- There was no wifi for several hours! We were out all day on August 31st and when we got back in the evening, the wifi was down. Staff said it was a Rogers issue. We thought it was going to be an issue for only a couple of hours. But it was down all night, I waited till 2am before going to sleep, and in the morning until we checked out at 11am! I had to do something for work and I was not able to. For a hotel in heart of downtown Toronto, I think it is unacceptable for the wifi to be down that long, especially when it is listed as one of the hotel's amenities! - The construction on Yonge St. was going on even in the evening and it was loud at night. It kept waking me up when I was trying to sleep. - Staff was friendly

I’ve stayed here a few times before and will most likely stay here again , the only downfall this time was that the on-restaurant was closed which also meant no room service or breakfast on site, I feel that the price paid for the room should have reflected this drawback or at least have mentioned prior to booking that the restaurant was closed down.

Great for a multi night stay as you have a nice little kitchen fully stocked and washer and dryer. I gave it 4 stars over all as there is zero lobby and usual lobby options (ie snacks and necessities in the building). There is also a lot of construction so we had some trouble locating it (11/2025). Overall would recommend and would stay again.

The dishwasher in the room was disgusting inside. I also noticed that the shelf was dusty and there was a sock in the dryer when I went to use it. I just thought that extra care could be taken when cleaning the rooms. The hallways were extremely hot (temp) and there was a random fan in our hallway.

A personal favorite hotel of mine! Love the rooms! Great location. You’re minutes away from a lot of places to eat and see! My room was very clean, the staff is great and pleasant. I’ll definitely stay here again!

Room was ok, bed and pillows comfortable. The TV was in a terrible spot, far from the bed and wrong angle for the sofa which we moved to see the tv. Channels were limited and they recommended Chromecast to open other apps. That was a fiasco to say the least. The bathroom floor had hair on it, and the exhaust fan was dirty. (I made management aware). No restaurant as advertised nor a bar.

We loved this boutique-style hotel. The room was great with a sitting area for watching TV, kitchen, washer/dryer, and stellar views of downtown Toronto. The staff were outstanding meeting every question with a smile and helpful solution. We borrowed the hotel bikes and took the ferry to the Toronto Islands. What a great activity and the views of Toronto from the island are perfect. There are many restaurants within a short walk of the hotel. There’s a little construction going on at the entrance of the hotel so your GPS reroutes you around the block but once you find the hotel the valet parking makes everything simple. This was a great find and we’d be happy to stay again in the future.

Like a little apartment! Unit had a washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge and beautiful windows with an incredible view of the CN Tower! Very clean and quiet (although I used ear plugs to drown out the city noises).

Stayed here once before in 2020 had an amazing experience but notice this time they have not updated the property, very poor communication skills regarding room charges and amenities. I asked the employee if they stock the fridge because it was completely empty and he said they dont stock it anymore. During checkout I asked a different female who said it should be stocked. Appearantly they almost charged me for parking my car when I did not have one. Will not be staying here again.

We really liked the location of this property because we arrived by train at Union Station and it was just a short walk. The staff were very friendly and accommodating - early check in and convenient baggage storage. The room itself was very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again.

Really nicely located. A less than 10-minute walk from Union station and Scotiabank Arena (perfect if you’re taking the train and/or attending a concert/show/match). CN tower view very close as well. Many fast food chains around it for food options (Subway, Starbucks, Tim’s, Chipotle, shawarma, etc.) and a shoppers. The hotel’s exterior is a little off-putting as it is on a side street (construction and weather also adds to that) but the inside is very luxurious for how affordable this was. Check-in was super seamless, simple and efficient. We were in our room within 5 minutes of arrival. The room itself was super clean and in perfect condition. There was complimentary water and chocolate which was a nice touch. Although only having one pair of slippers and bathrobes when there are two guests is something they should keep an eye for. Bathroom was properly spacious and stocked. Slight disappointment as the difference between our hotel room’s layout being different than what was shown in pictures. Overall, would highly recommend for anyone wanting to be close to the downtown area.

Good location, although a little tricky to navigate with ongoing construction in the area. The valet parking is very convenient, and high recommended. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Minor updating is required: the blinds are tricky, and the bathrooms with some flaking paint, and minor mildew. Overall would stay again!

There is some construction right outside the hotel. Half of the road is closed. Overall, it was a good stay. I'm not a person who requires daily room service, so my "do not disturb" sign was displayed my entire stay. It's a quiet hotel. Not a place with a crazy lobby with hundreds of people coming in and out of it. I would stay again.

Needed a place to stay with out-of-town friends for a few days & Executive Hotel Cosmopolitan delivered! Very clean and comfortable; with the amenities/features of a condo but the service of a hotel. The staff were very responsive to anything we needed, and offered use of their staff fridge when ours had a slight issue. Having a kitchen and laundry were a huge bonus to save money and time. And a great location, easy to walk to Union Station, grocery stores, streetcars etc.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They added a pillow top to our mattress because for us it was too firm. The restaurant had great food and drinks. Room was clean and had some basic amenities. Kitchenette was nice. I appreciated the invitation from the hotel to allow use of the spa, and I spent time in the jacuzzi and sauna. They also offered free bike rental. If you need a quiet room to sleep, be sure to request one. I could hear traffic and trucks around 4am (from the 20th floor).

Good experience overall. Since most people travel on a weekend, I was very disappointed about their restaurant/bar closing on a Sunday. Therefore, we coud not receive room service orders from it and we had to make a takeout order from another hotel’s restaurant in which room service cannot be offered. I expected service to be available during peak periods and I did not receive that.
