Jammer dat de bar al gesloten was na ons bezoek aan Paradox, hadden graag met ons groep nog wat willen drinken. Verder, helemaal prima, ruime kamer, uitstekend douche, heerlijk ontbijt, vriendelijk personneel. Mooi locatie in het centrum.

Centraal in de stad is erg fijn kamer was wat verouderd maar prima, Zwembad was helaas koud ambiance niet gezellig bij het zwembad en sauna was verouderd, delen kapot en niet te sturen lag een plas water in. Badjas die ik kreeg zat vol gaten en scheuren. Voor de rest prima voor een bacht

Vuil zwembad, oude kamer met versleten matras, ook ontbijt was niet vers en er zaten vliegjes in de melk, veel last van de andere kamers (gekreun, de deuren,..) Over het zwembad ben ik niet te spreken, de lift is kapot. Oké kan gebeuren maar je moet langs een pis trap naar beneden met een medewerker en om terug te gaan zonder medewerker moet je langs buiten gaan in je badjas, op straat. Zwembad was ook vuil geen circulatie in het water en gewoon echt vies. Ons zie je hier niet terug echt ondermaats

I visited Tilburg to see a concert in the venue Poppodium 013. Mercure Hotel is just around the corner from the venue (2 minutes walking). The train station is about 10 to 15 minutes on food. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Upon booking I asked if they have vegan breakfast options available, which they did. On my first morning, a member of staff walked me around the breakfast buffet to show me the relevant options. Plenty to choose from (both vegan and non-vegan options). The hotel is centrally located in Tilburg, right in the city centre. Currently, the AC in the rooms is being upgraded. In my room, there was still an old system which didn't really cool the room down. I left the window open whenever I was in the room which helped a lot. One night it was getting noisy outside with the window open and I had to close it again. With a closed window, the room was quiet and peaceful; noises were blocked out well. In the room, a kettle, teabags and coffee maker were provided, as well as a mini fridge. The lobby had another coffee maker, tea and water to choose from, free of charge. The lobby also provides comfortable sitting arrangements. On my last evening I noticed that there were bicycles in the lobby with the hotel name on it. Unfortunately I didn't realise it earlier or I would have asked about renting one for the day :) The hotel also offers umbrellas for rent.

We didn't get the best welcome to this hotel. We arrived late as we couldn't get parked anywhere near. The hotel failed to tell us the road to the parking was closed. After getting parked Tilberg looked like a warzone, litter and glass everywhere. It turns out we had just missed the largest fair in Europe, which was lucky if that is the carnage they leave behind. Due to the late arrival (just after 11), reception was deserted. It took us a good 10mins before we gained access to the hotel. To be fair, the man on reception was polite, helpful and good with the kids. The room itself was dated, dirty, and had mould around the windows. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly and the linen and mattress were stained. Had we have arrived earlier and staying more than one night we would have asked to have been moved.

Grosse déception. Sol chambre et sdb très sale en arrivant. Cheveux, miettes, traces de chaussures..Moquette tâchée et vieille. Avons demandé de changer de chambre, ce qui a été fait, mais le sol de sdb de la 2e chambre est toujours avec des traces chaussures et mal lavé. On nous promet de nettoyer pour notre retour. Au retour rien n a été fait et à notre remarque le ton a changé - d'abord la dame de la réception nous dit que ce n est pas vrai, qu'elle a checké elle-même et c'était propre. On lui montre la photo, sa réponse est : "C était propre quand je suis montée, peut-être se sont vos traces de chaussures et cheveux parterre." Son collègue vient à son secours en disant que le sol est en carlage noir donc "forcement on voit tout et c'est difficile à nettoyer". C'est bien la 1e fois dans ma vie que j'ai une telle discussion à la réception d'un hôtel. Désolant.

Der Eingang zum Hotel war echt sehr schön gemacht und gepflegt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer leider war sehr schlecht. Der ganze Teppich im Zimmer dreckig und überall Flecken, im Badezimmer sehr viel Kalk und dreck am Silikon, Die Fensterbank fällt halb ab, die Lichter spielen total verrückt und es hat 15 Minuten gedauert bis wir diese endlich aus hatten. Ich würde keine 200€ mehr für eine Nacht dort verbringen nie wieder. Zimmernummer war die 219

I booked a room for 1 night , and this is not the first time ive been a guest at this hotel. I got room 227. I imformed the front desk about the lights in my room wasnt going off and i was told she would check up on it, and she did not. So the only way to have a dark room without lights on , was to pull out the key card by the door to cut of the electricity. And by doing that, you're not gonna be able to charge your phone for exampel. I also got a room with blood on the sheets , so over all i had a bad experiences and i ended up going over to a friend to spend the night there. So i booked and paid for a room i didnt use more then 2 hours for a nap - after the fact i noticed blood on the sheets (this is so unacceptable) Im not gonna stay in this hotel again, this visit was a waste of money. And im so disappointed.

Immaculate hotel, fresh , contemporary light rooms. Superb comfy beds. Well fitted out shower room with all the quality soaps etc. Staff superb and very polite and attentive. Food was lovely and coffee also available at bar. Would highly recommend staying here.

The room felt big and ample. Everything looked clean. There were enough towels and toiletries. There was also a mini bar for a couple of sodas and water which was great because I was super thirsty when I got it to the hotel. My only complaint is that the lighting was all overhead and it was the same lights so they cast a big shadow on everything. It’s not ideal for doing your makeup! haha the temperature was fine in the room and also the water in the shower had great pressure, there was instant hot water so you didn’t have to wait much to hop in.

Slidt og en masse larm må tiltænkes. Hvis ikke udefra, så fra selve deres AC system på værelser. Vi havde 5 værelser fordelt på forskellig etager og de alle havde støj fra blæser, som skulle opvarme eller nedkøle, så man valgte at slukke for denne.

Forvent en masse støj og hvis ikke ude fra så fra deres ac system. Dårlig tryk på vandet i bruser som også stod ud i alle retninger grundet kalk. Et okay 3 stjernet og ikke mere. Har haft 5 værelser over en måned, så erfaring er taget over mange dage.

Between the Mercure and Expedia, half of our reservation was lost. Each blamed the other, but the Mercure was overbooked and had no rooms to resolve the issue. After 1 night we switched to a different hotel.

I visited Tilburg to see a concert in the venue Poppodium 013. Mercure Hotel is just around the corner from the venue (2 minutes walking). The train station is about 10 to 15 minutes on food. The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Upon booking I asked if they have vegan breakfast options available, which they did. On my first morning, a member of staff walked me around the breakfast buffet to show me the relevant options. Plenty to choose from (both vegan and non-vegan options). The hotel is centrally located in Tilburg, right in the city centre. Currently, the AC in the rooms is being upgraded. In my room, there was still an old system which didn't really cool the room down. I left the window open whenever I was in the room which helped a lot. One night it was getting noisy outside with the window open and I had to close it again. With a closed window, the room was quiet and peaceful; noises were blocked out well. In the room, a kettle, teabags and coffee maker were provided, as well as a mini fridge. The lobby had another coffee maker, tea and water to choose from, free of charge. The lobby also provides comfortable sitting arrangements. On my last evening I noticed that there were bicycles in the lobby with the hotel name on it. Unfortunately I didn't realise it earlier or I would have asked about renting one for the day :) The hotel also offers umbrellas for rent.

Mooi hotel in het midden van het centrum. Goed, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Mijn vrouw heeft coeliakie, een glutenintolerantie, dit van te voren aangegeven. Dit werd bij aankomst door de receptie gelijk besproken en doorgegeven aan de keuken. Deze hebben bij het ontbijt er goed rekening mee gehouden en zelfs heerlijke glutenvrije broodjes appart gebakken en meer glutenvrije opties. Mijn complimenten, hier komen we nog eens terug.

Fatiscente, sporco, a colazione le due cameriere preferivano stare a chiacchierare piuttosto che pulire i tavoli. Sollecitate a pulire il nostro tavolo, la pulizia lasciava molto a desiderare. Vuil zwembad, oude kamer met versleten matras, ook ontbijt was niet vers en er zaten vliegjes in de melk, veel last van de andere kamers (gekreun, de deuren,..) Over het zwembad ben ik niet te spreken, de lift is kapot. Oké kan gebeuren maar je moet langs een pis trap naar beneden met een medewerker en om terug te gaan zonder medewerker moet je langs buiten gaan in je badjas, op straat. Zwembad was ook vuil geen circulatie in het water en gewoon echt vies. Ons zie je hier niet terug echt ondermaats

I made a reservation at this hotel through Expedia back in October, reserving & paying upfront for a room in May 2026, there was a concert at the venue close by. 2 weeks before arrival the hotel called saying they had moved me to a hotel a few miles from the city centre due to overbooking a whole floor worth of rooms and they had to move all the ones made through Expedia or other 3rd party websites first. I told them the reason I was staying in the city centre was because I wanted to be close to the concert venue, a 3 minute walk. Instead of a 10 minute drive, the hotel did offer to pay for up to 4 taxis, however I explained this would be inconvenient to myself, both myself and my friend who was staying with me were arriving to the station at different times & also both leaving the next day at different times, well there’s four taxi trips, without going into the city to the concert, I also didn’t want the hassle of constantly having to think about how and when to get a taxi, it’s the whole reason I booked a hotel in the city centre. I spoke with another manager who went away for a week to look at other options. After multiple phone calls through the week prior to arrival they said they had found an apartment for me in the city centre, so I appreciate the effort they went to to find me this, they paid for it on my behalf. hadn’t received any check in details to the apartment. Around 15:00 on arrival dayreceived a call from the apartment telling me they hotel hadn’t paid them!
