Clean modern hotel with an excellent location on Gandía playa. Lovely cool room / spaces sorely needed in the summer heat! Swimming pool area was too crowded for us to even get a seat so that is an issue. The biggest disappointment for us though was that the restaurant on the top floor with its spectacular views and interesting sounding menu is closed on Mondays so we lost out on that and we were both dying to sample the menu:(

Easy check in Great views from our “sea view” rooms and so close to the sea and many restaurants nearby. We walked everywhere. Breakfast was tasty (given we found it tasty and satisfying even on Day 5) Big shout out to tall man at the omelette /egg counter! 😊 Very patient and kept dishing out whatever we asked for Easy place to relax and enjoy. Gym could do with a bit more equipment. Great place to stay in Gandia! Bobby & James

Ein super Hotel, zum Strand ca. 10 min . Frühstück 👍👍👍 ,frisch gepresste Orangensaft, Sekt , frische Eierspeisen alles top . Zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nähe . Aber das Restaurant und die Bar im Hotel sind auch sehr gut . Parken in der großen Tiefgarage für 25 am Tag , oder in den Seitenstraßen kostenlos. Der Pool ist groß aber liegt etwas im Schatten . Aber das Meer ist 10min Entfernt.

Todo el hotel muy nuevo y el staff muy amable. Horrible el trato del spa. Llegamos un sabado a las 9 de la noche, el spa es externo al hotel y ya estaba cerrado. Abria el dia siguiente a las 11 estabamos en la puerta, por que horario infantil sólo es de 11 a 12 y cuando nos atienden nos dicen que el aforo está completo y que el lunes el spa está cerrado. Osea cogemos un hotel con spa para la niña de 10 años y no podemos ir en los dos dias que estuvimos en el hotel. HORRIBLE

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und das Personal war immer freundlich. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet. Dass sich das Waschbecken und die Dusche im Zimmer befindet hat uns nicht gestört. Jedoch müssen wir zugeben, das die Toilette schon sehr klein ist. Aber auch das hat uns im allgemeinen nicht gestört. Der wunderschöne Strand ist fussläufig innerhalb 2 min erreicht. Dort findet man einige tolle Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Mit dem Parken außerhalb des Hotels haben wir auch keine Probleme gehabt.

Excelente! El hotel tiene mucho estilo, es moderno y funcional. El personal muy agradable, agradecidos a Iván (de recepción) que nos atendió de lujo! Los desayunos han sido variados y completos además ¡¡ZUMO DE NARANJAS RECIEN EXPRIMIDAS!! (Hemos puesto menos valoración en la limpieza ya que ésta fue un poco escasa, en los días que estuvimos no nos limpiaron la terraza, nos alojábamos en la planta 9) Otra apreciación y propuesta de mejora que nos gustaría hacer es que deberían poner tendedero en las terrazas, para que no se tiendan las toallas en las balaustradas, ya que esto, en nuestra opinión, desmerece a un hotel de esta categoría. Por todo lo demás, altamente recomendable. Volveremos para poder disfrutar también del restaurante Marao en su última planta, ya que en esta época (octubre) estaba cerrado. Gracias por todo

I have now stayed at the senator hotel on four occasions, it is a top class hotel. The cleanliness is outstanding, the staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff are outstanding friendly and obviously work as a team. I would have no hesitation in recording this hotel to anyone who is coming to Gandia beach. I will definately be back. Barry

We booked a Junior Suite with balcony (15 Euro extra), that included breakfast. Room was super. Big ceiling to floor windows, view of the sea (it's three rows back from the beach, so only the top floors offer this), large open bathroom area and lots of space to open suitcases on the floor without tripping over them. A coffee capsule machine and kettle is provided. WiFi is variable - good enough for email most times, but slow for file uploads / downloads. I used my mobile internet mostly. Bed and pillows are too hard, woke up stiff several times. Good blackout curtains. Breakfast offered a good variety including cooked options. Service was professional and friendly. As we visited off-season, there was free parking outside of the hotel, but this is limited. If visiting with a car at other times, check parking availability. The highlights for us were the room size and decor, amount of light into the room, watching sunrises from the balcony. As an off-season trip for relaxing, I would definitely visit again.

The hotel is ideally located, close to the beach and shops and not far from the port. The bar and restaurant serves a pleasing variety of dishes and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The junior suite is nice, the beds are very large and comfortable. We only stayed for 1 evening so the room was great, however there isn't much storage space for longer stays.

It's new but not finished. Lots of little things that need attention. the patio door would not lock, plug in the sink did not work, bin bags not in bins, kettle would only work in certain sockets. Fixture and fittings are all to a high standard, shower hot and powerful. Noise from next door was quite loud so soundproofing wasn't the best. Bed was comfortable, pillows were good. For the money it was very good.

New modern hotel very impersonal with no customer care at all. Staff at the front desk, bar or even spa seemed bothered by guests presence. The room had an individual temperature thermostat that did not work because the whole hotel was set to heat. It was 85 degrees each day outside and an oven inside, it took the mgr 2 days of complaining to finally address it, they did not care at all!

La única pega que le pongo a este alojamiento es qué tardamos como 40 minutos para hacer checkin muy lenta la chica que había en recepción, o demasiada faena para ella sola (habían 3 delante nuestra). The Hotel is very well located. The rooms are clear, modern and the service great. Personally, I have experienced some challenges with my reservation as it didn’t show on their system, however the staff, especially Silvia, was very professional in accommodating me and ensuring my experience was a positive one. I strongly recommend the Spa experience as well (my favourite one was the lemon pool). Kudos to the staff for making this place a great one

The hotel allowed us to check in early which was a great start! The rooms are big enough and the beds are very comfy. When you book a junior suite you get fruit and cava in your room which is a great bonus. We had a nice side sea view from the room. Also there was a nightly turn down service which always makes a stay extra special. The staff are friendly and welcoming. We always stay here for short trips to Gandia.

This is a wonderful hotel; nice service, super clean, beautiful pool and a short two block walk to the beach. It is ideal if you speak a little Spanish; while staff can speak a little English, there is room for mistaken communication. I enjoyed the quiet and yet the access to the beach. The breakfast was a real plus, with amazing food, and free parking in the area a true plus. And the price of the hotel is extraordinarily low, particularly when traveling from Barcelona, where hotels were twice the price and parking was 30 Euro a night in a garage. Again, Gandia parking is free!

New and good hotel BUT the food at the restaurant/bar was horrible. The main restaurant is closed so you could only get food in the lobby bar. First day I got pizza (which was recomended by the hotel), and the pizza was frozen, the same frozen pizza you get at Aldi! This was confirmed by the waiter when I asked. The second time i got the burger which again was recomended. The burger had no flavour and no sauce. Third time I got the pork lion which was a cheap cut and had some flavour bot the condement was horrible. Skip the food and enjoy the hotel.

The hotel was absolutely fabulous. The facilities were perfect, with amazing food in both the upstairs restaurant and the bar area by the pool. The staff were so friendly and always happy to offer the best service. The room was so comfortable and very clean and modern. The air conditioning made the hotel the perfect place to relax in the heat of the day. The beach and promenade were just a short walk away with a great variety of shops and bars/restaurants.
