Das Hotel bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten eines 4-Sterne-Hotels. Das Frühstück war sehr gut! Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Liegen am Pool hatten keine Auflagen (auf den Fotos im Netz sind welche zu sehen) und auch keine Sonnenschirme - damit war ein längerer Aufenthalt am Pool nicht möglich.

A very big and modern hotel..impressive entrance and generous space at the lobby, Smell of cigarettes in our room, after addressing it we given a different room .. bit disappointed by the area, thought it would be closer to the sea, it’s surrounded by heavy traffic at a big cross junction..also disappointed with the pool area, pool much too small for this size of hotel, no chance for a swim .. also disappointed by the breakfast area also.. very noisy! Staff helpful and friendly and good restaurants in walking distance.

La experiencia es buena… tiene un pero… el tamaño de la piscina es demasiado pequeña para el tamaño del hotel. Eso si el horario de la misma es genial… hasta las 22:00. 😀. Despues otra cosa que me pareció extraña fue que yo puse el “no molestar” en la puerta y cuando volví… habían entrado. A ver, no pasa nada en realidad, pero bueno me pareció extraño.

One night business trip arriving in the evening so not a huge amount of time to relax, but breakfast was wonderful and the service was great. I thought the bar area was a little small for the size of the hotel and a bit formal, although it's possible to take your drinks into the foyer area where there are lounge seats. Looked for the pool, but couldn't find it. Not sure if it was open. It's a little way from the old city and beach, but the tram stops right outside the back.

Al parecer el hotel no recibe mantenimiento. La ducha estaba rota, se tomaron 2 días en arreglarla , la habitación llena de polvo, las toallas olían a naftalina, el ascensor es lento, pequeño sin aire acondicionado y para en distintos pisos constantemente. La atención al cliente es una vergüenza, las tarjetas para entrar a la habitación se desprograman constantemente. ( en mi caso 4 veces en 1 día…) No me explico como tiene 4 estrellas sup.

This hotel was okay at best. Considering it's a 4 star hotel, the gym was a poor attempt at a fitness facility. The rooms weren't the cleanest and nor were they cleaned properly by room service. The pool was rather disappointing. The things I liked were that the ac always stayed on even if you didn't have your key card in, and the rooms were somewhat soundproof.

Had a pleasant two night stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are a little dated but very spacious and definitely have all the basics for a hotel of this caliber. Breakfast was very good with a lot to choose from. The surrounding neighborhood is more residential and has some nice restaurants nearby. Decent bang for the buck overall.

Das Hotel ist insgesamt angenehm, könnte jedoch in einigen Bereichen optimiert werden. Im Zimmer gibt es eine eigene Badewanne und einen wirklich schönen Blick auf die Stadt, der sich hervorragend zum Entspannen, Lesen und Genießen eignet. Nach dem Duschen bleibt das Wasser jedoch auf dem Boden stehen. Das Schwimmbad ist eher klein, weshalb es sich nicht gut zum richtigen Schwimmen eignet. Das Frühstück ist in Ordnung, entspricht jedoch nicht ganz dem Niveau eines 4-Sterne-Hotels. Eine größere Auswahl wäre wünschenswert, da es nach drei Tagen wenig empfehlenswert ist, immer das gleiche Essen zu haben.

This is a nice hotel outside of the hustle and bustle of Valencia. I do think the entire place could use a “fluff”. Some things are a bit outdated in the rooms and furniture is a bit worn. My biggest complaint would be the way the shower is set up, the door does not fully close and the shower head faces toward the open part of the door so you are a bit crammed feeling to not let water splatter everywhere

Para empezar, me pidieron hacer el check-in on line, cosa que hice y me llevó unos 20 minutos. La sorpresa es que al llegar me piden el DNI para hacer el check-in otra vez. Reclamo y me dicen que ha sido un error. Luego van a cobrarme (moda que se está imponiendo y que me parece un gesto muy feo) y me dicen que 400 y pico euros, cuando mi reserva era por 126 €. Aclaran el tema y por fin me dan la llave. 15 minutos perdidos en el registro de un hotel 4* sup... Impropio. Lo que si es apropiado al nivel del hotel son los precios de los servicios adicionales. Así que salimos a cenar y a desayunar por los alrededores, que ofrece una gran cantidad de restaurantes de todo tipo. Por cierto, que el desayuno sea buffet a 12 o 14 € por cabeza (no recuerdo el precio exacto), cuando solo quieres un café y una tostada, y que no haya alternativa, también es impropio de un hotel de esta categoría.

A very nice hotel. The breakfast was impressive. Stayed there in March 2024 for a conference where the conference center is right next to the hotel. However, it's a bit far away from the city center of Valencia. Not convenient for sightseeing.

Die Unterkunft ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es war sauber und die Lage ist gut, leider war das Personal eher desinteressiert und im Frühstücksraum war es unerträglich laut. Auch die Speisen hätten frischer und vielfältiger sein können. Die Eierspeisen wurden leider nicht warm gehalten.
