A wonderful place with great old ambiance, easy walking distance to the wharf and downtown. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The James served our purposes nicely.

The hotel is a great location in the historic James Bay Area. All the main attractions are within walking distance and there is plenty of parking on site - bonus in Victoria. The staff are friendly and helpful and the cafe does an excellent breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Victoria.
