Our room was clean and comfortable. The proximity to downtown and transit options was great. We also got good use out of the fitness center on the 4th floor, which had more than enough to offer for a quick workout while traveling.

The hotel is gorgeous, room is beautiful and luxurious. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. AC worked very well on a hot summer day but most of all the property is very convenient and right next to Eton center. No ice maker. Great gym!! My only issue was there is no pull up parking to check in. So you have to find and pay for street parking to check in and then move your car to a parking garage. You have to park across the street at the hospital or down the street near the shopping centre (and then bring your luggage and bags allllll the way down the street.) This costs an additional $60 a day which isn’t awful for downtown Toronto. The parking situation was my biggest issue because I was travelling solo with my young daughter. Was hoping we could check in a bit early, but that was not an option. Overall, it was stunning and I would love to stay there with my hubby for a romantic getaway.

Location of the hotel is excellent for things to do in central Toronto. Staff super friendly and the rooms were clean and comfortable. They don’t have parking on site, but found the green parking close by to be convenient and secure.

Clean, safe and altogether a great stay. We would return. Staff were friendly but check in was busy, and a bit of a wait with only one person at the desk. The parking situation isn't ideal, the hospital lot across the road was full, so we paid $50 for a random lot within walking distance.

The hotel was very clean, close to the theatres, shopping, and tourist attractions. There is a restaurant on site as well as a great retro diner next door.Would definitely stay here again!

Not bad, we did have an issue with our room where it was very obviously not fully cleaned (pulled back the sheets anx there was crumbs and hairs), we called the front desk and they moved our room, they also said they would do something for us at checkout to "make it right" but nothing was done for us at checkout (we didn't question it either, honestly it wasn't that bad, the room was beautiful and the staff were amazing and we felt them moving our room instead of just shoving new bedding at us was amazing). I would recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Toronto.

The front desk gentleman was lovely. The Lobby was freezing both days. The room was beautiful and everything we needed. The beds were clean however, the floors were not. There was hair inside the closets and all over the bathroom floor. Made me question other things like the towels and glasses. Other than need the floors vacuumed and washed it was nice.

I like this hotel, have stayed once before. It was really clean. We realized our room was a bit dirty at check in but didn't want to make a fuss. As the night went on kept finding more dirty areas. Housekeeping should pay more attention. No one wants blood stains on their sheets or dirty floors and counters. By the time we realized the sheets weren't very clean it was already late and we just decided to go to sleep. The staff are however very nice. If we'd gone down they likely would have fixed it but it shouldn't have been left that way in the first place. There were also dishes in the dishwasher - "clean" but two bowls full of dirty water as someone washed them right side up. Just lots of small cleanliness concerns.

7/10 overall. This property has spacious rooms and nice views of downtown Toronto and is a block away from Eaton Centre. Downsides were that the door was almost wedged shut in the room, it was quite dusty after checking in, there were crumbs on the floor, and leftover hair in the shower.

I enjoyed my stay at the Pantages. My room (City King) was bright, well decorated and clean. The only issue was that I could not access the wifi with my work computer, which is never a problem elsewhere. That was very unfortunate as I was in Toronto for business. For another business trip, I will unfortunately have to choose another hotel. However, I would come back anytime on my personal time.

The shower wasn't draining, the led lights were too bright and I didn't know how to shut them off so I unplugged them. The TV was set up very old where I had a hard time with how to see what there was to watch and the remote buttons were not all working. The shower was the most disappointing as it was not hygienic for the water not to drain.

Clean good sized room, comfy bed, complimentary coffee with real milk in the fridge. Nice washroom. Front desk staff was super friendly and the restaurant was very good for breakfast. Only thing that was missing was Netflix or some kind of streaming other than the terrible basic cable.

The Pantages Hotel is an amazing hotel. It is in a great location in downtown Toronto. The staff were very helpful. On checkout day, my flight wasn't until the evening. They held on to my luggage while I did one last day of sightseeing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The hotel was quiet, and close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment, and the subway. My only criticism was that check in was very slow. It wasn't just a case of them being short-staffed. I stay at hotels with reasonable frequency and check-ins are usually done in about 2, maybe 3 minutes at most. Here, I waited 3 minutes in complete silence after handing the person at the front desk my ID, while she typed things into the computer. It was about 7 minutes from stepping up to the desk before I was given my room key.

This was my second stay at the Pantages Hotel in Toronto. This will be my go-to hotel whenever I need a place to stay in that city: great rooms, gym, great location, great staff, great service including luggage storage after check out and connections with airport shuttles.

Room was great, stay was good, but upon arrival we were told that instead of the $150 security deposit we were told we needed to pay, we actually needed to pay $215 because we were staying in a suite. This caused such stress that I basically went into a panic attack at the check in desk. Luckily the lady was nice enough to honour the $150 even though I was too frazzled to open my Expedia app. I did finally open it when we got to our room and there in fact was no mention of the extra charge for a suite. So… maybe update your 3rd party sites?

The property was really located centrally to what we wanted. The Dundas Square was just down the block and around the corner so catching the TTC or the Metro made it very easy to get to other neighborhoods of the city. The Eaton Center was also a block away so shopping and dining were super convenient if we didn’t have other plans.

The room we had (Premium room) had a poor view which was the only negative for us. Price was very reasonable for the location. Would stay again!

Nice room. Convenient. On last day decided to have breakfast before heading to airport. Was sat in library as was busy. No problem however 20mins later when I asked could we see a menu and order drinks, was told too busy and couldn't have breakfast after all. Shocking service given no other options as heading to airport. No apology given. Tried to seat us as we passed with cases 40mins later when checking out! Awful.

Excellent location if you are attending concert at Massey Hall. Lovely dining room to enjoy pre- concert. We requested a boxed breakfast for early morning departure that was very good.
