Lovely hotel, really clean, the room is lovely bed is really comfy and the shower is perfect. The bar downstairs is a lovely little bar to grab a drink and the breakfast is great value for money. All the staff are really friendly. Would stay again

Hotel Kramer was excellent! The restaurant downstairs and the hotel and restaurant staff really set this hotel apart from other hotels. They were kind when we were jet lagged, when we were rushed for a big day of activities, and when we were overwhelmed with traveling with a child. They had great touch points like the bike rentals, and they surprised us with a bottle of sparkling wine for my husbands birthday. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Apartamento com bom espaço, banheiro bom apesar de um pouco escuro. Funcionários simpáticos e prestaricos em especial Mercedes. O único provlema é o barulho da avenida que é muito alto dentro dosnquartos ja que nao ha janela anti ruido. No demais otima opcao para conhecer Valência. Por ser feito tudo a pé ou de onibus. Estacionamento no shopping em frente é facil a 15 euros por dia. Possível tambem para a rua porem as vagas sao nuito dificeis de achar.

My wife and I decided to take a last minute weekend trip to Valencia with our 6 month old son, and Hotel Kramer was a very good addition to a lovely trip. The staff are very helpful and welcoming, from the reception team to the bar staff. The rooms are clean the the beds are huge (great for me being 2m tall)! Views from the hotel are also great, especially at night (we stayed on the seventh floor). Food selection in the restaurant is good and the drink selection even better. Will definitely come back for my next trip to Valencia!

Hubo un olor increiblemente fuerte de quimicas tóxicas por todo el hotel. Fue excepcionalmente fuerte en el ascensor. Permeaba los pasajes. Habia que entrar y salir de la habitacion rapido para no permitir tanto olor entrar. Intentaba poner el aire a tope para mover el olor y bajar la temperatura pero no fue actualmente en control. Toda la noche soplaba air caliente. Mantuvo la ventana abierta para quitar el olor. Ya cuando el sol salio temprano no fue cómodo para dormir. Subio la temperatura has sudar. Y el olor permeaba por los suelos y la puerta. Fue intoxicante, provocar dolor de cabeza y mal estar. No dormía y no fue descanso actual. Un hotel super guay en aspecto y estilo en general pero poder respirar y descansar fueron cosas tan fundametal que no quise alargar la estancia. Solo una noche quedé.

Ich war zum dritten Mal im Hotel Kramer, weil ich bisher immer sehr zufrieden war. Dieses Mal war ich ein bisschen enttäuscht. Das Bad war nicht mehr schön und sollte modernisiert werden. Die Duschwand war krumm und konnte kaum geöffnet werden. Irgendwann ging sie nicht mehr richtig auf und zu. Repariert wurde sie leider nicht. So einiges war schon ziemlich abgenutzt im Bad. Das sollte auf jeden Fall modernisiert werden. Leider waren dieses Mal auch laute Hotelgäste da. Dafür kann das Hotel nichts, aber ich konnte an manchen Tagen leider nicht so gut schlafen. Über mir wurde laut getrampelt bis in die Nacht. Vielleicht weil ich dieses Mal in der Hauptsaison da war. Als einmal nebenan Party gemacht wurde, hat sich das Hotel auch darum gekümmert. Dies wird dort nicht geduldet. Es ist ein gutes Hotel, aber dieses Mal war es leider nicht so zu meiner Zufriedenheit, wie zuvor. Daher habe ich ein paar Punkte abgezogen. Trotzdem kann ich es weiterempfehlen.

Ich war zum zweiten Mal in dem Hotel und der Aufenthalt war gut, jedoch war dieses Mal gegenüber eine Baustelle und daher war es sehr laut. Die Fenster halten keinen Lärm ab, auch den Straßenlärm nicht. Das Bad war zum Teil abgenutzt und es fehlten mir Haken für die Handtücher. Aber allgemein ein gutes Hotel.

La atencion es de primera , el personal maravillso .La ubicacion estrategica si quieres conocer Valencia , no esta en el centro pero es MUY facil de moverse a donde desees , es una zona tranquila y con muchos lugares donde comer . Paradas de Bus y Metro cerca. Lo repetiria y recomiendo sin duda.

Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr geschmackvoll. Das Personal ist wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ich konnte sehr gut schlafen, denn man hat kaum andere Hotel Gäste gehört. so. Nach vielen Aufenthalten in anderen Hotels war das erste, bei dem ich das Zimmer nicht wechseln musste wegen Mängel oder laute Zimmernachbarn. Das war für mich sehr wichtig. Ich bin sehr zufrieden, ein paar kleine Mängel im Zimmer sollten eventuell mal beseitigt werden, aber ansonsten ist alles wirklich super gewesen.Herzlichen Dank.

Leuke kamer, redelijk afmeting, met een groot kingsize bed. Deur van douche sloot niet helemaal goed, 1 van de 2 liften was kapot, de eerste dag. Historisch centrum op loopafstand, als je een wandelaar bent. Er stoppen veel buslijnen, en de taxi's zijn cheap.

Found it difficult to fault this hotel. Clean, modern, helpful staff. Good breakfast, I definitely liked their toast with a choice of excellent toppings (although you need to book a time slot as it’s served in their small bar). Location about 20 minutes walk to the old town. Metro and buses nearby.
