Nach einer Rundreise durch Japan haben wir zum Abschluss dieses Hotel gebucht, weil es einen Pool für unsere Kinder bietet. Damit wirbt das Hotel auch prominent. Was dabei nicht erwähnt wird, dass der Pool eine riesige Abzocke ist. Der Zugang zum Pool kostet 30,- Euro pro Person. Kinder kostenlos. Dafür hat man aber keinen Tageszugang, sonder für einen Zeitraum von 3-4 Stunden. Möchte man den ganzen Tag als Eltern mit Kindern am Pool verbringen, muss man entsprechend 180,- Euro zahlen. Die Kinder möchten sich eines der aufblasbaren Poolspielzeuge ausleihen? Weitere 6,- bis 18,- Euro für 3 Stunden. So eine Abzocke habe ich noch nie erlebt. Und ich reise seit Jahrzehnten sehr viel. Das Hotel an sich ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommener Mittelklasse Bunker. Ein Tageshotel mit mittelmäßigem Service und sehr hohen Preisen. In Tokyo gibt es tolle Hotels. Das Hilton Tokyo Bay gehört nicht dazu. Ich kann nur davor warnen.

This hotel is an amazing property and well suited for families that are attending Disney. We wanted to stay here for a different location on this trip to Tokyo, it was fairly easy to get to. The only thing I would like is that the pool stay open longer. It closed at 4:30 and we wanted to eat and relax in the warmth by the pool.

ディズニーからはとても近いので良かった。ユニットバスなところが残念。備え付けのシャンプーが残念。値段的に、メイク落としや洗顔フォームなども準備してくれてもいいのにと思った。セルフで汲めるウォーターサーバーは良かったが端っこの部屋からは遠く、汲みに行く気になれなかった。家も子ども連れでしたが、夜も朝も上の部屋の子どもの走り回る音がすごくてよく眠れなかった。帰りの際、雨でしたが駐車場まで借りれる傘もなく屋根もないのに自分で行き来しなければ行けなかったのでビショ濡れになった。駐車料金4500円ほど別料金は高い。なんの値段ですか？外国人スタッフはとても感じが良かったが、日本人スタッフはあまり印象がよくなかった。お土産屋さんは充実していて良かったです。総合的に、値段が割に合わないと感じました。期待していただけに色々と残念。

The Hilton Tokyo was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in, and we travel frequently. Their staff is very kind and attentive. The cleanliness is top notch, and the restaurants in the hotel provide excellent quality food. Although I the hotel is great, the only issue I found was that their garden pool cost way too much to use, especially since the hours are limited which restricted us to only one hour available to swim during our stay. The free pool (indoors) is booked by reservation. Other than the swimming issue, this hotel truly matches its star rating. Although it may be a while to get back to Tokyo, we plan on using this hotel again the next time we return. Thank you

The hotel is great, but for the price it’s what you’d expect. Food was great, staff were good. Room was large and great for our family of 4. There is lots of facilities such as luggage transfer and Disney store plus a cheaper late night meal shop who also do room service snacks. If I had one complaint it’s that the swimming pool cost is wild! 4000 yen per person for a swim is extortionate!!!

Bem localizado em relação aos parques da Disneyland Tokyo, basta atravessar a rua e você já está na Disney resort line. Tudo bem conservado e todas as pessoas muito solícitas e excelente atendimento. Ainda na propriedade é oferecido spa, lavanderia, academia, restaurantes , loja da Disney, e há uma loja de conveniência Lawson 24 horas, se precisar de shuttle para o aeroporto é possível fazer a reserva, converse quando fizer o check in que lhe forneceram um QR Code para agendamento, mas se utilizar táxi também é bem simples de conseguir um apenas passar as portas de vidro e terá alguém para te auxilia. Sobre ser sustentável eles abraçaram um forma eco e muito confortável, eu utilizava uma garrafa de água pessoal , então apenas ia no filtro e pagava água e gelo, todos os andares tem dois focos.

ディズニー４日間の旅。到着初日に、洗面台のゴミ箱の中に使用済み綿棒（口紅のようなものが付いていました）が残っていたこと、テレビの下のほうのカーペットにsimケースが落ちていたこと、これをみて清掃が完全ではないなと思いました。３泊で５０万以上（時期的に）払ったお部屋だったのでとても残念でした。部屋は広く、スーツケースを３つ持ち込みましたが、狭くなりませんでした。6ベッド快適でした。15才以上の子ども4人と夫婦でゆっくり過ごせました。朝食バイキングは、会場が数カ所あり（内容は同じ）年始にしては並ばずに快適に食事ができました。SDGSを配慮して部屋のウォーターサービスがありませんでした。そのかわりに一つ容器が置いてあり、わざわざ廊下に取りに行かなくてはならず、部屋着で廊下に出たくないし、とても面倒でしたので、うちは自分たちで一階のローソンで水のペットボトルを買いました。お水のサービスは、汲みに行くか、ペットボトルかを客に選ばせていいので、ペットボトルもあるべきだと思いました。

The staff were, from checkin until leaving, the saving grace for this hotel. They helped us send luggage to our rooms during checkin (was busy and had to wait), explained everything clearly, and when I came across minor issues came to the rescue immediately. The room had really good unobstructed ocean views for those who like that, and a Japanese style screen door to add to aesthetics. The bathroom is a full sized one, larger than your typical business hotel, heated mirror in the center so it didn't fog up. Here comes the issue, when we first checked in the room slippers were so old and crusty the leather was breaking off, and there was cellotape and hair stuck to the bottom. (not a huge issue) So I thought, it's all carpeted anyway so let's just go barefoot, should be fine, big mistake, there was somebody's toenail and leftover rice (dried already by this time) on the carpet, which I stepped on 2 seconds after saying "should be fine". Once again the staff came to the rescue inmediately after hearing my complaint and I must give them credit. New slippers and a quick go over the carpet. We were on our way to Disney the following day so they also offered a taxi ride to the entrance. Really appreciate the team responding quickly and the whole time was very professional and genuinely caring. It's peak season so I assume housekeeping is under stress...

何度か宿泊していてとても気に入っていましたが、今回のお部屋はたまたま普段使っていなかった部屋なのか、お部屋の臭いがこもっていて、カビのようなにおいがしていました。また、おトイレの便座も通電しておらず冷たく、自分で電源も入れることのできない便器でした。幸いスタッフの方にその話をして、消臭剤を頼んだら別のお部屋に変えて下さいました。この対応はとても素晴らしかったと言えます。通されたお部屋は全く臭いもなく、便座も温かく快適に過ごせました。けれど、ヒルトンでこのお部屋の状態に気がついていなかったことはとても残念です。

We had the family suite, it was dated in terms of decoration and configuration. Sufficient for sleep, shower and then going to Disney. The shower was in the same room as the toilet, so if one person was in the shower it made it difficult to go to the bathroom. It was convenient for going to Disneysea and Disneyland on monorail.

Convenient location for our Disney Adventures. Room was very large/spacious compared to Hotel rooms in the city (Ginza). The room was also very clean and we had a lovely view of the bay. Check-in was quick and efficient and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They will hold your luggage or can arrange a delivery service to your next hotel destination - of course there's a fee. Just keep in mind there is no same day service for luggage delivery. We did not partake in the breakfast buffet so I can't really comment, but a co-worker of mine said it was really good. I highly recommend this hotel. You won't regret it!

ディズニーへ行くため、海側ツインのお部屋に2泊しました。思いがけず富士山が見えて良かったです。ベッドは小さすぎて転げ落ちるのではないかと心配でした。ベッドが小さいのでやたら部屋が広く感じて落ち着かない感じでした。部屋は清潔でしたが、綿棒が入ったキットが一つしかなく2人で使うには足りませんでした。お水は給水できるところに水入れを持って行くスタイルだったのでありがたかったです。部屋着もあったので助かりました。どこかの口コミにもありましたが、海沿いの道路を夜中バイクの走り屋みたいのが爆音で走らせるのが正直迷惑でせっかくの旅行が台無しでした。最寄りの駅まで歩くこともシャトルバスの利用もできて便利でした。帰り舞浜駅までのシャトルバスで数分でしたので利用しましたが便利でした。行きは羽田空港からリムジンバスを利用したらあのエリアのホテルをぐるーっと回った最後がヒルトンだったので1時間近く無駄にしたので、空港からは舞浜駅まで行きシャトルバスでホテルへ向かわれた方がいいのかもしれません。ホテルとは関係ないですが、ヒルトンホテルから舞浜駅までのシャトルバスの運転手に駅のことで質問をしたのですが、すごく無愛想で夢から一気にさめたのが残念でした。近隣の他のホテルに泊まった事がありますが、またもしディズニーに行くならヒルトン一択だと思います。コンビニもあるし、ホテル入ってすぐのコーヒーショップのコーヒーはめちゃくちゃ美味しかったです！

Great hotel to visit the Tokyo Disney Resort. The monorail is an easy 5 minute walk from the hotel, or they also offer a free shuttle service from outside the hotel which we utilised frequently. Great service from all the staff members. Room was very spacious and beds super comfortable. We also had a park view where you could see the fireworks in the evening. We would definitely stay here again!

We couldn’t enjoy our breakfast buffet — which, by the way, costs over $50 per person. We felt pressured to finish quickly and pay our bill because they suddenly told us at 10:10 that they close at 10:15 am. I understand that if you arrive at the buffet late, you need to hurry to get your food before closing, but this should not apply when you are already seated and eating. This was unacceptable, and when I complained to the counter staff, they ignored me. Also, if you don’t make a reservation to use the outdoor pool, you cannot enjoy it — and it costs 6000-10000 yen per person to use. I would have appreciated it if the front desk staff had provided more information about this at check-in. On the other hand, the Dynasty Restaurant was excellent with great service and delicious coconut pudding!
