, secure parking. But some maintenance is required - cockroaches in the dishwasher, balcony door was hard to close and lock, carpet needs cleaning and toilet paper and soap holder fittings need to be resecured.

We recently stayed at Nesuto Apartment Hotel Pennant Hills for 7 nights. While the apartment itself was spacious and the rooms were a good size for our stay, there were several issues that impacted our experience. The property was absolutely filthy, the room had so much dust in it, the pool looked like it had never been cleaned, the car park had a bunch of old damaged cars in it and there was rubbish all around the car park. The room had a disgusting stale smoke smell which made our clothes smell, the cutlery and crockery was a mis-match of different styles and the paint was flaking off the walls onto the carpet. There was a food stain on the cupboard just left there from a previous guest, the sheets had old food stuck to them and it was a disgusting hovel. I took photos to share if I can somehow post them somewhere. For your reputation, please Expedia, remove this property from your website.

Property is tired & needs some renovations done. Bath/shower hard to step into and no rails to hold onto. Lots of mould in shower & bathroom. Also, sink in bathroom did not empty properly, obviously the pipes are blocked. Fire Alarm went off and was advised by a renter that it happens all the time. Corridors smell like cigarette smoke and for someone who has allergies and asthma this was not helpful. Definitely, improvements needing to be made at this facility considering the per nightly rate.

I think the room needed a bit more attention to detail with cleanliness, it was clean but i could see it needed a bit more spit and polish. The carpet needed a shampoo. There is a sort of a smell that smells like old croissants. Perhaps a air freshener would help. The bed was very comfortable, happy with the level of noise which was zero. Good stay but needs that sparkling clean look.

The staff on duty on the 27/9/25 to 28/9/25 was very helpful and professional. The room was perfect and self contained ( that was what I was impressed about.) You rarely have self contained units or rooms this days. Wouldn’t mind booking Nesuto in the near future soon.

Reception closes at 530pm but there was no communication about this. We had to ring the number on the door before we could be checked in. We weren’t given the wifi password. The room was comfortable but in need of modernising.

Check-in had to phone, didnt have my resevation. Nervous wait for someone to assist. Checkout was frustrating. Dropped key in box, then realised need key to get to my car via lift. Luckilly could fish out a key to get out. Nice place but communication was lacking.

Within easy walking distance of Pennant Hills train station, about an hour's train trip from Sydney Central station. Plenty of local shops and restaurants are within 2 blocks walking distance. The Nesuto staff are very friendly and accomodating.

The bathroom was pretty old and grotty. Bath tub stained. After hours check in was a bit of a hassle too. Signage for where to park while checking in was hard to see in the dark and I ended up going round the block. Then not clear where to go in the car park etc. I was very tired and every extra difficulty was a bit mick! Also we asked for two rooms close together and they were quite a long way apart which made it difficult when staying as a family.

The staff on duty on the 27/9/25 to 28/9/25 was very helpful and professional. The room was perfect and self contained ( that was what I was impressed about.) You rarely have self contained units or rooms this days. Wouldn’t mind booking Nesuto in the near future soon.

Value for money, not too bad, but a little dated. The bedroom was a good size and the bed very comfortable. Good air conditioning. No drawers for unpacking suitcases. Bathroom needs an upgrade. Fantastic parking, very convenient and included in tariff. Good location and close to freeways. If you stay here, I would recommend requesting a room on the far side of the building, away from the highway. Was surprised when I went to pay with cash at checkout, only to find cash not accepted. That seemed a bit odd? I'd be happy to stay again based on value for money.

The hotel and studio room were clean and comfortable for our short stay. We found the basics for cooking in the kitchenette. The desk manager was kind and allowed us an early check in which was much appreciated after our long flight. Would definitely book here again. Excellent value for money.

Great stay out of the city and so nice sleeping amongst leafy suburb. Had a great sleep minimal noise and comfy with kitchen set up. Parking underground mostly empty, thought it prob should have been free considering. Overall good stay.

Although the property is a bit dated the room was clean and comfortable. Ours faced the back street so there was no road noise. It's within walking distance of buses and the train station. There was an IGA and several takeaway/eat in dining options nearby. Overall a very pleasant stay and convenient to our needs. Only negative were the cooking smells coming through the aircon system.

The room have goods in fridge and soiled towel from previous occupancy. Floor had cracked tiles. Bed was lovely and the common areas looked pleasant however, the occupancy rate must be low as no longer services breakfast and linen change is weekly. The property has a hint of former luxury and a pity it seems to be scraping by to keep operational. General cleanliness of property is good, just seems a bit abandoned with negligible staffing.

Mix of permanent residents and travellers in house which I hadn’t experienced before. Very informal check-in. No card details taken and a quick look at my licence on arrival for id. Car park had a few cars that have been there for years based on the layers of dust. The place is large enough to make 2 seperate residences for permanent guests and travellers.
