Toronto Marriott City Centre Hotel

We were unhappy with being woken up by the faulty fire alarm that went off at 3:30 am for 30 minutes. We have young kids and it really affected our next day activities. Not happy.

Room was spacious and clean - not a great view but... restaurant was lovely especially the view overlooking the field. Staff were friendly.

Fantastic place to stay and watch the Blue Jays play from the hotel bar. Staff was amazing.

Front desk representative: April 16, on duty Asian Gentleman very impolite: 1. No smell while greeting guess 2. Impolite and inappropriate answer to guess. My friend ask him about the breakfast arrangement his answer was “I already told her ( the writer) it is on the 6th floor “ 3. Breakfast : big disappointment, we were in Marriott Niagara Falls Hotel and Spa for two nights before coming to her. Detail I leave the dining department manager to fine out. Same hotel brand what a different, what a disappointment coming to your hotel for breakfast. I should have safe those money even going to McDonald’s is better than yours! 4. Food Safe is not fully enforced, milk products, soy milks should fully submerge in ice not sitting on ice. Temperature control was failed. I am considering to report to health department. I will attach a photo on the next page. Helpful staff: 1. Same evening Front desk on duty staff a lady very helpful, big smell.
