The breakfast staff were very nice, the front counter staff was just ok, busy but they could have been friendlier. The room was ok however we did have hair still in the bathroom. The hot tub was dirty and slummy, the bubbles created a slim on the tub.

Enjoyed our stay. Accommodation was in a great location with plenty of meal options and shopping just steps away. We walked everywhere. The bed was comfy and it was a good size room that was quiet.

An ok hotel, good bedding. We had a big room. Breakfast was very good but limited hours. Parking was expensive, even for Toronto prices. Nothing the hotel could do but there was an excessive amount of homeless sleeping on the street and looking for donations, I am not saying in a negative way but something to be aware of because a few were aggressive.

Excellent location; a very short walk from the Queen TTC station. The unit--with a usable kitchen--was spacious and quiet. The furnishing feels a bit dated, but it's comfortable. Buffet breakfast is adequate but nothing exceptional. Staff was helpful in general.
