Maintained well. Use of bikes, cappuccino machine in lobby, laundry facilities, lounge patio, Bin 4 burger lounge all on site elevated this experience. Location was fantastic. Rooms are noisy in front but plenty in back if you can’t sleep through it. Great fitness room!

The room was clean, older but there was some updates. To get to your room, you have to go outside to access it, which isn't the greatest in colder or wet weather. No real extras, the "gym" is super small and not much options for equipment. No pool, hot tub, or sauna, etc. No breakfeast option either. For a basic, barebones stay, it was just fine. One really nice thing, was that there is a Bin 4 restraunt, attached to the hotel, which was open until 10pm.

Great property. The building was older but has obviously been recently renovated. Service was amazing and the front desk was very responsive to requests. Our room on the back side of the property was quiet and convenient. The area is quite busy and parking was a bit tricky, but there was ample available.

Very happy with this hotel as it’s usually very clean and the best soap/shampoo set up - way better than other hotels. Stayed in Room 140 and the bed was made but sheets were dirty underneath as I had to sweep dirt off the sheets when I laid down. Side note TV audio has issues and alarm clock was set for 6am from previous guest

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Accent Inns. The staff were so kind and lovely. The room has been redone and feels nice, clean and homey. The beds are very comfortable! Location wise, it’s in the middle of Victoria and driving distance to many different areas.

My stay was over all pleasant. The room was nice, although if there is a kitchenette there should be a small table (there was enough room) there was hair in my shower, but other than that was clean. Pretty quiet, didn’t hear the neighbours much. Overall good enough.

Great place for the category. Super spacious rooms, with a nice sitting area. Everything was very clean. Staff was very nice and accessible. Short drive from downtown. Short walk from the shopping mall.

I stayed in Victoria for two weeks for some training and selected Accent Inns for it's location. Downs: Walls are quite thin so bring ear plugs. Ups: I was suprised how professional the staff were. I've stayed in many 4 and 5 star hotels and the front desk and cleaning staff were just as good. Location is good, close to two malls and grocery stores. Room was also well lit.

We booked a suite described as being 605 sq ft, but in reality it is closer to 300 sq ft. The bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable. The worst part was the noise — when the neighboring unit used their bathroom at 3 a.m., it was so loud it woke everyone up. It literally sounded like their bathtub was in the middle of our bedroom. The staff did offer to move us to another unit, but since we were checking out the next morning, we decided not to move. On the positive side, the location is excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The Inn has been renovated and all the facilities are great. If it is more Econ friendly by using the room card to turn on or off the whole room facilities will be better. One last thing is the lighting, I hope the room will be brighter by adding more lights

It was a nice place. The staff are nice but not the best service. They didn't make you feel happy to be at that hotel. They wouldn't say hi when you walk in the door or ask how how your trips going, they just kept talking amongst themselves about the night before etc. Those are all service oriented things I get from all other hotels I've stayed at.

I was forced to put a deposit on a cc despite being a very regular customer as well as offering calf for a deposit so that I could get it back immediately when I check out I was refused that option I can't exactly afford to have hundreds and hundreds of dollars on hold on a credit card and then maybe never see it for like 27 or 30 or 40 days cuz that's what always happens to me. And of course this is no different as I still haven't received the deposit back even though they say that they voided the transaction. Here's an idea instead complete the transaction then issue a refund for the transaction and I would have the funds immediately. But they don't seem to understand that instead they want to hold your money forever. I've been a regular customer Hotel Zed and accent ends for a very long time a very regular customer that used to be afforded the option of not putting a deposit down and suddenly now I do and for no reason. I won't be staying here again and I may not even stay at hotel Zed again because of this. Also want hotels.com it says that a credit card is needed for incidentals but doesn't say for how much doesn't say they're going to charge it ahead of checking out it's only supposed to be charged at checkout.

It seems you cant forget anything when you check out, otherwise you will never get it back. I left a cell phone charger and the next day I phone the hotel and they said they do id not find anything

Although the ‘inn’ has been renovated and updated, it’s still like a motel. Entry to the units is from outside doors. It is clean, rooms are large and comfortable, upper floors accessible by elevator. Awesome coffee machine in the lobby available 24/7. Front desk staff were very helpful getting the right room for us. Convenient location within walking distance to Mayfair Mall. That said, the cost is about the same as a hotel. I would stay again, but only if it’s a lower price.

It was the perfect location for the event we were attending. Being right next to a highway, and our room faced that side, meant it was quite noisy at night. The price was kinda high for an average type room. Overall a good experience though.

Great easy place to stay near downtown Victoria. Very clean, simple accommodations when you need to just lay your head down. Bin 4 was great for a burger and drinks. And it’s just down stairs. Ps. Love the quirky signs.

Lovely staff and overall a pleasant stay. Lots of (free) parking available and the hot chocolate in the lobby is great! As mentioned in several other reviews, the walls are very thin and not very noise proof. Louder conversations in adjacent rooms are very audible. Also worth flagging for families - there are no travel cots available, despite booking sites saying otherwise. It was a good thing I'd messaged in advance to ask otherwise we would've shown up without one, since our booking specifically said we'd have one with our room. When I asked about this the hotel said they didn't have them anymore due to furniture upgrades (I don't understand this; why don't you just get some new ones then??), and that a cot also wouldn't fit in our room (junior suite) due to the layout. We were however able to fit our own travel cot in the room with no problem just by moving the coffee table. Anyway, just seemed to be a larger hassle than it needed to be and I don't understand why a family-friendly hotel doesn't have cots for babies.
