Elizabeth at reception was absolutely fantastic, taking the time to clearly explain everything we needed for our stay. She made us feel truly valued and warmly welcomed. Thanks to her, we’ll definitely return on future trips to Sydney. The bedroom, though compact, was lovely, with beautiful views over the promenade, beach, and ocean — a perfect setting for a relaxing, lazy weekend getaway.

Staff on the front desk were rude, except for the first lady who booked us in she was lovely. Room very outdated and very loud traffic all night and day.
