In order to comply with local laws, we are not authorized to accept reservations for minors under the age of 18 or unaccompanied by an adult, without the authorization of their parent / legal tutor.Minors, should book only private rooms and always with the authorization of their parents.People over 35 years old is recommended to book a private room. At the arrival you will be asked for a deposit of €5 for the key and €5 for the towel (in case you want to rent one). During check out 10 euros will be returned, for both towel and key, in case they are returned properly. Taxes are included in prices. We accept these credit cards: Visa, Mastercard. Check out is until 11 am. In case you check out late, you will be charged the total of 5 euros per person for Shared rooms and 10 euros for private rooms. We have special conditions of payments and cancellations for groups of more than 9 people. A percentage of the total must be paid at time of booking apart from the deposit required by Hostelworld, the rest 1 month before the arrival. ATTENTION: During special events like Fallas, La Tomatina and Moto GP, and also the non-refundable bookings, special conditions of payments and cancellations will be applied. After the reservation, we will charge the total amount of the booking. Phone cancellations will NOT be accepted, the cancellation or modification of reservation will carry 100% of expenses. Upon arrival a deposit will be requested for towel and keys. The ID/Passport), is required to register and stay at the establishment. NON-COMPLIANCE WITH RULES For the safety of all, there will be necessary the fulfilment of the safety norms and of the protocols that we have established. If you do not do it, we will have to cancel your reservation and will invite you to leave the hostel.
