nous avons passé à Valence un excellent séjour dans une ville vaste et historiquement riche, munie de moyens de déplacements collectifs pratiques et peu onéreux. L'hôtel ILUNION 3 est muni d'un parking souterrain avec bornes de recharge électrique (dont l'usage est compris dans le prix du stationnement-un peu élevé car exprimé en jour ; un forfait serait le bienvenu). Il est assez proche des réseaux de transport et dans un quartier animé de commerces notamment de restauration ce qui lui donne un plus vis-à-vis des établissements de centre-ville. Bonne expérience.

The hotel itself is adequate with convenient metro station nearby. Small but clean rooms, no fuss no muss breakfast buffet. The staff is worth mentioning. Nice people, ready to help and engage with you. Walk 50 feet to their sister hotel Ilunion4 (literally, next door) and you’ll find a fully stocked bar for coffee or anything else you have in mind. Elegant, comfortable area with great young staff who make the difference. I’ll be back next year.

This feels like a very budget hotel. The double room was a decent size and the shower pressure was very good. The gym was good. The WiFi was unusable, the corridors smelled bad, my bathroom flooded everytime I used the shower because the cubicle was not sufficient, the lights in the room were a bit dingy and the toilet plumbing was broken and water would keep flowing long after flushing. An alarm went off at 3am one night in the corridor with no explanation given. I would avoid staying here personally.

I spent $199 euros for one night for this hotel which was more like a 3 star hotel. Here is a list of what was wrong with the room and the manager did not feel I should get a partial refund. I was exhausted when I arrived so I didn’t want to have to change rooms or have maintenance people working. 1. The air-conditioning was not working properly. 2. There’s no refrigerator. 3. There is only one electrical outlet by the bed. 4. The closet is very small and doesn’t have any shelves to put clothes on. 5. There is no hot water kettle for tea or coffee. 6. The bottom of the couch is shredded. 7. There are three poorly patched spots on the bathroom floor.

My friend and I had to leave early in the morning for the airport and not only did they book us a cab but they offered to make us a big packed breakfast for the go since we paid for the buffet breakfast. Overall, this property was disappointing. Most of the front desk staff were rude. The room was not very clean. We had a 3 person and the beds were extremely uncomfortable. One of my friends has been having really bad back pain as a consequence. The breakfast was good. Do not recommend.

Parto dalle cose negative. Grandissima confusione per un albergo che presenta un tre e 4 stelle nello stesso stabile, con l aggiunta di un ulteriore altro hotel. Quindi check in e out nel 4 stelle per poi passare al 3 stelle dall ascensore del 4. Colazione nel 3 scendendo dal 4. Confusione? Piscina in comune di dimensione minuscole per tutti gli ospiti del 3 e 4 stelle. Al primo check in ( stanza non ancora pronta visto l arrivo qualche ora prima) la receptionist poco collaborativa. Ci liquida ( in spagnolo naturalmente) con un " la stanza non è pronta, lasciate i bagagli e andate a fare un giretto "..ma senza darci ulteriori delucidazioni. Al secondo check in receptionist decisamente più disponibile e conciliante. Naturalmente molta attesa visto che il 4 stelle gestisce tutti i check in e check out. L albergo presenta una metro vicinissima ma è sito un po lontano dal.centro. Doppia metro oppure circa 20/25 min a piedi. Colazione a buffet discreta ma non varia. Stanza molto piccola ( tripla) senza frigo bar e pseudo armadio. Bagno di dimensioni mai viste in Spagna ( in senso negativo). Wi fi perfetto e insonorizzazione ottima. Nel.complesso oggettivamente per la mia esperienza non lo consiglierei.

We just spent 6 nights at this hotel, on a short vacation to Valencia. Great location for us, with a metro station just outside that can take you to the centre of the city, and another metro station a 10 minute walk away that takes you directly to the beach. Very convenient and easy to navigate. The staff at the hotel were wonderful, super friendly & helpful. Especially Ruben who we met when checking in. Great, friendly personality, he gave us a map with many top tips of where to go and how to get there. I haven't experienced such great customer service for many years. Give this man a pay rise! The room itself was pretty basic. The bathroom is one of the Japanese-style pods, on the smaller side and a little dated in terms of decor. But the shower was lovely, there was a hair dryer, hand soap and shower gel, and fluffy clean towels. The bed and pillows were REALLY comfortable, we both slept very well. Limited storage for clothes, a small hanging rail and some bedside shelves. No fridge or coffee making facilities. But honestly, for us, it was no big deal. We used the room for sleeping and bathing. We had the breakfast and there was a good choice of hot dishes, bread, fruit, yogurt, cereal, cakes, juice. We are vegan so we only ate certain things, but for those without dietary restrictions I think it is a good selection. We didn't use the small pool because we were always out during the day, but it looked very nice and was busy.

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig nur 3 Minuten entfernt von der nächsten Metro Station. Die Einrichtung ist sehr sparsam - nur 5 Kleiderhaken um Kleider aufzuhängen - das war’s - keine weiteren Fächer oder Ablagen Beim Fühstück eigentlich alles da - es wäre toll wenn es noch frisches Gemüse - Tomaten, Gurken gegeben hätte. Leider waren die Rühreier, der Speck und die Gemüsepfanne kalt.
