Executive Hotel Cosmopolitan Toronto

Great place we arrived early and they were very accommodating in checking to see if our room was ready. Unfortunately it was not but was able to store our luggage there. Bedroom and pullout worked the 4 of us. Walking distance to lots of good restaurants and had a great view of the CN Tower.

The hotel is small and cozy, and still offers a nice gym and spa amenities. The suite is a good size, and the bathroom is clean with good water pressure. The location is great in the downtown core.

I have never seen a hotel as dirty as this one. I paid for a room, but I was given a different one. The bed was full of hair, and there were orange peels and dust everywhere in the room. The bed is very small and does not look like the pictures at all, just like the hotel itself. We asked to have the sheets changed, but we were told that we could change them ourselves. I find this unacceptable: I am paying for a service, not to clean a dirty room. I had a truly horrible experience at this hotel. I have therefore requested a refund.

I book for out of town visitors. They don’t like the queen size beds… too small and the lack of restaurant.
