We enjoyed the convenience of having everything accessible however the beds were super uncomfortable. We had loud guests next door (thin walls) which made it nearly impossible to sleep. Also, the cooling system also never seemed to work properly. Lastly the parking was a bit confusing however resolved at check-in.

This hotel is fantastic! I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was friendly, the room large, the parking free, the price more than fair. The only problem was the air-conditioning that was not working properly.

When arriving go straight at the back for the parking garage. The entry boom will just open en register your license plate. When in the parking follow the signs for Fletcher parking. If you have luggage park closer to the doors. One are for the stairs and is open. The other is closed but you can ring so that they can open the door for you. That’s the entrance to the pool saune fitness but also the elevator. Go up to the reception on floor 0. Must visit place when in the neighborhood. I really recommend it.

We were very impressed with the hotel, everywhere was very clean, the staff were very accommodating in requests and helped us book taxis etc. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean with everything you needed. The bar/restaurant area is very nice too with a good selection of food and drinks, the meals were also very tasty and reasonably priced. The only small flaw is the gym is tiny and not air conditioned. Great stay and would definitely recommend.

El hotel es cómodo para negocios, por la localización, el personal muy amable y eficiente, pero las instalaciones so ven muy antiguas. Las habitaciones están bien, pero el gimnasio y la piscina son muy pobre, en el gimnasio hace muchísimo calor y no se puede hacer deporte y la piscina es muy pequeña, la sauna no calienta demasiado. Ook is er een raam tussen de kamer en de badkamer; de luxaflex houden het licht vanuit de badkamer niet voldoende tegen, waardoor het lastig is als iemand ‘‘s nachts naar het toilet gaat. Prima ontbijt met o.a. vers gebakken brood, bananenbrood en diverse keuze losse broodjes/croissants. Helaas geen lactosevrije alternatieven bij het buffet.

La estadia fue horrible! En la página decía que tenian aire acondicionado, pero eso NO es cierto! Sale aire caliente por el equipo del aire acondicionado. Hacia más calor adentro de la habitación que afuera! Fui a reclamar y me dijeron que lamentablemente el equipo del hotel estsba sobrecargado y por eso no enfriaba, pero en los pasillos y recepción estaba funcionando por lo que era mentira! Nunca más alojaremos ahi

Leider gab es bis zum Schluss immer wieder Probleme mit der Reservierung. Zum einen waren wir für 4 Nächte eingebucht, dann wieder nur für zwei und kamen plötzlich nicht mehr in unser Zimmer rein. Sogar bei der Bestellung von Frühstück aufs Zimmer gab es Schwierigkeiten, da das Hotel unsere Buchung falsch notiert hat. Wir haben zwar das Geld dann gleich wieder bekommen, aber wir mussten immer wieder persönlich an der Rezeption alles klären. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstück war okay, habe aber für die Katogerie mehr erwartet. Das Hotel liegt super verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Von dort aus ist man innerhalb von 30-45 Minuten in Amsterdam oder Den Haag. Alles in Allem war das ein toller Aufenthalt, abgesehen von den Buchungsschwierigkeiten und ausbaufähige Kommunikation zwischen den Personal des Hotels. Würde das Hotel dennoch weiterempfehlen.

Extrem unfreundliche und gleichzeitig unerfahrene und inkompetente MA an der Rezeption. Essen im Testaurant ist ganz schlimm, der Service dort aber sehr nett. Abgewohnt, wenig einladend.

The property was large and had plenty of room to roam around. The bar area was great to hang out in and the staff there were very helpful.Everyone spoke English and that assisted us a lot. The restaurant staff was hit or miss on helpfulness and attitude towards guests. All and all a good stay.

Leider gab es bis zum Schluss immer wieder Probleme mit der Reservierung. Zum einen waren wir für 4 Nächte eingebucht, dann wieder nur für zwei und kamen plötzlich nicht mehr in unser Zimmer rein. Sogar bei der Bestellung von Frühstück aufs Zimmer gab es Schwierigkeiten, da das Hotel unsere Buchung falsch notiert hat. Wir haben zwar das Geld dann gleich wieder bekommen, aber wir mussten immer wieder persönlich an der Rezeption alles klären. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Das Frühstück war okay, habe aber für die Katogerie mehr erwartet. Das Hotel liegt super verkehrsgünstig gelegen. Von dort aus ist man innerhalb von 30-45 Minuten in Amsterdam oder Den Haag. Alles in Allem war das ein toller Aufenthalt, abgesehen von den Buchungsschwierigkeiten und ausbaufähige Kommunikation zwischen den Personal des Hotels. Würde das Hotel dennoch weiterempfehlen.

We were very impressed with the hotel, everywhere was very clean, the staff were very accommodating in requests and helped us book taxis etc. The rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean with everything you needed. The bar/restaurant area is very nice too with a good selection of food and drinks, the meals were also very tasty and reasonably priced. The only small flaw is the gym is tiny and not air conditioned. Great stay and would definitely recommend.

The property was large and had plenty of room to roam around. The bar area was great to hang out in and the staff there were very helpful.Everyone spoke English and that assisted us a lot. The restaurant staff was hit or miss on helpfulness and attitude towards guests. All and all a good stay.

As always, no complaints!! They Restaurant staff remembers me from last year. The AC kept the room warm cause it’s 2 degrees Celsius outside (36 F) overall happy to be here again!!
