Tastefully updated. Great gym. Sharp looking pool and hottub area. Not a massive problem but the bathroom supplies were never attended to...no body wash or tissues in the bathroom for the 3 night stay. Restaurant and bar in lobby relatively understaffed. Nice people but pretty unresponsive to food and drink orders or concerned for pretty rough wait on just about everything.

Stayed here to attend a conference across the street. The restaurant was delicious and had some gluten free options. Parking was easy and safe. There was some confusion with breakfast as starbucks was under renovation, but it was sorted swiftly.

I found the hotel to be easy to reach by shuttle. When you call the hotel there is an automated message telling you where to wait, which was very well marked (door G, pole 41 for Terminal 3). Shuttle comes every 30 min on a schedule (pick up at airport at the 15 & 45min mark & depart from hotel at the hour & half hour). We found check-in quick & easy, and the room very clean & beds/pillows were soft & comfortable. Our room came with breakfast buffet and it was one of the better ones we've had - bacon, sausage, potatoes, pancakes & scrambled eggs along with an omelette station, fresh cheese/meats & pastries and the usual juices/cereal & oatmeal. We were also served coffee. The pool was the only let down, much better for kids. It's not super well maintained and far away from the rooms/elevators. It's nice and big for children playing, but was a little to loud for me. Still, was a nice way to pass out morning before our flight.

The front desk was amazing and let us check in early. The gentleman who worked at the store on the main floor was friendly and enjoyable to chat with. The pool was spacious and quiet. The bed was super comfortable. Woke up feeling rested.

When entering my room. There was a water bottle that was 3 quarters drank. When I went to the bathroom there was pee in the toilet. There was a bar of soap left with hair on it. Clearly some staff member was using this room before it was given to me. SO GROSS!!!!

Probably one of the most unclean hotels I’ve ever been with. I would have listened to the if it’s too good of a price it might be because of a reason. I got drawn in for the Marriott name but man do you get shocked going in. I killed 2 cockroaches during my one night stay that I forcibly had to as its was 1 AM. The day after I requested a refund but even if they did not give it to me I would have left there is no way you can put me in such an unclean environment with the sheets having stains, bath towels not smelling the best. I could say the only good things was the people at the front which were friendly and tried to accommodate by moving rooms. The problem is with the management that lets this get that bad. I do not I REPEAT DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Let’s start from the front desk, she was not friendly and not even welcoming no smiles. I realised I shouldn't have booked with Delta Marriott hotel now I regret . In the room, the floor was not vacuumed properly still dusty and a lot of stains on the floor. We have a baby and we were so worried to leave him on the floor. Next, coffee maker(brewer), the slot where we pour water to make coffee that is full of dirt and dust. In the washroom no toiletries and the tub’s material was peeled off! And no kettle or hot water at the hotel available. I didn’t expect this from a big motel group like Marriott.

Amazing at all the reviews at the top I read that no one mentioned the hotel is right in the flight path. I've stayed at many hotels by airports and understand there's some noise to be expected. But this was bone rattling noise every 3 minutes starting around 530 AM. Decent hotel otherwise, but the ear plugs they provided were not enough!

This property is in need of some refreshment. Carpets, entry doors, washrooms, simple amenities. Washroom lacked hooks for towel hanging, no extendable makeup mirror, floor tiles were chipped and cracked, shelving in bathroom was dusty and not assembled,room furniture was old and dusty with no sense of real placement. Chair was pushed in front floor length mirror with a large lamp because there was no room for it elsewhere. Noise was overwhelming from planes going overhead. Staff was pleasant and helpful at the desk and bar.

Felt like the rooms were underwhelming compared to pictures and vibe the hotel gives off online. A lot of really out of date decor (yellow electrical covers and switches from the 70s/80s, wallpaper). The windows were nowhere near sound proof and we had to call to be changed rooms because the air traffic sounded like we were on the runway. Have stayed at many airport hotels in our time but the noise was unreasonable. Bathroom doors were all chipped as were the floors and the tub surround (also out of date) in both rooms. Our first room smelled like really old carpets (likely from the really old carpets). Our room once we asked to change was significantly better. Amenities of the hotel (lot 41 restaurant, Starbucks, pool etc.) were nice to have. Beds were comfortable and clean. Would probably try somewhere else next time.

We were trapped in an elevator for about half an hour. Could not reach anyone at the front desk and no one was answering the alarm button. We called the 800 number and they could not get the front desk to answer. We had to call 911 for help. The front desk was unaware until fire trucks arrived.

We were hopeful for a comfortable stay, but unfortunately our experience left us feeling let down. While a few staff members were warm and welcoming, others came across as indifferent, which set a mixed tone for our visit. Upon arrival, I noticed small things like stains on the pillowcases—something I brushed off at first—but as the stay went on, bigger issues emerged. The bathtub was clogged, the shower head leaked, and the air conditioning never worked properly. The room stayed uncomfortably humid, hovering at 22°C, and climbed to 24°C the following day, making rest difficult. What added to the disappointment was the interaction at the front desk. After a long and exhausting day of travel disruptions due to an airline strike, we approached the staff for help. Instead of empathy, we were met with a robotic “I’m sorry, we can send someone to fix it,” without any sense of care or effort to make us feel comfortable. Later, when we needed to extend our stay due to cancelled flights, the response was just as cold: “It will be $325 a night.” No acknowledgment of our circumstances, no attempt to make us feel valued as guests—just a transaction. What we had hoped for was a touch of compassion, perhaps even a small gesture like waiving parking or offering a thoughtful solution to balance out the discomfort we’d experienced. Sadly, that never came. I rarely write critical reviews, but in this case, the lack of hospitality and customer care made our stay a disappointing one.

Nice to have Starbucks on site and airport shuttle was a bonus as well. Staff at front desk didn’t make you feel welcome. Just checked you in and gave you keep to your room. Never provided any further information about the hotel, not even the wifi password. I am a gold elite member and never offered any assistance when my flight was delayed 6 hours to provide a later check out. Saying they were completely booked. I offered to pay for an extra night but was told I have to be out no later than 1 pm. Went online and found availability at the hotel for $364 a night. I booked another night at another Marriott hotel nearby. Who were very accommodating. I won’t be coming back to this Delta Marriott Airport Hotel at 655 Dixon Rd. Very disappointed

Our guest service front end staff member NASH was a delight. He was polite, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly with a great sense of humour. He made our experience enjoyable with that big smile. Also all the staff we ran into on the floor or in the lobby we friendly. I would recommend. Thank you.

Decent hotel. Fast elevators. Be aware this hotel is in the flight path of Toronto Pearson. Large commercial jets landing every 10-15 mins or more frequently. Doesn’t bother me too much but it should be known before booking.

I enjoyed my room - beds were comfy - cleaning service was great, free water and WiFi. Hotel pool, spa, and gym were great - well maintained. The hotel restaurants/bar and service was very good. The only downside was the location, which is adjacent to the airport, and a good 30 minutes away by Uber. No public transport accessible from this location.

The Delta by the airport is a good business hotel, especially for location. It’s very close to Pearson, with a regular shuttle back and forth, and within walking distance to the Toronto Congress Centre. There are a couple of restaurants nearby, plus options inside the hotel, car rental on-site, and a large parking lot. The rooms were clean, the price was reasonable, and overall it’s a convenient choice for business travelers. The only drawback was at the hotel bar — we were a group with five rooms and asked for a bottle of liquor to share, but were told they only serve drinks by the glass. This made the experience unnecessarily expensive and a bit disappointing. Reception staff could also be a little more welcoming. That said, it’s a solid hotel for convenience, comfort, and location near the airport. Just consider the plane taking off and landing and use the provided earplugs

Great hotel. very spacious room. the only challenge was late night dining. rather, lack there of. our dinner plans were cancelled due to the snow storm and we ended up in the hotel around 10:30. Nothing was available. we had walk outside in the storm to a nearest subway to get anything. by the time we got back even the bar in the hotel closed.

This is an excellent hotel for an airport layover for Toronto. Rooms are well equipped and quiet, with comfortable beds. Front desk is very attentive and professional. Free shuttle to airport every 30 min, and space for luggage storage for layovers. Evening restaurant and breakfast restaurant were both very good- tasty food and superior service. I would definitely recommend this hotel!
