A few things to know before you book: the property from the outside looked a little dated but the inside was well appointed and relatively well maintained. They provide a great breakfast but that is it. Everything else is a separate charge including parking (I actually got a ticket because I didn’t realize I needed to prepay my parking) and the pool/ water park. The pools were great, there are 2 bigger slides and one small one, an indoor pool, an indoor/outdoor pool, and two large kiddie pools. The room was nice and well set up but there was a horrible smell in the bathroom that never went away. We didn’t report or complain but I would think the staff would have known about it. Overall the hotel and amenities are showing their age. There is mini-golf but it’s tiny. There is the SuperPark which looks fun for younger kids (all at separate surcharges). It could be a great getaway for a day or two but that’s it.

Spa ingår inte i priset för rummet. Det var kaos vid frukosten och det saknades grejer och bacon och äggröra var kallt. Kommer att välja annat hotell nästa gång vi åker till Åbo.

At check in was told that entry to pool costs extra when it was obvious this is the main attraction to come to this hotel - it was never offered as extra just assumed part of hotel stay fee. No services like restaurants were open on Sunday. Pool closed 7:30 and not 8. It was not a relaxing stay and I would not stay again

Basic Finnish hotel which means high prices but bad quality. There where stains in towels. Check in process was slow and take about 5-10 minutes per room. There is a big and empty parking lot a front of hotel, but parking is more expensive than in city which is free of charge during nights. Hotel is a quite old and should be update to this millennium. Air conditioning is loud and you need earplugs.

Rombilder som vises er ikke riktig. Vi bestilt og betalte for ekstra stort rom, der 2 voksne og 1 barn skulle overnatte. Dette rommet var helt likt de andre 2 rommene, bare med en ekstra seng! Ingen av bildene som vises når du bestiller via Hotels.com viser den dårlige tilstanden og størrelsen på rommene. Våre tre rom var mye mindre og veldig dårlig utstyrt. Det ble ikke byttet håndklær en eneste gang i løpet av en hele uke. Heldigvis fant vi nye selv, da rydde-trallene stod i gangene, med nye håndklær og såpe. ALT kostet penger, selv en runde minigolf på en dårlig vedlikehold bane. Utenom resepsjonistene, var det ikke mange som smilte eller fikk oss til å føle oss velkommen. Badelandet er like bra som på bildene, men renholdet var ikke bra

The property is nicely landscaped and easily accessible by public transportation from Market square. Although the pictures of the waterpark are misleading. Obviously they were taken when the Club was first built. The waterpark is a fun experience if you have children, and the pool water is well maintained. You have to pay extra to use the waterpark it is not included with the price of the stay. This makes for a rather overpriced stay in an older hotel. Biggest complaint is that the entire facility has no Air conditioning and is very hot in the hotel rooms and even the restaurants. The Classic Pizza restaurant was very good and comfortable.

Der Check in war sehr laut und man hat keine Info darüber erhalten, das im Hallenbad kein Service gibt. Werbung versprach Hesburger und Bar. Die Kinder waren enttäuscht weil es kein Hamburger oder Pommes gab. Dementsprechend war der Aufenthalt kurz. Die Zimmer sind sehr alt und nicht mehr aktuell. Z.b war eine der Bettlampe kaputt und hing nur noch am Kabel. Was eine Stromschlag Gefahr darstellt. Das Badezimmer wies an einigen Stellen Schimmel auf. Im groben und Ganzem benötigt dieses Hotel eine komplette Renovierung der Zimmer und Verbesserungen im Spa / Hallenbad. Für 55 Euro Eintritt ins Bad kann man mehr bekommen. Wir waren von diesem Hotel mehr als enttäuscht.

Rummet var gammalt och ofräscht. Hade ingen AC och var varmt som en bastu. Stimmigt dom f-n vid frukost och mat tog slut. Dåligt med vanlig mat på restauranger. Få i personalen pratade svenska. Hela hotellet kändes ofräscht. Vi var tre i sällskapet och det ingick endast två badrockar och tofflor sen fick man betala. Var där tre dagar och fick ingen städning och inga nya handdukar. Kaffet och te som ingick på rummet var bara två stycken och sen fick vi inga fler.

Needs a renovation, has not changed in 20 years so it starts to show in the rooms. Cheking in on paper. Noisy and needs cleaning. Broken furniture in room and mold in shower. Positives was beds probably new as they where good. Breakfast was ok. Enough parking space for cars.

Vi skulle med morgonfärjan till Sverige och övernattade bara utan att prova restaurang eller SPA. Hotellet ligger bra till för det ändamålet, 15 minuter till terminalen. Parkering nära hotellet. Rummet var enkelt men bra. Fräscht badrum. Fantastiskt bra frukost med allt du kan önska.

Jag blev besviken, har vart här förr och då var det mycket bra, därför kom jag tillbaka. Rummet var kallt, särskilt badrum. Termostaten på väggen gjorde ingen skillnad. Ingen städning på mina tre dagar. Opraktisk frukost, ägg fanns men inga äggkopp, inget salt på borden eller i påsar, sked fick man hämta från annat bord. Härsken skinka första dagen ( vågade inte ta det igen så vet inte om det blev bättre), torrt bröd. Fin badanläggning men lååånga pauser i bubbelpoolerna. Ingen hiss mellan våningarna i badet. Trasiga duschar och svinkallt i duschrummet. Men jättetrevligt bemötande av all personal, vänliga och hjälpsamma både i receptionen och restaurangerna. Mycket bra massör!

Tyckte inte känslan va så fräsch på rummet. Trots att jag tror att städad personal absolut gjorde sitt bästa . Det är ingrott smuts tex i duschen . Personalen som vi hade kontakt med va super fina och hjälpsamma. Kuddarna sköna. Men fruktansvärt varmt på rummet.

The family room is ok but just a bit noisy with 3 boys in the next room, also there were a lot of noise from the superpark during day time, so better don’t choose superpark view room as it’s not a view you can watch your kids playing but just a dark/black wallpaper on the window.

Needs a renovation, has not changed in 20 years so it starts to show in the rooms. Cheking in on paper. Noisy and needs cleaning. Broken furniture in room and mold in shower. Positives was beds probably new as they where good. Breakfast was ok. Enough parking space for cars.

Veldig dårlig luft på rommet. Var sikkert 25 grader å dårlige luftemuligheter. Kjøleskapet slo seg av uten grunn. Fliser rundt badekaret såg ikkje bra ut. Bra størrelse på rommet.

The curtain is not good enough to block the sunlight. The light wire is leaking outside which is not safe, especially we have little kid with us. The AC is not stable. The sink in the bathroom has been blocked. The matress doesn't stay where it is which affects the sleep. The only thing we are satisfied with this hotel is the breakfast. Overall, I would rather try another hotel next time.

Compared to other hotels of its kind, for example, Scandic Eden Nokia, where we have also stayed in the past, Caribea is way worse, you get charged for every little thing, the restaurants are way worse, and after this last time, we won't be back. Not only was it 40% more expensive, but Caribea does false advertisement since it advertises AC, and the rooms did not have any. Despite requesting three times to get our room changed to the part of the building not directly hit by sun, nothing was done and we spent two awful nights sleeping in heat.

In advance, I had informed the hotel that I wanted a late check-out. When I checked in, it was possible for an additional fee, which was fine. I was also asked if I wanted to pay for parking at the hotel for my entire stay, and this was added to the total bill. However, when I checked out, I had received a parking fine, and the hotel excused themselves by saying that I had booked a late check-out. It's obvious that when you pay for everything at check-in, it should be taken care of. I politely handed the parking fine to the hotel as it was their mistake and I hope I won't hear anything more about it! I have not received any feedback from the hotel, and this is not good customer service!

Basic Finnish hotel which means high prices but bad quality. There where stains in towels. Check in process was slow and take about 5-10 minutes per room. There is a big and empty parking lot a front of hotel, but parking is more expensive than in city which is free of charge during nights. Hotel is a quite old and should be update to this millennium. Air conditioning is loud and you need earplugs.

Jag blev besviken, har vart här förr och då var det mycket bra, därför kom jag tillbaka. Rummet var kallt, särskilt badrum. Termostaten på väggen gjorde ingen skillnad. Ingen städning på mina tre dagar. Opraktisk frukost, ägg fanns men inga äggkopp, inget salt på borden eller i påsar, sked fick man hämta från annat bord. Härsken skinka första dagen ( vågade inte ta det igen så vet inte om det blev bättre), torrt bröd. Fin badanläggning men lååånga pauser i bubbelpoolerna. Ingen hiss mellan våningarna i badet. Trasiga duschar och svinkallt i duschrummet. Men jättetrevligt bemötande av all personal, vänliga och hjälpsamma både i receptionen och restaurangerna. Mycket bra massör!

Hotel molto bello e curato, fantastico per i bambini, all’interno si trova un parco acquatico riscaldato e con acqua calda e un parco giochi grande e divertente. Le camere sono silenziose,pulite e spaziose,i letti molto comodi e c’è un frigobar vuoto e il bollitore per il caffè. The property is nicely landscaped and easily accessible by public transportation from Market square. Although the pictures of the waterpark are misleading. Obviously they were taken when the Club was first built. The waterpark is a fun experience if you have children, and the pool water is well maintained. You have to pay extra to use the waterpark it is not included with the price of the stay. This makes for a rather overpriced stay in an older hotel. Biggest complaint is that the entire facility has no Air conditioning and is very hot in the hotel rooms and even the restaurants. The Classic Pizza restaurant was very good and comfortable.

This is a "Holiday Club". Unless you are there with your family to partake in the waterpark do not stay here. Nothing was open when we got there at 3pm. No bar, no restaurant, except pizza and Hersberger. Breakfast in the morning is late, too late for anyone expecting to get an early start. Just a bad choice unless you want to go to the waterpark.

The rooms clean and beds were comfortable. The bathroom needs some updating. The shower cabinet had no doors, and was old enough to be replaced. Reception is a cozy area and the staff is pleasant and helpful. The breakfast is okay, it has what you expect and tastes good. Pizzeria has amazingly good pizza and is worth to try out. Aqua land is good, temperatures in the water is okay, could have been a little warmer. There’s is plenty of space so it does not feel crowded. Locker rooms are clean and has many lockable lockers. The showers here as well needs a bit maintenance, but they work. It’s easy to get to and from Caribia with bus and you get to the city center in no time.

Aqua land is good, temperatures in the water is okay, could have been a little warmer. There’s is plenty of space so it does not feel crowded. Locker rooms are clean and has many lockable lockers. The showers here as well needs a bit maintenance, but they work. It’s easy to get to and from Caribia with bus and you get to the city center in no time.

Overall, our stay was great. The only improvement I would suggest is to provide and arrange basic toiletries in the bathroom. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food options, and the location was excellent—very convenient and easily accessible for guests using public transportation.

We like that the room has bath up. But no sound proof that you can hear the noise from outside or neighboors. Also the room has another door that connected to the other room 🙄 weird. Big dissapointed...! They close the pool at 8pm which is really sad for us that arrive hotel at 6pm. This is a really huge hotel, so the pool is always crowded as well as at breakfast.
