The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff were all very kind and helpful.The pool, gym and activities such as tennis, ping pong and family games (corn hole, jenga) outside were excellent! Our family was disappointed by the few food options, it was definitely not great for kids. We stayed over multiple days and were disappointed that it did not have guest laundry on site.

The Delta is a short walk to downtown and has an excellent view of the inner harbor of Victoria. The sixth floor outside patio was wonderful for group get togethers for our family. The rooms were a good size. It would be nice to have a small concession store in the lobby. The pool area was great, but it gets crowded quickly due to size. The fitness area was well appointed and very clean. The staff were exceptional: always friendly and informative. We will come again!

Welcoming staff. Relaxing to sit in the beautiful lobby near the fireplace, enjoying the view. Starbucks open early in the morning for coffee. Good restaurant. Clean room. Beautiful location.

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The hotel was clean and all staff we met were very friendly, and the location was perfect for walking downtown. And the squash/racquetball court was a fun surprise! They have racquets, balls and safety glasses for borrowing. Highly recommend this hotel!

Great spot, had the view of the harbor and would recommend. Watching the harbor and activity as the city awakens was both relaxing and interesting. Family friendly. Dog friendly except for the restaurant even outdoor, which was a little bummer. But took it to go and ate outside at the tables. Staff very friendly, great location. EV charging in garage which was nice. Plan to stay again next time.

Great property - the only concern was how overly difficult it was to get coffee every morning. The on site deli and coffee shop was only open one morning during our 5 night stay and it was terrible service. Everything else was wonderful.

My daughter and I truly enjoyed the pool and hot tub facilities together. Our breakfast in the morning at the Lobby restaurant was of excellent quality with an extra ordinary list of options. Thank You. we look forward to our next stay. B & N

The location is fantastic as the inner harbour is a short walk away. Great views from every angle and the building is in great shape and rooms are excellent. The pool and fitness centre are top notch also. My 8 year old granddaughter also gave the hotel a very high rating!

Stay was nice, staff was wonderful, food and drinks were great! Our room wasn’t as clean as it should have been… the bathroom floor had dirt on it including some pink plastic bits, hair on the floor in the bathroom and room, plus other dirt on the floors. I didn’t say anything to the front desk as we were there for a night and had a very tight schedule. We checked out at 8am.

Our room was not clean when we checked in. A dirty cot sat in the corner of the room, the floors had candy and hair on them, and the tv remote was sticky. This was rectified promptly upon me reporting it. The beds were very uncomfortable. There is zero security at this hotel. Anyone can walk in and take the elevator to the hotel floors. There was no room safe. I did not feel unsafe, but this is not the norm in hotels. The view was incredible and the location was very walkable and convenient.

As always, top rated service with all the little touches from this great staff. Property is aging well overall, but the room we had felt sterile and empty and didn't do enough to leverage the great view. One gripe - a dirty plate was outside our room in the corridor when we arrived, which dampened the experience. More positives - the club had an excellent breakfast offering and the balcony dining area is exceptional - recommend that.

I had a room on the 4th floor. Several dogs barking non stop from different rooms late at night and early in mornings. Room had vinyl flooring and carried noise from hallway and adjacent rooms. Love this hotel and previous stays. But not this time.

This is a very basic property with poor food service and bar operations and attention to detail. They run the same menu for both lunch and dinner with very little options. Best. It's not an overly friendly handicap accessible property and even lacks benches outside the front door for sitting. The general condition is tired the rooms are basic Marriott rooms with nothing special. At this price point try another property there are plenty that offer way more options and amenities. We will never be back to this property

Me and my wife have gone here for years, im not happy to say our last 2 stays haven't been the best. The rooms are starting to look older and rundown. Our last stay was our 6 year wedding aniversary, our room had a joining door and a old tub and shower combo, we could here the family next to us through the door, wasnt very romantic. Luckily i called the front desk and they had another room. This room seemed older and not what we expected for out earlier visits. Staff is always friendly, parking is good. But the rooms need a makeover.

The room was nice, but the window faced the loading dock so was awakened early every morning by the garbage truck, food delivery truck or linen truck. Paid $500 per night x 4. Thought I would have had a better room for that price. On Sunday night there was an event in one of the conference room which was two doors away. Extremely loud with people screaming and laughing. This went till 11 pm which seems rather late for this level of crazy noise. This room on the third floor should be priced different. Had some cocktails at Lure and had excellent service there!

Loved the location and overlooking the ocean. Our room was spacious for a family of 4. We found the beds and pillows not overly comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The property was close and walkable to everything and the view along the river is beautiful. The pool and hottub were nice. We were expecting the rooms to be nicer for the price but they were just okay. The pillows were very small and not comfortable.

The hotel was nice and is a good location to walk along the water and into downtown. The room is nice but not amazing. There was a good view but it was a higher window so the view is only available if you’re standing at the window. We were in the 8th floor.

Room was well appointed not small . Plenty of room. Two very comfortable chairs and table by the window to enjoy the wonderful view of the inner harbour, parliament buildings, empress hotel. At night it was magical. Walkway along the harbour goes for miles.

Underwhelming 😕 Stayed for four days and the front desk staff failed to acknowledge us any of the days when we walked by. The most kind, happy and attentive person was the bellman! We would like to thank him for making us feel welcome. Our room was okay, nothing special. No body wash in the shower and no bathrobes but we saw other guests had them. At checkout they really don’t care about the quality of our stay. Disappointed since we have stayed here many times for business and pleasure. Service is going downhill 😕

This was easily the best experience I have had with a hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure everyone staying at the hotel had what they needed. The hotel also had amazing activities set up for children. Movie night, story telling, games. I have never experienced service like this at a hotel before. The views from the room were amazing aswell. 10/10.. will 100% be back.

The breakfast and staff were excellent! The staff was friendly and responsive to requests and concerns. (There was a problem with the shower backing up). Gagan, who was on the front desk, was wonderful. She was particularly supportive of our needs, ensuring we were comfortable in our stay. Because of her attention, following our registration at the hotel, we felt welcome.

The entire staff were absolutely tremendous. Friendly, courteous kind and helpful throughout our stay. Room was cleaned very efficiently by Bhat and Michael the concierge took exceptional care of all our requirements. You can’t go wrong at the Delta for your stay.

Everything was excellent except for the fact that the room price was $760 per night and after running a half marathon the Front Desk refused to give any late checkout, not even an hour. The Hotel was full with runners. Exceptionally poor judgment on the part of the hotel. Will not stay again even though we come every year.

We loved the location of the Delta Ocean Pointe across the Victoria inner harbour - fantastic views of the main downtown skyline, the harbour itself and a close walk across the bridge to all the restaurants and services. The Delta made bikes available to guests, which helps to see and enjoy the surrounding area for those that don't want to walk, or prefer a quicker mode of transportation.

The hotel’s location is great and our harbour view was fantastic. The service in the hotel’s restaurant was so good—they couldn’t have been friendlier. The only complaint worth mentioning is the ridiculous (in our opinion) price for parking. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property great friendly staff. Our room was spotless and we enjoyed the view of the front courtyard and sunset in the evenings from our window. We really enjoyed that it wasn’t directly downtown and was an easy 8 minute walk to downtown. Pool and hot tub was wonderful. The in house restaurant Lure was great! Crab Benedict was delicious, French toast and the Pot de crème was a crowd favourite! Will definitely book again.

Stayed for three nights. Work related. Great hotel. Very comfortable rooms. Opted for the harbour view and enjoyed gazing upon picturesque Victoria every morning. Great restaurant on site. Other restaurants and shopping are a 10 min walk away, or short Uber ride. Would stay again.

Great hotel, wonderful stay, good food but you have Lloyd of options a short walk away. The gym ideas good and the pool and hot tub were always used. Get the rooms with a view of the harbour. Skip The Club room options. You can get a better breakfast downstairs unless you have a large family.
