Excellent location - all the old city sites within a few minutes walk and close to public transport for City of Science/Oceanografic and the beach. Rooms comfortable and clean. The shower was excellent. Minibar available - but tea/coffee in the room would be a welcome addition. Some noise from corridors/adjacent rooms but not an issue. A/c worked well. The choice and quality of items for breakfast was exceptional. There is a bar/restaurant which uses the breakfast room and terrace - but this closed before 10pm when we visited. On our first night we tried to get soft drinks before bed - but were told there were no tables so couldn't be served and recommended a bar up the street (which was closed!). It turns out there is an additional lounge - but not obvious how to get service and we didnt see anyone using it. We recommend the hotel. If in-room tea/coffee and the evening bar sorted this would be the perfect hotel for a short break in Valencia

Fantastic location close to the Old Town. Hotel has a boutique style and feel about it. There’s an outside eating area along with a bar and breakfast buffet. Staff were helpful and good a/c in the room which is a must in the summer months.

Fantastiskt fint boutique hotel mitt i centrala Valencia. Gångavstånd till många bra restauranger och sevärdheter. Trevlig personal. God frukost. Vi åt nyårsmiddag där och det var väldigt generöst och trevligt. Personalen gjorde verkligen middagen festlig. Roligt att de såg till att vi fick de obligatoriska 12 vindruvorna - uppskattat. Och sen att alla följde det på tv:n. Kul! Rekommenderas!

This is a perfect hotel to explore Valencia. Close to all of the top attractions, which are in a short walking distances. The hotel is clean and welcoming and offers an excellent breakfast. The room was good and air conditioned with everything you need. The reception, bar staff , breakfast and cleaning staff were excellent also which makes a big difference.

Great hotel in an excellent location that I’d definitely stay at again. Location is key and whilst being central, it wasn’t noisy and very well priced. My only gripe would be miserable bar staff serving customers outside, if you could get them to serve you at all but it won’t deter my return.

Really well located in the old town so cannot fault the location. Room was a good size and we loved the double aspect view. Only let down was that some towels, dressing gown and bedding were marked

Very friendly staff, relatively clean. Shower drain was clogged and flooded the bathroom and no one was able to fix it until the next day. Very close to shopping and sites in Valencia. Good for a short stay.

The hotel has a pretty, cozy lobby. The staff checked us in and out quickly and held our luggage while we walked around town. The location is fantastic! Easy walking to sites and restaurants. That was my favorite part. The reason for my rating is the room. It was on the small side. There was an odor in the room that we thought might be coming from outside, but it was actually in the room (don't know what it was). The bathroom shower leaked water onto the floor every time and made the floor very slippery. The glass shower partition is too small to contain the water. There was also a crack in the bathroom floor near the door and we saw a "very large insect" appear from there and had to dispose of it.

Excellent location, close to the city centre and tourist bus starting point. Hotel room very big and light, room 304 has balcony facing the street but it’s not noisy at all! Didn’t have breakfast at hotel as there are many restaurants nearby.

Fin beliggenhed i den gamle bydel. Vores værelse lå ud mod en vej, og der var en del støj - dog ikke noget "skræmmende". Et større problem var lyden fra vores naboværelse .... stemmer fra skænderier og tv var meget tydelige - ikke noget vi har oplevet på de mange, mange andre hoteller vi har boet på.

Nice hotel very central to everything. Off location parking was not far at all. Rooms were small but nice and clean. Only comment is the walls were a bit thin so you could hear the people above.

Store, rene men sterile rom. Enkelt innredet. Super beliggenhet Overhode IKKEl lydisolert slik det står. Mye støy fra både gate og ganger. Vi har bodd her en rekke ganger før, men dette blir den siste. Tok superiorrom denne gangen i håp om at det skulle være roligere, men nei. Spurte om to ekstra kaffe til vannkoker, men det kunne man ikke få. Enig i at dette ikke er et firestjerners hotell. Kan ikke anbefale dette til andre, det er flere fine hoteller i nærområdet.

Het hotel is prima maar zeker geen 4 sterren waard. Het is nogal gehorig waardoor je iedereen hoort lopen en in de vroege ochtend hoor je de schoonmaak(st)ers. Vloeren dreunen door als je eroverheen loopt. Airco doet het niet goed dus warme nachten. Matras is met ouderwetse veren dus erg hard en mocht je bewegen dan gaat je partner dat zeker merken. De algemene ruimte ziet er verder prima uit, de locatie van het hitel is wel top. Je zit in midden in het centrum en alles is op loopafstand. Jammer van de gehorigheid en licht achterstalling onderhoud in de kamer.

We were on the third floor facing the street and needed earplugs despite their claim that the hotel is soundproofed due to noise from the street and adjoining rooms. Curtains do not block out light and the door also had large gaps. Beds are on the hard side so not the most restful nights sleep. No kettle or coffee in room, toiletries were limited and bottle water is only free the first night. Would not call this a 4*.

When I checked in, our room was not available because it was a couple hours early. I opted to pay at the hotel but I mistakenly thought they deducted it from my card the day prior. Nothing was said on sign in, when we returned a couple hours later, it was brought to my attention that I did not pay yet. I quickly verified it through my credit card statement that yes, I did need to pay them. I did so but I felt the whole dynamics at the desk changed when they saw I booked through Hotels.com/Expedia. They gave us a room which was ok but it was a handicapped room which I did not believe I booked. The rooms are good size but sparse of any decoration or comfort. The location is excellent and the breakfast buffet is very good. The gentleman working the buffet was very nice and helpful. One thing I felt was amiss, when you walk in to most hotels you get a warm greeting from the desk. We walked by the desk after checkin at least a dozen times and the group of employees working on one project never lifter their heads to acknowledge we were going past the desk to the elevator. On checkout the young woman was kind and thankful we stayed but the desk was amiss the whole 3 days.

The hotel is an excellent location, within walking distance of many major tourist attractions including the Ceramic Museum, the Cathedral, the Silk exchange and many more. We had a standard room which whilst comfortable had a limited outlook onto a narrow alleyway. Maybe in future I would pay extra for a premium room and view. Breakfasts were enjoyable and plentiful. However, staff were exceptional when we realised at the airport my wife had lost a diamond ring. The cleaners had found it, and the staff organised for it to be sent by DHL cargo to the UK and made the whole process very easy and stress free. They also arranged for us to pay the cargo costs through them. Above and beyond the call of duty.

This is a perfect hotel to explore Valencia. Close to all of the top attractions, which are in a short walking distances. The hotel is clean and welcoming and offers an excellent breakfast. The room was good and air conditioned with everything you need. The reception, bar staff , breakfast and cleaning staff were excellent also which makes a big difference.

Great hotel in an excellent location that I’d definitely stay at again. Location is key and whilst being central, it wasn’t noisy and very well priced. My only gripe would be miserable bar staff serving customers outside, if you could get them to serve you at all but it won’t deter my return.

We very much enjoyed our stay and the view from our room with balcony. The cleaner was excellent, making out Tom look fresh every day. The only thing that let it down was the reception staff, who weren't always that friendly. Also, when we arrived, we asked to check in early and they took our luggage (great) and said they would call us when the room was ready, but it got to normal check in time and we hadn't received a call. Then when we did turn up to check in, it took a while for them to find our luggage. It would have been nice if they had taken our luggage to our room ahead of us, as they never called. The breakfast was nice, with a good selection of food and drinks.

Excellent location - all the old city sites within a few minutes walk and close to public transport for City of Science/Oceanografic and the beach. Rooms comfortable and clean. The shower was excellent. Minibar available - but tea/coffee in the room would be a welcome addition. Some noise from corridors/adjacent rooms but not an issue. A/c worked well. The choice and quality of items for breakfast was exceptional. There is a bar/restaurant which uses the breakfast room and terrace - but this closed before 10pm when we visited. On our first night we tried to get soft drinks before bed - but were told there were no tables so couldn't be served and recommended a bar up the street (which was closed!). It turns out there is an additional lounge - but not obvious how to get service and we didnt see anyone using it. We recommend the hotel. If in-room tea/coffee and the evening bar sorted this would be the perfect hotel for a short break in Valencia

Excellent location, close to the city centre and tourist bus starting point. Hotel room very big and light, room 304 has balcony facing the street but it’s not noisy at all! Didn’t have breakfast at hotel as there are many restaurants nearby.

De ligging v.h. hotel is heel centraal. Het tegelmuseum is a.d. overkant. Restaurants rondom. Bushalte voor de deur. Metro op ong. 600m lopen. Wij hadden een mooie kamer met een bedbank voor een kind. Balkonnetje aan de voorzijde van het hotel. Met deuren dicht weinig last van de bussen die regelmatig voorrijden. 1x gebruik gemaakt van ontbijt. Niet al te uitgebreid. Als je een eitje wilde bleek dat je daar speciaal om moet vragen. €13,- als je in het hotel reserveert Anders €15.- maar wij hebben gekozen om ontbijt op andere plaatsen te nemen. Soms zelfs voor € 8, ieder 1 broodje met veel beleg. 1 koffie of thee en zelfs jus d’orange voor 2 personen. Zeker geen €26,- Verder een top locatie. Vriendelijk personeel. Maar ze geven weinig info bij vragen. Dan moet je echt gericht doorvragen. Receptie spreekt weinig tot matig Engels.

The hotel.was very good for its location to most of the tourists spots ,and also for transport links to beach ,and airport. Service was excellent ,and room was lovely . Breakfast was a good selection ,and all in all a great place to stay

Fantastiskt fint boutique hotel mitt i centrala Valencia. Gångavstånd till många bra restauranger och sevärdheter. Trevlig personal. God frukost. Vi åt nyårsmiddag där och det var väldigt generöst och trevligt. Personalen gjorde verkligen middagen festlig. Roligt att de såg till att vi fick de obligatoriska 12 vindruvorna - uppskattat. Och sen att alla följde det på tv:n. Kul! Rekommenderas!
