We like how we were greeted the room was so big and clean. The pool was close to every room and clean the tiles around the pool were a liitle how when you got out. The way the cars in the carpark were parked easy to come in and out. The only problem we had was the shower dripped all night.

Stayed in a King superior room. Full sized spa bath (that we didn't use), internet provided was full speed nbn and no issues working. was a lovely pool there but no swimmers, however we could easily imagine our kids enjoying themselves there. Ate at the restaurant and although the meals appeared pricey, they were very generous "country" serves. No hesitation in going back there again.

Main room needed a good clean, there was dust everywhere even on the walls. Looks like the cleaner only runs around the middle with the vacuum. The shower recess had lots of mould. Could also do with a refurbish as for the price it’s looking pretty run down. Don’t know how it has the ratings it has. Wouldn’t stay again

Everything about the room was of high standards. The bed was very comfortable , the furniture was excellent, large smart TV The bathroom was well laid out with spa, separate shower, separate toilet. Unit was virtually soundproof and made for peaceful sleep.

Just a couple of housekeeping items were mentioned to reception on our departure even though we had mentioned one to housekeeping on the first day. 1. The basin was blocked and we had to continually wait for the water to recede before we could use it again.I did mention this on the first morning to housekeeping however reception knew nothing about it on our departure on the second morning. 2. Both shower taps needed their washers replaced.

I've stayed in this hotel a few times and always really liked it - well-fitted rooms, clean, great food. However this last time (Jan '22) I was suprised with charges on my bill that I hadn't agreed to, and the hotel simply wouldn't budge on the charges despite admitting to them being there because of administrative errors. I contacted Hotels.com and and they could see the errors too, even contacted the hotel to sort them out ... but ultimately also refused to help. It's a real shame, I do like the hotel but why sould customers bear the brunt of internal admin errors?

The location is convenient and easy to find being on the main road, but set back so you don’t hear the road noise It’s close but a few Km’s from town so you still need to drive in The room was near and tidy and well maintained. It’s a very traditional motel you would find. If you like motels you’ll love this place
