El hotel está limpio y bien comunicado. El personal es amable y atienden tus peticiones. El buffet es aceptable para un hotel de 3 estrellas!. Como peros diría que el aparcamiento es casi imposible, pocos y lentos los ascensores y las escaleras no están preparadas para gente con discapacidad, son peligrosas

Comfortable rooms , pleasant staff and great location. Completely spoilt for me by a draconian smoking policy which bans smoking on the balcony and on the terrace around the pool. I am disabled and walk with.a stick and do not wish to stand outside in the full sun to smoke. This is not a law, but a hotel policy and many will approve. As a smoker I want to be told before booking that rhis is the hotels policy and given the chance to book elsewhere

La climatisation pas assez puissante heureusement qu’il faisait pas 40 degrés à l’extérieur sinon insupportable. On vous dit à l’accueil qu’il faudra payer les boissons dans le réfrigérateur si l’on consomme mais à notre arrivée aucune boissons dans le réfrigérateur de la chambre. La nourriture bcp de choix le matin mais le midi et le soir pas beaucoup de choix. Pour finir le Personnel est agréable.

Hemos llegado a las 10 de la noche y a las 10 de la mañana del día siguiente ya estábamos saliendo. En la recepción fueron muy amables y adecuados. La habitación muy correcta, la cama muy cómoda y la ducha con mucha presión. Nuestra habitación tenía una pequeña terraza con dos sillas y una mesita. Por decir algo que me ha gustado menos, pero para gustos colores, la almohada un poco baja. El desayuno bufet fue también muy correcto. Por cierto, pagamos 68 euros la noche con desayuno incluido de un viernes a un sábado de finales de marzo.

Average hotel, I was missing cups and grasses in the room, they put just plastic cups, which isn't very suitable for hotel of this category. Also they could leave some tea and coffee in the room, as usual in others hotels and kettle for make it. But the receptionists are very nice and helpful.

El recepcionista Ivan súper amable, y una chica que no recuerdo el nombre también, limpieza bien, el buffet (cena) poca variedad y poca calidad, deja un poco que desear valorando las estrellas del hotel, camarero moreno guapísimo y servicial de pelo rizado . Al salir del hotel regreso a la habitación por olvidar cosas del bebé, y la de la limpieza no nos solucionó el problema , 1 minuto después de haber salido, siendo una recepcionista al escuchar mi conversación en tono de enfado me solucionó el problema enseguida muy atenta y amable.

La climatisation pas assez puissante heureusement qu’il faisait pas 40 degrés à l’extérieur sinon insupportable. On vous dit à l’accueil qu’il faudra payer les boissons dans le réfrigérateur si l’on consomme mais à notre arrivée aucune boissons dans le réfrigérateur de la chambre. La nourriture bcp de choix le matin mais le midi et le soir pas beaucoup de choix. Pour finir le Personnel est agréable.

Decepcionado. Es él único hotel después de más de 20 años viajando que si llegas después de la comida el día de entrada la pierdes para el día de la salida.No se guarda la reserva de la comida para el día de salida.

Hotel en Gandia bien ubicado con una buena relación calidad -precio. El personal muy amable y pendiente de los clientes. La habitación bonita y limpia y con vista al mar. En la comida no hay mucha variedad, pero está muy buena y de calidad. Repetiremos.

Parked in front of the hotel, what a gem of a place this is room was clean and well furnished, staff were friendly and helpful, food was great in all I enjoyed my 1 night stop over, it says it’s a 3 star hotel but I would definitely recommend and give it 4 stars 🌟

The hotel could be a little noise since there it faces a busy street with bars and restaurant in front of it. The beds are very comfortable and the water pressure is excellent. The views from the balcony are great.

the hotel was the last one to my trip to Spain. Really, the personal, the hotel was amazing, the food the food , the person, I really renting the room againg. Its near to the restaurants, beach, wow I love it!
