Family friendly option. Walking distance to Disney monorail or catch resort shuttle to Monorail Station. Lawsons across the road at Hilton is very handy for alternative dining. Very convenient hotel for Disney resorts, monorail is a few minutes walk and a shuttle bus to the train station. Unfortunately the limousine bus from the airport doesn’t run late and a taxi is about 10,000yen. Nice view and the central area of the hotel is fun and dramatic. Buffet breakfast and dinner was convenient, the other restaurant is pretty $$$. Clean, large rooms with everything you need.

We enjoyed being close to Disney while still having a quiet hotel and a very comfortable room. The room and bathroom were up to date and spacious, easily accommodating us and our adult child. We also liked the clean laundry facility, which was easy to operate with the app and a credit card, allowing us to pack less and have more room for souvenirs. It was a short walk to Bayside station, where we hopped onto the monorail and were in a Disney park within a short time.

Was pleasantly surprised once we arrived at the Grand Nikko. Super friendly, respectful staff. The hotel is modern and clean. It is in the Tokyo Disney hotel complex. Dinners at the restaurant were great along with the breakfast buffets. Very close (5 min walk) to the Disney Monorail which provides access to Tokyo Disneyland, Tokyo Disney Sea, and the JR Rail Maihama Station. Also within the hotel, there is a convenience store, ATM, and currency exchange machine in case you need it. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again on a future trip.

So we stayed here twice and our first stay was amazing, everything was so clean and comfortable and wonderful. The second time, our room was on the south side and idk if it was our room type but it was gross. You could wipe the black mold off the shower with the palm of your hand. The bathroom in general was not clean. The first bathroom was Japanese style and this one was American style with the toilet in the same room and a shower/bath combo.

今年のGWに2泊宿泊し、非常に気に入ったので今回は3泊しました。到着後、部屋のトイレ（ユニットバス）を使用した際、排水口から悪臭があり、バスタブやトイレに水を流すと少し改善されたのでひとまずは我慢。翌朝、臭いが酷く後2泊する事を考えると堪りかねて消臭の対応をしてもらうお願いをして外出。夕方に部屋に戻ると『対応しました』、『ご迷惑をおかけしました』とのお手紙と共に、お願いしていたeco清掃もされており、アメニティ補充やグラス交換をして頂きました。本当はまだ臭いが気になりましたが、確かにかなり改善されていたので我慢をし部屋で過ごしておりました。どうもお水を流さない時間が長いと臭いが上がってくる様で、朝トイレを使用する際は初日ほどでは無いものの臭いは発生する様でした。 3日目、外出し部屋に戻ると使用済みグラスが残ったまま交換されておらず、お部屋の清掃部署の方に電話でその旨を伝えると、『eco清掃につきグラスは交換しない』と言われ、『客が自分で洗って再使用する』ような旨の話しとなりましたが、『交換しましょうか？』と言われたのでお願いをしてお部屋まで持ってきてもらいました。私が無知なだけかも知れませんが、旅行好きで色々なホテルに泊まっていますが初めてそのような事を言われたので驚きました。確かにeco清掃にはグラス交換の記載がなかったのでそういうルールと自身で納得しました。但しその後、嫌な予感がし、朝に使用済みで空になり芯までゴミ箱に捨てていたトイレットペーパーが補充されているか確認した所、補充されておらず二段目のわずかに残ったトイレットペーパーのみの状態に呆れ、アメニティもボディータオルやその他の補充がありませんでした。何度も連絡する事には気が引けましたが、トイレットペーパーがない事は我慢出来ずに再度電話。『担当の方からはeco清掃の意思を示していた為』と言われましたがトイレットペーパーはおかしくないか伝えた所、『持っていきます』と言われお願いをしました。 3連泊であった為、eco清掃の意思は示しましたが、日によって対応が違うのは甚だ疑問です。また、こちらは丁寧に話しをしているにも関わらず、『eco清掃の意思を示していた為』と電話で言われる必要があるのか？も甚だ疑問です。娘との旅行。今年のGWに初めて来訪した際に気に入り、今回は3連泊を楽しみにリピートをしたホテルだけに、非常に残念でした。

ディズニーに行くために宿泊させてもらいました。舞浜からはバスが出ていたので移動が楽でした。空港から発送したスーツケースも部屋まで持ってきていただいてとてもたすかりました。シャワー室があったので、チェックイン後にさっと入りたいとおもったのですが、ひどい赤カビと黒カビでカビの臭いもすごかったので、仕方なくお風呂に入りました… またコップやポットが置いてあるところに埃がたまっており、不衛生だと思いました。ホテルも古さがあったので、せめて清掃が行き届いていればよかったのにと思います。ただ、朝食付きにしたのですが、朝食をとらずにディズニーへ行きたかったので、朝食の振替で夕食をレストランでいただいたのですが、とても雰囲気がよかったです。屋内なのに屋外にいるような気分になりました。ライトアップもされてとてもよかったです。食事は量がとても多くてお腹いっぱいになりました。サラダのドレッシングが酢がきいていたので、子供たちはあまり好まず全て親が食べました… 朝食のブッフェも食べてみたかったです。立地も雰囲気もすごくよかったので、あとは清掃が行き届いていればまた泊まりに行きたいと思いました。

2日間の連泊でした。簡易の清掃のふだをさげてました。簡易の内容はどんな感じの清掃になりますか？カップの交換無し、お風呂の掃除なし、カップの中にコーヒーを入れた後のゴミもそのまま、絨毯にごみ。このような掃除の仕方も簡易になるのですかね。他の事に関しては素晴らしいと思ったのですが、出先から帰ってきて部屋がこんなだったらガックリです。簡易的な掃除の内容もわからないので、ここまでが簡易的な掃除ですよと明記してあれば納得かもですね。ただあまりにもいい加減な掃除ねしかたでした。

Beautiful property! We had a lovely view of the bay from our room and even the shower! The room was plenty big and while not brand new decor, still tasteful and bright. We loved the price and the convenience to Disney and Ikspiari, walked about 5 minutes to the Monorail staton, Bayside.

I liked the location. Close to the Disneyland and Disney Sea Monorail. The front desk upgraded us to a room on a higher level and had views of the Disneyland castles and the Disney Sea volcano! We saw the fireworks from the room! Buffet breakfast was really good! Had a bus to the airport and had self storage for our luggage.

Great looking hotel. American side of breakfast buffet between the eggs and bacon were very undercooked. Not to mention needing reservations for breakfast, waited 45 minutes one day and an hour the next. Was disappointed when I asked for a taxi and they said none were available.

Also, the shuttle service to Disney Sea and Disneyland was very convenient except it’s not designed to accommodate travelers with bigger luggages. The limousine bus to the airport was also very easy for us and the bellmen were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Stayed at Grand Nikko for 2nights. It’s ok, it’s run down, a bit of mold here and there, whatever it’s ok. We are just there to sleep. We will be at Disney Sea and Land the whole 2days. It’s reflected in the price we paid. The part that pissed us off was the shuttle service they offer. We were supposed to take the shuttle service from Bayside st back to the hotel. We finished early and left at 2:15pm. Rainy and cold day, we called it a day. Before our ride back to the hotel, my child gave my toddler a hard candy. Therefore my toddler was chocking on it. When we noticed, we took out a ziploc bag to make her spit or throw up the hard candy. My toddler did manage to spit out. The driver (Takara) saw us helping our kid spit out the candy, he rolled out the metal ramp and asked us to get off and walked. He told us it’s a short walk. He made extra effort because when we hopped on with our stroller, he didn’t bother to take out the ramp, yet did so to ask us off. We got off without a fuss, walked back. The walk was short, we got back to the hotel at the same time as the shuttle. But we walked in the cold, in the wind, in the rain… after a morning and early afternoon of Disney. My kids were exhausted and he told us to walk in the rain. Disney is an attraction mainly targeting kids. The hotels nearby cater to families with young kids visiting Disney. Yet this driver, instead of helping with the short ride back, told us to walk in the rain. We will never stay there ever again.

I can’t say enough amazing things about Grand Nikko Tokyo Bay Maihama! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — the staff was so friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. You genuinely feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout your stay. The hotel itself is stunning — beautifully designed with so many spots that are perfect for photos. It’s also very safe, spotless, and well maintained. We had a Bay view from our balcony, and it was absolutely breathtaking — such a peaceful and scenic way to start and end the day. Location-wise, it doesn’t get better. It’s just a 5-minute walk to the Disney monorail, which connects you easily to the train station and the parks. Super convenient for Disney visits! The rooms were surprisingly spacious, especially for Japan, and everything was immaculately clean. The amenities were top-notch, and every detail felt thoughtful and high quality. This will definitely be our go-to hotel every time we come back to Tokyo Disney. We truly had a perfect stay — beautiful, relaxing, and memorable. Highly recommend!

I wanted a hotel near the disney parks, and it was worth it. We stayed a night and the train runs through the parks. Hotel has a shuttle that takes you straight to the parks or the train station. Definitely staying here more nights when I come back to the disney parks.

Overall, this property was really good. I had no major complaints and they were very respectful. They also were able to add an extra TWIN bad when we had three people instead of two, even though we did have to pay more for that it makes sense. No major concerns outside of the fact that it was really confusing that we did not get a free buffet one per day when we were communicated from the staff members that we would get one free buffet per day? When we confirmed with them they said yes. Apparently you need a food voucher. We asked the front desk, an employee and the waiter up front who all confirmed it. There may have been language barriers? But overall nice despite that unfortunate situation.

The room was nice. Would have expected better bath wash etc for the price of the room. Dinner was awful, cold food when should have been hot, limited variety. Breakfast was much better. English speaking needs to be improved when booking massage, for cancelled due to not understand. Staff were helpful. Overpriced for what you get unfortunately

La chambre était parfaite, la literie au top En effet, comme tout le monde on pourrait avoir un avis un peu négatif sur le fait de devoir réserver le buffet petit déjeuner et de devoir un peu attendre Mais en vrai nous l’avons pas pris pour Disney, nous avons préféré arriver tôt et je vous le conseille très fortement. Vous êtes pas prêts pour la durée d’attente qui vous attend. Le lendemain on a pris le temps et on a réservé le petit déjeuner et il était très bon lui aussi.

The breakfast buffet is absolutely incredible. This is by far the best buffet I've ever been to in regards to quality, and quantity. The Bayside Station is an easy 3 minute walk from the hotel if you are trying to make it to the Maihama Station. Overall, an incredible experience with a beautiful lobby.
