The place was great, close to town center and all. The room size was great. The shower was strange and water leaked. The room temperature and humidity could not be controlled and thus it was both too humid and too hot over the night. The towel I ended up using was stained. The bed sheets are made of a sort of plastic material that made the hot room even less tolerable. Parking situation was good.

This was a lovely hotel in a great location! The hotel had many services including a great breakfast and massage. The location really made it worthwhile as it was in downtown and very close to old town. Taking the bus to the beach was super easy as well. Most of the staff were great especially Toni-a few not as friendly or helpful as I would’ve liked which bummed me out a bit. Overall though great stay for the price!

Een heel fijn, ruim, rustig en netjes hotel. Momenteel zijn er renovatiewerken aan de gang. De vloer was wat versleten ook en de muren konden een opfrisbeurt krijgen. Desalniettemin een ideale uitvalsbasis om het mooie Valencia te verkennen. Het personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en het onbtijt was top. Parkeren kan je naast de deur in 1 van de 2 parkings voor 18€/d. Moet je wel het Valenciaans verkeer trotseren en goed kunnen manoevreren in de ondergrondse parking.

Prima net hotel, ligt heel centraal, behulpzaam personeel. Nette ruime en schone kamers. Ligt wel aan een drukke weg, maar vlakbij openbaar vervoer, winkelcentra en bezienswaardigheden en lekkere eettentjes. Dit alles op loop afstand. Het bekende Turia park ligt om de hoek, waardoor je zo naar de bekende witte moderne musea heen loopt. Klein minpuntje is dat ze het hotel aan het renoveren zijn, dat wordt niet kenbaar gemaakt op de site van het hotel. Rond 8.00 uur werden we gewekt door bouw geluiden. Hop en hop bus dagticket van €22,- is je geld niet waard. Zoek voor die tijd uit wat je graag wil bezichtigen en ga met het openbaar vervoer €1,50 per rit, de afstand maakt niet uit. Via de app kaarten geef je aan waar je naar toe wil, click het icoontje bus aan, en je ziet gelijk waar je kunt opstappen, hoeveel haltes je passeert en waar je uit moet stappen. Werkt super. Valencia is een leuke, mooie maar ook vooral een schone stad, zeker een aanrader. Oja, en mocht je met een taxi willen, neem gewoon de locale taxi, veel voordeliger dan bv Uber.

We loved the location specially since it’s during Las Fallas as it’s very walkable to the center of town, The staff was very cheerful, warm and helpful which made our first visit to Valencia very memorable. They also offered free horchata and fartons (local milk bread) at the lobby. It was yummy!

Clean and comfortable room, with great blackout curtains. We requested a quiet room, so were put on a higher floor which was really appreciated. Noise from both outside and inside the hotel was minimal, and we got some good sleep there! The only thing that bothered me was the smoke alarm with it's constant red flashing light. The location is good, right on the edge of Rusafa and a 20-25 minute walk into the centre, and 10 min walk to the main Colon metro station.

Ottima struttura che sa di nuovo o quantomeno ristrutturato di recente. Personale molto cordiale, disponibile e preparato. Le uniche note negative sono (magari è stata una nostra sfortuna) il rumore degli scarichi delle altre camere chiaramente udibile dalla nostra stanza e una coperta un po' troppo pesante per l'estate.

Room was spacious, quiet (had an interior room around a courtyard), had everything we needed and great bed and shower. Couldn’t have wanted for anything more. Area was also perfect. Could walk everywhere except for the beach but bus 92 is literally outside the hotel and the end of the run is at Malvarosa Beach which is beautiful for a day out.

We stayed in a room on the first floor that faces the ventilation shaft. It is dark and there are bars on the window, so people with claustrophobia should avoid. On the positive side, it was very quiet. Very nicely appointed except for a piece of furniture water damaged and not repaired/replaced. Front staff was outstanding. As a solo traveller, I found this hotel to be the perfect choice. The location felt very safe, with clean and well maintained facilities, and it was conveniently close to plenty of great local restaurants and bars. The room itself was divine! Tidy, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The bed and pillows were honestly some of the comfiest I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Getting around was a breeze, with a bus stop just a few metres away and flat streets that made walking to both local favourites and tourist attractions super easy. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Lovely and clean hotel. Friendly staff! Perfect location on Gran Via, easily accessible across the city. We walked most of the time to Ciutat Vella or through Jardi de Turia. 5-10 minute walk to the Mercat Colon and Colon metro station. I would fefinutely stay here again.

Wonderful stay at Hotel Dimar! Great location, midway between old town and the Science Centre. Staff were great and there’s a taxi queue right next door. Minor complaint and heads up for anyone with weak grip or hand arthritis - unlike most wall mounted hair dryers that require continuous hold of a button, this one requires continuous hold of the entire handle.

Hotel zentral gelegen,auch mit Metro 3 und 5 vom Flughafen super erreichbar. Sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt fussläufig nah,auch sämtliche andere Ausflugspunkte. Zimmer (wir Nr.905) sehr gross, tolle breite Betten, moderne Möbel, zum Innenschacht gelegen, total ruhig,begehbare Dusche prima.,perfekt regulierbare Klimanalage. Frühstücksraum sehr ansprechend mit den grossen Fenstern, Auswahl liess keine Wünsche offen, alles geschmacklich bestens. Jederzeit wieder unsere erste Wahl in Valencia......

We were joined by a Spanish friend who had recommended the hotel. He showed us around interesting spots in Valencia so the location was good for both walking & taking taxis. The rooms were clean and we had one buffet breakfast which was good.
