Close to disney resort monorail, plus you can have the airport bus pick your party up at the hotel. Bell hop was great as they would move and store your luggage onto the bus. Has shuttle to take you to and from the disney resort monorail.

What a fantastic hotel. The room was large and comfortable and came with many amenities. There were even 4 kinds of lotion! The staff was extremely attentive and helpful. There was a cute little Disney store. There was also a small convenience store on property not far from the main lobby. The location is fantastic. Walking distance to the Disneyland Resort monorail. If we go to Tokyo Disney Resort again, this will be our top choice.

A very spacious room with lovely view of the bay , we quite liked the retro ‘80s feel to the decor and the amenities were excellent,especially the face masks. Excellent transport links to the Disney Parks. Lovely to have a Disney Store in the hotel but the convenience store on site didn’t have much to offer, we found the Lawson at The Hilton next door on our last day.

This place have options to transfer to Maihama station, Bayside station (disney trains), Haneda airport and Narita Airport. Also they don't have adapters for NEMA 5-15 so you need to buy one in Japan like Don Quite or just bring your own. They do have USB to wall converter though The downside is they don't run very late and so you need to plan ahead. They do have access to Maihama and so if you wanted to get some disney Shopping done at ikspiari and Bon Voyage then it is a free trip to and from Maihama station. If you miss the last bus from Bayside station, you can walk to the Hotel since it is right across the street. I would say the downside for many of the properties around Disney Tokyo Resort is the lack of late night dining, so you have no options unless you want to take a taxi to some of the 24 hours spots in Tokyo.

A great hotel if you’re visiting either Disney parks or need to get to the airport. 6 minute walk from bayside station, but also a bus service if you have luggage or small children regularly until quite late. Riding the monorail is cheap and easy too! Only ¥700 for a day ticket ¥300 for single journey. The hotel is clean, comfortable and spacious, has a convenience store and late night bakery, also vending machines. Best amenities we had available at the entirety of our stay in Japan and we stayed in 6 different hotels. Room was huge and we had a large sunken bathtub with bath gel available - perfect after a long day of walking. Staff are friendly and helpful too. Very much recommmend,

This property is getting a bit dated but is maintained very well and staffed by well-trained staff. It is across the street from the Disney monorail, so it was ideal for my trip. Cleanliness is a priority for me, and this hotel gets top marks for that. I would absolutely stay here again.

Rooms were clean and tidy but there was a strong musky odor because of how aged the furniture and building is. Big balls of dust found in the lifts like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The beds were very firm and uncomfortable. Despite the cons the staff were super friendly and the location was very convenient for Disneyland and sea.

4 out of 5 stars We had a great stay at this hotel during our trip to Japan! We stayed for 6 days at this hotel. The room was quiet, very clean, and the location was super convenient—just a short walk to the Disney Resort Line, which made getting to DisneySea a breeze. (However, it was far from everything else we wanted to do. Now that I know-we will book several hotels based on all the places we want to go to next time). The customer service was absolutely amazing—staff were kind, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. That alone made a big difference in our overall experience. The only downsides were the musty smell in the hallway,and the air conditioning in the room, which wasn’t very strong. It made the room a bit warm at times, especially after coming back from a long day out. Despite that, I would still recommend this hotel and give it 4 stars out of 5. The cleanliness, peaceful atmosphere, and outstanding service really stood out.

The hotel is a bit dated, but it’s nice. The bathroom was amazing! Great bathtub, large separate shower, all the toiletries and bottles of things you could ask for. The beds were extremely firm (almost like lying on a box spring), but the staff kindly put on down-filled mattress pads upon request (at midnight after my husband couldn’t sleep). Great location for the parks.

Almost everything everyone has said is true. The hotel is a bit dated. The walls are thin. The bed is hard. That said, this hotel worked perfect. Close to shuttles. Easy in and out. The bed was hard but fine. My only real complaint was the AC. It took way too long to cool the room down to a comfortable temperature. That made sleeping more difficult, not the bed.

Very close to monorail station, very helpful and friendly staff. Lots of amenities offered. Room very clean and tidy. The bed is very firm so dont be surprised on that, we had trouble initially sleeping on it but after a busy park day we did not notice it at all.

Very nice hotel on Tokyo Bay. Across the street from the Bayside monorail station that takes you to Disneyland and Disneysea. However, the rooms are very dated. The pink decor screams "built in 1992" and everything has 30 years of wear. Also, the beds are very cheap and hard and need replacing immediately. They are showing their age and I could hear the springs creaking when I lay down. Uncomfortable! I woke up with sore hips. I've never had this problem before with any other hotel ever. The staff were superb, but due to the dated condition and uncomfortable sleep, I would try another hotel on my next visit to Toyko Disneyland.

The room was huge and a very welcome after the pokey rooms we’d been staying in before. The bathroom was also big, with a nice, deep bath and separate shower. The location is perfect for Tokyo Disney resort as it faces Bayside monorail station. Sadly the hotel is looking very tired and in need of renovation. Not just because of the very retro features but wallpaper curling on the edges, broken doors and our room even had exposed electrics on the floor lamp. Also the facilities aren’t as good as neighbouring hotels, with 1 restaurant and a small shop. We ended up using the bar, restaurant and Lawson in the Hilton next door. This hotel was still cheaper than the others, so if all you want is a comfy bed with a good location for Disney, it is still worth booking but other than that I’d say look elsewhere

We have two under 3s and the Japanese tatami mat room was perfect for them! Breakfast was amazing too, we can also rent an Onsen for an hour to go in as a family daily. We loved how close it was to Disney resort as well. The only downside was the cleaners I’ve lost a few things but the staff especially Jasmine was such a sweet and caring person I can’t wait to stay there again. Truly recommend for family with small kids

Perfect hotel for Disney! Right across from the monorail station that takes you to Disneyland or Disney Seas. So convenient. Nice large room. Good wifi. The beds are firm and the pillows were a little too hard for our taste but that is the case in a lot of hotels in Japan. Overall a great stay and we will definitely come back.

The hotel stay was to be a nice end to a hectic tour for business. I thought somewhere out of the way would be nice, but sadly for me, this hotel was found lacking. This hotel a perfect for those enjoying their Disneyland Tokyo experience, but nothing else. The staff were perfect, couldn’t fault them. The breakfast was fine, lacking quality breakfast items. While there was a good selection, I felt unsatisfied with the quality, wanting more even after I finished breakfast. I guess it’s fine for a breakfast before the Disney experience, but if I stayed here before my day out, I would get to the park and look for more food. Don’t get me wrong, lovely hotel, and amazing staff, but food was poor. I’ve stayed at many hotels, sadly I won’t stay here again. No room service. No laundry service. No sandwhiches. The shop had bits, but nothing for lunch. Lunch could only be had at the restaurant, which was a set menu? Have a buffet lunch maybe, or selection of pre-made sandwiches/made to order/japanese food. I was perplexed by this. I checked out early to go to another hotel near the airport. If going to Disney fine, but for me, I’d stay at another hotel, maybe the Hilton or something. Sorry.

Had to stay here at the last minute for one night because our return flight was delayed, and this was one of two options available to us. But let me say that one night here made me wish we had actually booked this hotel for the full duration of our trip! The breakfast here blew the competition away, especially in comparison to where we were staying previously. Breakfast was a buffet and the selections are plentiful and of high quality. I wish we had the opportunity to have tried the other restaurants in here as well, if they were the same quality than the breakfast was, it had to have been high. Additionally the location was ideal and closer to the Disney line station that we needed to be by, a lot closer than our previous stay. They also provided transportation to Maihama Station as well so it was convenient. The room was also massive, very big! The only small thing that was not perfect was that the rooms were a bit dated, I can see how it might have been a luxury hotel maybe 10/15 years ago, but in 2025, they’re a bit old.

Stayed for 7 nights August 2026. Hotel is a Disney partner hotel so includes Disney transport to / from Maihama Station and Bayside Station. Check-in was fast and efficient. Room was nicely furnished, clean, big bathroom with bath and shower. The shower was one of the best ever, easy to use, powerful, nice toiletries, no leaks to bathroom floor. Breakfast was quite busy, if we hit peak time we might have to wait about 10 minutes. There are two breakfast rooms, both serve same buffet. Good selection of fruit, cereal, yoghurt, French toast, waffles, omelet chef as well as Japanese breakfast. Staff were always cheery and helpful. Hotel is opposite Bayside monorail station, 1 stop to Disney Sea, 2 stops to Maihama. You could walk to Maihama station in about 20-25 minutes. Train to Tokyo Station takes about 30 minutes from Miahama, a very simple, straight forward journey. Hotel also served by Hotel Limousine bus from Haneda and Narita. The Ikspari mall is nearby with lots of nice restaurants to chose from. We had stayed at Hilton nearby a few times but thought we would give the Okura a try. Not as big or crowded as Hilton. Similar facilities. Definitely has a more relaxed feel than the Hilton. Would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay at Hotel Okura. A short walk to the Bayside Station for easy access to the parks. Also there is a free shuttle available from the hotel to Bayside Station and Maihama Station. There is an airport limousine that made our transport to and from the airport very simple. The room was very large, a lot of space for only 2 people. Plenty of amenities, including a bathtub. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
