This is a clean, quiet hotel, about 20 minutes from the Roman amphitheater. The breakfast is excellent, the gym small but adequate and the staff were very helpful. My only complaint was no kettle with tea and coffee in the room.

A super hotel in downtown Tarragona, very well presented and with very helpful staff. The parking can only be used by small, medium cars, no SUV's or estates. There is public parking a block away and easily walkable. Menu is adequate, no fine dining. Best things are location, staff, cleanliness and quality. A good hotel and happy to use again.

Although we were facing the park could hear the buses reversing out of the bus station area. Reception staff very helpful

benefit. We stayed for 3 nights and paid less than 250 EUR. Breaksfast, albeit not included, was reasonable @ approximately 15 EUR. The hotel parking is rather limited and spaces are quite tight. Notwithstanding there is a public parking garage within a two block radius that costs about 6 EUR per night, half of what it costs at the hotel garage. The hotel is fairly new and in great condition, conveniently located to most tourist sites in Tarragona.

Reste med min familj och rummet luktade rök( var ett rökfritt rum ) och 3 kuddar var otvättade eftersom de luktade illa.Fanns inget påfyllt schampo, balsam eller duschcreme när vi skulle duscha så var tvugna att ta på oss kläder igen för att ringa och be om påfyllning. Kökspersonal ville ta betalt 4 euro för is. Vi hade flera väskor och fanns ingen vagn som man kunde få låna för att köra upp dessa till rummet. Blev väldigt obekvämt i o med detta då vi kom sent på natten och hade småbarn. Vi kunde inte heller få stå parkerade i garaget för vi hade för stor bil, men när vi kollade så fanns det större bilar parkerade där. Hela vistelsen var obekväm i o med flera punkter. Badrummet upplevdes smutsigt, hade hår i badkaret. Det enda positiva var att det var stora sängar. Kommer inte att boka detta hotell igen.

We had a great stay at the AC Hotel! The staff were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The hotel’s location was excellent, making it easy to get around. We would definitely recommend staying here and would gladly return!

This hotel was okay. It’s on a main road in a busy area and a 15 minute walk to the amphitheater. The front desk staff were not overly friendly but we ordered room service and they were very nice. It is very clean. Parking is very convenient.

We had a great stay at the AC Hotel! The staff were wonderful—friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. The advertised parking was “full”. The front staff was very rude about the parking being full. My husband is handicapped and they claimed the there was no parking left in the garage. Clearly they had let non handicap people or employees park in the garage. And by the way, at 6 am (when employee shift was over), there were 14 spots open! He told us we had to park elsewhere. We found a parking lot and the next morning we found out it was not 24 hrs and could not get to our vehicle until the following morning at 9am. That is not their fault but my husband was very upset. I asked if they could at least comp us the few drinks we had charged to the room from the lobby bar. We were going to have to pay for another night at the hotel and loose the reservation we had at our next destination. He was very rude and would not even contact the manager since it was “not his fault”. This is not Marriott standard. I will be contacting Marriott.

Lovely, modern, comfortable, quiet, centrally located, across the street from a wonderful little cafe where you can have delicious coffee and chocolate croissants. The hotel is in the modern part of Tarragona, but it is walking distance from the beautiful old center with the Roman ruins, charming medieval streets and spectacular views of the ocean. Like Tarragona, a gem!

Quando seleciono um hotel faço questão de pesquisar se o estabelecimento dispõe de estacionamento e isso foi feito antes de efetivsr a reserva. Ocorre que ao chegarmos no hotel a atendente nada simpática informou que o parque do hotel estava lotado e que eu teria que deixar o veículo num estacionamento público distante cerca de 5 minutos a pé do hotel. Nas três noites de estadia o carro dormiu nesse parque público e num dos dias ficamos mais de 1h presos no estacionamento esperando um temporal passar. Além disso, as toalhas de banho estavam encardidas e eram muito velhas. O café da manhã é fraco demais. Não há sequer ovos mexidos ou omeletes e nem mesmo panquecas, itens a meu ver obrigatórios para um hotel de 4 estrelas. O quarto onde fiquei hospedado era antigo, mas confortável. O papel higiénico de péssima qualidade. Os compartimentos de gel de banho e de shampoo ficaram vazios na primeira noite e não foram repostos. Enfim, um hotel muito aquém das minhas expectativas.
