Loved the hotel and its amenities. Free water bottles, great indoor pool with excellent steam room and sauna. Area was safe and easy to walk to city centre / old town. Only wish was that it was 10 mins closer so less walking every day. The staff was all super helpful and the room was very large with lots of room. Separate shower and bath tub too! Would book again.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Frühstück war wirklich sehr gut. Welnessbereich auch schön, am letzten Tag war die Sauna kaputt. Die Reparatur hätte wohl 1 Woche gedauert - da hatte ich also noch glück. Zustand ist bisschen in die Jahre gekommen.

I am so disappointed about few reasons. The coffee machine was not provided but water boiler with Nescafé 1oz Pack first day and next day not even gave us coffee. And the light fixture on the ceiling needed clean, old dead bugs in the fixtures it’s very unpleasant. There!s no body lotion provided second days. The blow dryers was so old makes terribly sounds I have to call to replace new. The spa was terrible. The steam room looks like it has been out of order for years. I would not recommend it to anyone. I don’t know how people say. It was a wonderful place. They have not seen it wonderful place yet the only thing five stars it was a price. Looks like they need a new management someone who can manage it for guest satisfaction not for the owners making money. I stayed in Weston hotel many years ago before Marriott bought it. I never liked that Marriott. I stayed in Marriott Westin because it’s only five star hotel in Valencia was available.

Le séjour fut bon en général à proximité du bus pour la plage et métro pour l aéroport. Proche centre ville à pied . Par contre le petit déjeuner pas terrible ne vaut vraiment pas un 5 étoile et le personnel pas très souriant il faut courir après pour avoir un café . Sinon femme de ménage au top .

Service was impeccable. As was the pool and the seating in the garden. The marble floor in the bathroom could do with some cleaning and polishing. The hotel is close to the Metro. There are lists of bars and restaurants nearby.

Increible que un hotel asi no cuente con cafetera en la recámara y que la limpieza del cuarto sea mala, dificil de creer para este tipo de hoteles pero cierto. Las 3 noches que estuve ahi no me gustaron nada , las alfombras huelen mal y no estaba limpio ni el baño ni el cuarto!

Beautiful hotel, just across the park from the old city and easy to walk to (15-20 min walk). Nice large rooms with comfortable beds. We also walked to the Arts/Science museum from the hotel (30 min walk). We liked that it was quiet and we had a room facing the courtyard. The only downside would be the restaurants and breakfast is kind of expensive especially for those travelling with kids, but we found a great coffee/breakfast place in the neighborhood (Boscon Coffee) and there were many other nice restaurants near by or in the old city section. We were too busy to enjoy the gym and pool, but both looked very inviting. I would recommend the Westin to those travelling to Valencia. A beautiful city and we hope to visit again.

It was great, but there’s no dock for charging with usb type c and a connections, which i typically expect from hotels. They lend out adapters, but they ran out and didn’t quite have the right ones. I was very crunched for time, so this was quite an inconvenience for me

We loved the Westin. Good location, fantastic staff, spacious room, lovely pool/sauna etc and excellent breakfast. I mentioned it was my partner’s birthday when booking - didn’t say which date during our stay. A bottle of sparkling wine and some chocolates were left in the room for her and she was presented with a cake/candle at breakfast on the day (must have spotted it on her passport!)! All the staff were so friendly which made us feel really welcome.

1. Recepción: una vez realizada la reserva a través de Hoteles.com ( Expedia ) donde soy el cliente Gold, se había solicitado una mejoría ( sujeta a la disponibilidad , por supuesto ) y puse algunos comentarios, a los que se hizo caso omiso. LA recepcionista que nos atendió era o en practicas o poca profesional, ya que el proceso fue super lento, constantes llamadas a otro compañero para la ayuda. Tampoco nos informaron sobre el hotel, sus instalaciones, el horario del desayuno y su lugar, etc. 2. Una vez en la habitación, nos ha sorprendido que los accesorios del baño eran solo para una sola persona ( tuvimos que llamar al conserje), a pesar que la reserva fue para dos. Pero lo más chocante eran las botellas de plástico de agua, parece que estamos en hotel de dos estrellas y no de lujo. Acaso no es suficiente el precio pagado para poner el agua en esta presentación, mejor no poner nada! Los huéspedes en dicha categoría del hotel pueden permitir comprar el agua embotellada en cristal! Pero aún más quedamos sorprendidos de la hervidora de agua y café en polvo en bolsitas. En que siglo vivimos? Yo viajo mucho y hace años no veo este tipo del servicio de cafés! ES UNA VERGUENZA ! 3. En los hoteles de la categoría como debe ser el suyo ( aunque ya lo dudo ), se hace cama a los huéspedes antes de que se acuesten , lo que no tuvimos 4. Bajamos a usar SPA y supuestamente está abierto hasta las 21:00, pero sobre las 20:00 se estaba cortando ya el calor en la sauna finlandesa y turca

The concierge and most of the staff were exceptional. One front desk reception lady with glasses was nightmarish. I hope she never works in hospitality again. The hotel is lovely, but the rules are inconvenient. Not allowing a family to have just 1 room is bizarre and a huge inconvenience. They insisted we take 2 rooms or get a suite, neither of which we needed. Also, not allowing 2 cots in a room just to garner more revenue felt like nickel and diming. The food was pretty average and pretty pricey for what it was.

Everything was great from the service and quality of rooms to the hotel layout and local amenities. The location was perfect for getting around and visiting local attractions. There was so much to love about our trip. Of all the hotel qualities, we were highly impressed with the accessibilities support. We needed support bars and was given a large equipped room, fully adapted for disabilities. The only disappointment was the hotel restaurant food. The menu was limited and some of the dishes including fries were inedible, due to having too much salt. The lamb dish was also low quality. We complained but did not receive a satisfactory alternative. Although we preferred to eat in the hotel this issue forced us to find a restaurant elsewhere and there were plenty of good options. Nonetheless, thanks for making our stay a wonderful experience.
