El personal es muy atento. La piscina infinita situada en la planta 6 es una maravilla, te van hacer sentir muy bien. Las personas que están ahí se desviven por los clientes. El personal del comedor igual. Hasta el personal de limpieza son muy simpáticas.En global, todos son maravillosos. La habitación, (nos tocó la 302), está muy bien para dos personas que fuimos. La comida muy variada. El único pero que le pondría es que hay pocas plazas de parking en el hotel. Si no conseguís plaza en el hotel, no lo dejéis en la calle. Buscar una plaza en cualquier otro lado. Hay gente envidiosa y nos rayaron todo el coche. En resumen, volveremos a este hotel.

Super hôtel petit déjeuner au top dîner très bon. Personnel très agréable. Malheureusement le spa était en panne 2 jours. Celui-ci est payant 10 euros de h par personne.

Detta hotel överträffade våra förväntningar. Jättefint poolområde både på taket och på framsidan. Hotellet är fräscht och frukosten var amazing. Personalen var trevliga och service inriktade.

Ein super Hotel. Sehr nettes Personal. Das Abendbuffet haben wir für je 12 € bekommen 👍👍 Ein sehr breiter Sandstrand direkt vor den Hotel. Frühstück-und Abendbuffet mit sehr großer Auswahl. Parkplatz besser vorher bestellen. Wir mussten vor dem Hotel parken, da sind aber nur sehr wenige Plätze vorhanden.

Location was nice and so was the hotel. The rooms were a bit basic. Didn’t love the no cheap option for a double bed so we got 2 single beds and pushed them together. Didn’t love that the pools opened at 10 and shut at 7 or that the elevators took an age to go up to the top terrace because only 1 was allowed. The drinks options were good and the hotel bar staff were great. 5 stars to them. Breakfast was decent. Good range of food all in all and enough dining to go with.

What I liked was the entrance, the great pool area, view of the sea. What I didn't like was the awkward shape of the room, that made it difficult to move around. My husband literally didn't fit on the toilet (he's broadshouldered and about 1,80 m high, not huge or anything like that). What I also didn't like was the lack of service - both at the pool area and the terrace overlooking the pool. It was basically non existent. What was also unfortunate, was that 'snacks' couldn't be ordered after 3 PM it seems (I tried and they said we couldn't).

I had booked this hotel specifically because it has a spa. I was disappointed to find out at check-in the spa would be closed for renovation the duration of my stay. Hotels.Com or the hotel should advise when booking is made if hotel facilities will be closed. The hotel in general is good it is nicely positioned directly opposite the beach. I was upgraded to a sea view room at check-in by Rossi who was a delight to deal with. The standard of cleanliness was high and my room was comfortable however the food served in the buffet restaurant was average bland with very few authentic Spanish dishes served.

El hotel es increíble en todos sus aspectos, tienes diferentes zonas, sala de juegos con play, pin pon y otros. El buffet es de los mejores que he probad, una pasada. Lo único que no me gusto es que el aire acondicionado goteaba y tuvimos que poner una toalla para que no sonara caer la gota. Se hizo una bomba de agua en la pintura.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhotel, wenn auch nur für eine Nacht. Großzügiges Zimmer, geräumiges Bad. Spitzen Frühstück, das Buffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Negativ: am Morgen gab es einen Wasserrohrbruch, das Wasser lief aus der Decke neben der Dusche die Wand entlang bis in den Schlafraum. Es war glitschig und ich stürzte. Beim checkout behauptete die Dame, wir hätten die Dusche laufen lassen. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Diese Behauptung war nicht nur dreist, sondern in höchstem Maße unverschämt.

Wir waren das vierte Mal in diesem Hotel.Sehr schönes, großes und sauberes Zimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick ( haben ein kostenloses Upgrade bekommen). Alle Fragen und Wünsche wurden sofort u. positiv beantwortet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und super hilfsbereit. Das Essen war sehr lecker und große Auswahl. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent stay and hotel was very clean. Only negative aspect was the bar staff / waiters etc were very slow in attending to your requests in the lounge. Check in facilities were excellent and very efficient.

Overall, our stay was good, but there were several issues that affected our experience. We were initially given the wrong room, which was too small and uncomfortable, lacking adequate wardrobe space or drawers. Fortunately, after raising a complaint, we were moved to a better room, which improved our stay significantly. Both breakfast and dinner at the hotel were of good quality, with a nice variety. However, I was disappointed with the fish, which didn’t meet my expectations. The entertainment provided was great, but the venue was too small to comfortably accommodate all guests. At times, we found ourselves seated in the opposite direction of the performers, which took away from the experience. While the reception staff were polite, but sometimes we felt a general lack of warmth, kindness, and empathy, particularly from one staff member named Tanio, who was unhelpful in assisting us with access to the tennis table. Despite what was advertised, we had no opportunity to play ping pong during our stay. The hotel bikes were a nice feature, though they could use more maintenance and an update.

What I liked was the entrance, the great pool area, view of the sea. What I didn't like was the awkward shape of the room, that made it difficult to move around. My husband literally didn't fit on the toilet (he's broadshouldered and about 1,80 m high, not huge or anything like that). What I also didn't like was the lack of service - both at the pool area and the terrace overlooking the pool. It was basically non existent. What was also unfortunate, was that 'snacks' couldn't be ordered after 3 PM it seems (I tried and they said we couldn't).

All of the staff were amazing; reception couldn’t be more professional, approachable and helpful, cleaning staff friendly and bar/restaurant team efficient with great service, thank you. It was a very busy weekend in Gandia but we never felt like anything we asked for or needed was any trouble, super relaxing. We will definitely go back to Gandia and will absolutely stay at this lovely hotel. Thank you for a fabulous stay.

Negativ: am Morgen gab es einen Wasserrohrbruch, das Wasser lief aus der Decke neben der Dusche die Wand entlang bis in den Schlafraum. Es war glitschig und ich stürzte. Beim checkout behauptete die Dame, wir hätten die Dusche laufen lassen. Kein Wort der Entschuldigung. Diese Behauptung war nicht nur dreist, sondern in höchstem Maße unverschämt.

Location was nice and so was the hotel. The rooms were a bit basic. Didn’t love the no cheap option for a double bed so we got 2 single beds and pushed them together. Didn’t love that the pools opened at 10 and shut at 7 or that the elevators took an age to go up to the top terrace because only 1 was allowed. The drinks options were good and the hotel bar staff were great. 5 stars to them. Breakfast was decent. Good range of food all in all and enough dining to go with.

Vraiment génial, c'est ma première fois à Gandia, en tout cas la plage de plus de 6Km est un rêve, tout est sécurisé par des policiers locaux et nationaux en suffisance, Niveau magasin tout ce que vous voulez y compris un Mediamaekt, restos, bars lieu pour prendre un pot au choix. L'hôtel en dehors de fantastique je n'ai rien de"autre à dire, les repas buffet d'une tres haute qualité.

I had booked this hotel specifically because it has a spa. I was disappointed to find out at check-in the spa would be closed for renovation the duration of my stay. Hotels.Com or the hotel should advise when booking is made if hotel facilities will be closed. The hotel in general is good it is nicely positioned directly opposite the beach. I was upgraded to a sea view room at check-in by Rossi who was a delight to deal with. The standard of cleanliness was high and my room was comfortable however the food served in the buffet restaurant was average bland with very few authentic Spanish dishes served.
