We were delay crossing the channel by almost 3 hours meaning we would ot get to the hotel until after end of check-in. I contacted the hotel who were helpful and gavs me i structions of how I could do a late check-in. This was later followed up with an email of the instructions. Access to the room was straightforward resulting in a stress free experience unlike that at Le Shuttle. The hotel was easy to find from the motorway and staff very polite.

Das Check-In & Out war freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, so auch das Bad. Es hat keinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. Raucher haben genügend Möglichkeiten, vor dem Hotelzimmer draussen zu rauchen. Die Lage ist ruhig und dennoch super gelegen. Die kostenlosen Parkplätze sind natürlich auch ein Plus. Einzig, das Kopfkissen war zu hart. Aber für mich reichte es völlig aus.
Das Check-In & Out war freundlich, schnell und unkompliziert. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich, so auch das Bad. Es hat keinen Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer. I was meetings friends in Venlo for a night out but couldn't get a hotel in the center so i booked this one . The rooms were clean and tidy with everything i needed for my stay free wifi a tv and tea and coffee. The breakfast was nice with a wide choice. The car park is free and its only €20 for a taxi into the center.

Beddegoed zaten 2 vlekken op .Zelf mijn dekbed verschoond,omdat er 's avonds geen kamermeisjes zijn. Veel later zag ik dat er op onderlaken ook een vlek zat! Baddoek erop gelegd én de andere ochtend doorgegeven aan de receptie. Sorry werd er gezegd en beloofd dit in orde te brengen!.Tijdens het ontbijt kwam het kamermeisje keurig vragen of ze al op mijn kamer mocht komen om het bed in orde te maken!! Pluspunt !

Absolut indiskutabel. Lieblos und heruntergekommenes Etablissement im Motelstyle. Entspricht französischen Billigketten in den 80ern, allerdings kosteten diese ein Drittel und wurden von charmanten Menschen geführt. Von außen noch akzeptabel war das Zimmer unsauber, sehr klein und deutlich abgenutzt. Unbequemes Bett, zusammengewürfelte Ausstattung, undichte Dusche…….. , es macht keinen Sinn Mängel aufzuzählen. Einfach dieses Haus meiden.

Voor €79 per nacht had ik veel meer verwacht, dit was een erg verouderde kamer, vieze badkamer, oncomfortabel matras waar je heel makkelijk vanaf rolt. Ook ben ik een paar keer in mijn enkel gebeten door beestjes, geen idee wat, jeukte erg 3 dagen. Geen aanrader. 300 meter verder zit een fatsoenlijk hotel voor €20 per nacht meer.

Fijne locatie om te slapen. Alles ziet er keurig en schoon uit. Er zijn hier en daar wel wat opmerkingen te plaatsen maar dat vertel ik bij het uitchecken wel aan de medewerker. Het is niet ernstig. Dus lekker slapen en ontbijten voor een mooi prijsje. Zeker het aanraden waard.

Goed ontvangst maar kamer was erg groeselig en vele spinnen en bad kamer schimmel . En er stond rolstoel toegankelijk maar dat was niet zo steppels voor deur en douchen in bad niet erg handig voor minder validen.we raden het zeker niet aan. Ontbijt en bedeen waren goed.

Listed as smart tv, Just because it had a smart button on remote does not make it a smart tv. Mattress was very soft. A Menu in the room would be nice. No Safe, water was so hot i could have made a cup of coffee with it turn it down save yourself some money.

Je kan er slapen. Maar erg luidruchtig qua omgevingsgeluid van arbeiders van allerlei nationaliteiten. Je loopt daardoor niet heel prettig richting je kamer.

Staff were very helpful, polite and friendly. Our evening meal in the restaurant was very good , the buffet breakfast in the morning was very tasty but lacked variety. The room was small but well equipped. The television had very poor reception and was unwatchable

Die Unterkunft ist für den Standard zu teuer Das Frühstück kostet 15.50 Euro und man darf nicht mal ein Brötchen mitnehmen! Darauf wurden wir ziemlich unfreundlich hingewiesen. Geht garnicht. Nur das Restaurant und der freundliche Kellner sind positiv aufgefallen.

Es ist kein Wow Hotel und kein Luxus. Aber ich finde entgegen vieler Bewertungen, dass es für ein Weekend oder bei einer Durchreise völlig ausreicht. Es hat ein Bett, Bad sowie Tv. Klar man dürfte renovieren. Aber für diesen Preis ist es in Ordnung und reicht. Wir fanden die Betten jedenfalls gut. Die Lage ist super gelegen. Man iat schnell mit dem Auto im Zentrum, Autobahn oder sonst wo. Allerdings fanden wir die Preise fürs Morgenessen etwas unangemessen, für die Auswahl. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist aber wirklich super! Ich war das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel.

I was meetings friends in Venlo for a night out but couldn't get a hotel in the center so i booked this one . The rooms were clean and tidy with everything i needed for my stay free wifi a tv and tea and coffee. The breakfast was nice with a wide choice. The car park is free and its only €20 for a taxi into the center.

Been here before. The price/ quality very good. Well organized, friendly. Doesn’t look too inviting when driving to the hotel but it’s fine. Very good stop over. We have rebooked for our return. Shopping center just down the road and. dry convenient for the motorway. Also nice and quiet. Thumbs up.

Es ist kein Wow Hotel und kein Luxus. Aber ich finde entgegen vieler Bewertungen, dass es für ein Weekend oder bei einer Durchreise völlig ausreicht. Es hat ein Bett, Bad sowie Tv. Klar man dürfte renovieren. Aber für diesen Preis ist es in Ordnung und reicht. Wir fanden die Betten jedenfalls gut. Die Lage ist super gelegen. Man iat schnell mit dem Auto im Zentrum, Autobahn oder sonst wo. Allerdings fanden wir die Preise fürs Morgenessen etwas unangemessen, für die Auswahl. Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist aber wirklich super! Ich war das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel.

The check in was nice and quick and staff were very nice. It’s was ok for one night but it did not feel safe and we smelled weed everywhere.
