We stayed for four nights , very disappointed the room had a chemical spill and unbearable to sleep in , we were moved to another room that had a broken TV , place looked and felt scruffy and unsanitary the surrounding area felt unsafe we will never return there

Liked that the kitchenette had dishes, supplies for washing dishes. The cabinet needed maintenence. One cabinet door had loose dangling hinges. The floor wasn't that clean. The only entrance was from the main lobby. The was no card entrance from the parking lot on the opposite side of the building. The room was small and overpriced.

I was put on the ground floor. It felt dark and very univiting. The walls must be thin because while i was trying to fall asleep i coukd clearly hear the tv next door blasting. I had to fall asleep will a pillow over my head

Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner was portable and very loud. Had to wear ear plugs and even then it was still loud. Elevator wasn’t working well. Parking was free. Parking spaces were narrow and short. We had a full size car and it was difficult to find a parking spot. The facility is very dated. There was no breakfast or coffee provided. The staff was friendly.

Old but clean. Suite doors aren’t great and sound projects from the hallway when noisy people walk by. Run some background noise in your room like the tv or wear earplugs to sleep if you can.

This was just a one night stay to attend a concert. Location is convenient, but surrounding area didn’t feel comfortable after dark. Very dated decor, but the room was a good size and clean. Beds were not comfortable, they could use an upgrade. Pillows were not comfortable at all. The worst part was the noise. We were next to a big family group occupying several rooms and they were loud and not considerate. There is no soundproofing (thin walls and gaps around doorway), so you hear everything. Price was reasonable but likely won’t stay again.

I expected so much more. Our room was in the 'basement'. The walls were paper thin. We were awakened by the sound of a police officer knocking on a nearby door, checking on a curfew. Awakened a second time by the neighbour's tv.

The room, kitchenette and bathroom were good. The only issue is the noise. Passage noise becausd the room doors are too thin and we could hear everything 2 doors up. Clearly. The walls are thin too. Everything was clean and the staff were all helpful.

Very clean rooms and all the amenities our family needed in the suite. What stood out was the excellent service, room was prepared earlier than scheduled due to our earlier than expected arrival. Offer of an alternative suite offered and staff genuinely could not have done more for us. Superb service and will be staying again when we visit Victoria again!

Staff seemed somewhat uncourteous and only doing what they have to do. I was waiting for service at the front desk, and a staff member was talking to the desk clerk while I was waiting for almost 5 minutes. I walked away.....not impressed at all. sorry.

The staff was on top of it! I was visiting Victoria for 2 nights for a work trip and the staff accommodated an early check in so I could do a work call in my room. The rooms were well appointed and clean. I loved having a kitchenette and the coffee was also good which was a bonus.

The staff were amazing going overboard to help when I had booked wrong found a way for us to stay on a Saturday night. So kind and gracious, I’d return or recommend them to friends. A good place to stay and convenient to everything in Victoria.

Management and staff is a scam here. The staff passes on false messages regarding services and when complaints are raised, the manager shows how he is least interested in any feedback regarding staff and customer service, defending staff to a point that declining every accusation that’s ON CAMERA The staff has no sense of respectfully attending customers. ‘Manager Chris’ makes false promises of compensation and once you are all checked out, nobody cares. Rather spend a few extra bucks but enjoy the city at a better accommodation

This hotel was a very pleasant surprise. Staff at the desk and cleaning staff were all very pleasant. Our room was amazing and very clean. Heard no noise and felt very safe. The only issue was parking. Once the front parking lot is filled, you have to park quite far from hotel entrance and due to a liquor store being attached to the hotel, there were some questionable people hanging outside. We circled the hotel for a bit and someone parked in the front parking area left so we were able to take their spot. Overall, I would definitely return again

Great location if looking for biking around Victoria. Galloping Goose Trail is adjacent to property and 20 minutes by bike to heart of city. The hotel has a pool and dimsum seafood restaurant. Rooms were spacious, clean, and updated. Full kitchenette including dishes, silverware, pans, linens, and hotpad. What more can you ask for.

It’s a nice Inn with approachable staffs. Unless you have car to bring in this place, it’s fine. Quite far from Parliament and popular spots so i would rather stay in downtown central area for easy access by walking.

Staff was nice and the room was decent but the hotel is located in a sketchy area. I was extremely nervous of my car being broken into as I was warned by multiple staff and there are signs everywhere not to leave valuables in your car. I parked it so I could see it from my room. I didn’t get any sleep as I kept looking outside as I could see numerous people coming off the galloping goose trail looking into my car and one guy O.D. beside my car and threw up everywhere.

Check in and check out was efficient. We loved our room, very comfortable beds marble floors, efficient kitchen area. Staff was lovely. A cab ride to the downtown waterfront was 11 to 14 dollars. The immediate area has a shopping center, A&W across the street. We had a great time. I will stay here again and I recommend it to anyone coming to Victoria.

This affordable property is a nice place for a short trip to Victoria. It is newly renovated, has a very decently stocked kitchenette which was great as there is no breakfast. It also has friendly and helpful staff, on site parking, and clean and comfortable rooms. There is an attached cocktail lounge and a shopping mall across the street with restaurants. Not downtown, but on a direct bus route with very reasonably priced day passes. Hot water consistency appears to depend on how many are using it but full housekeeping service is a nice plus.

From the Expedia photos, it looked like it was right downtown, surrounded by shops. But it was out a bit, maybe a 10 minute walk to the mall. The hotel didn't have a restaurant for breakfast, just a Chinese food place around the corner.
