As we say in the business: Location, Location, Location. This hotel is extremely well situated. Street that are people only abound. Stores and stores. Restaurant even if not great ones. The zocalo is 2 street corners away. You are in the center of the center. This hotel has everything: food, bar, reception. I enjoyed this trip at this hotel.

It is an old building so they constantly have problems with the water pipes. The day we checked in at 1pm there was no water, and so we were until 6pm Approx. The attention of front desk people wasn't so kind. Includes breakfast. The restaurant staff is quite friendly.

No me gustó el personal de recepción, los veo ya cansados sin ganas de ofrecer una experiencia agradable,te atienden menospreciado tu llegada como si te hicieran un favor, en el restaurante los meseros estresados, el estacionamiento fuera de la propiedad puede ser pasable fácilmente hasta que a media noche te acuerdas que dejaste cosas en el auto y que las necesitas, tienes que ir a dar una vuelticima enorme

Un poco desatento el personal, por otro lado y sin ofender, para ser un hotel de la cadena Best Western le falta que mejorar, está descuidado en instalaciones, paredes sucias, el baño necesita arreglo, colchones viejos, además olvide un cargador de teléfono, por lo menos deberian haberse comúnicado por servicio con el cliente pero no lo hicieron.

Es un hotel muy viejito, estaba limpio pero los baños tenían un olor feo que ni nos dieron ganas de bañarnos la cama cómoda pero la base ya estaba rota, le falta mantenimiento y falta que en su página pongan que solo dan desayunos a adultos, tuvimos que pelear para que me dieran los desayunos de mis hijos

El cuarto es pequeño pero muy limpio, la cama y almohadas muy comodas, no me gustó lo poco serviciales que son los chicos de recepción, necesite transportación al aeropuerto y no tenían información de que ofrecerme, la última noche hubo una fiesta en el lobby del hotel, le informe al chico que estaba en turno y solo se limitó a decirme que pues era una posada y que ya casi terminaba, cuando no podía descansar, ni una disculpa o compensación por el mal rato, el restaurante perfecto, comida muy rica y precios accesibles

Every time I make a hotel reservation thru Expedia I get the worst room the hotel has. And this time it was the same thing. First, the check in it took over an hour to get a room. They need it to get paid first by Expedia. Then I was giving a noise room on the second floor. it seems the hotel air conditioning system was outside the room. I asked for another room and Francisco gave me a room facing the local bars. The loud music didn’t stop until 5am. We got out of the hotel a left at 6am. Horrible place.

En general todo bien despues de 2 semanas de estar hospedado alli. Lo unico malo y deficiente es a la hora de que me extendieran mi factura me salieron con que no se podía que porque pague por una app. Les comente que por lo regular asi lo hago y el hotel me factura a lo que la app le pago al hotel. En ese aspecto muy mal porque me metieron en un problema grande por eso no lo recomiendo ya que ellos se metieron una lana y no facturan ni al huesped ni a la app ya que la app ni siquiera tiene oficinas en mexico. No volveria por ese echo ya que fue mucho dinero que no quisieron facturar. Mal personal .

Front desk charged us even though we prepaid for the room. I did not remember because it was a multiple stop trip, so I paid.Staff was horrible, Mariana needs A LOT of training. Room smells like cigarettes because people smoked in the room and left the cigarette butts by the window.Mattress was old, towels smelled like smoke too. Nobody seems to know what is going on. The only area in which the hotel was excellent, was the friendly and very helpful waiter at the breakfast. I will hire him any day!!!!

Pésima experiencia. Reservamos habitación con 3 camas y acceso a mascotas. Llegando nos dijeron que "unos clientes no se quisieron salir" y que no estaba disponible la habitación, solo con 2 camas. Después de mucho insistir y quejarnos, magicamente nos dieron la habitación de 3 camas. Era mentira que no estaba disponible. El personal es muy terco y no ofrece soluciones orientadas al cliente. _Hay que estarles insistiendo

As we say in the business: Location, Location, Location. This hotel is extremely well situated. Street that are people only abound. Stores and stores. Restaurant even if not great ones. The zocalo is 2 street corners away. You are in the center of the center. This hotel has everything: food, bar, reception. I enjoyed this trip at this hotel.

The prpoerty is nice🙃...very secure. There's a security guard 24/7. The restaurant has a good menu and the service is excellent. Hot water, the elevator, the house keepers and AC worked well all the time. Great downtown location. Plan to do your activities early. At night many bars open and that brings a different scenario, overall, I would stay there again, I do recommendations it.

Es un hotel muy viejito, estaba limpio pero los baños tenían un olor feo que ni nos dieron ganas de bañarnos la cama cómoda pero la base ya estaba rota, le falta mantenimiento y falta que en su página pongan que solo dan desayunos a adultos, tuvimos que pelear para que me dieran los desayunos de mis hijos

El hotel está muy bien, a pesar de que tiene varios años, se ve que le han dado su mantenimiento y se siente relativamente actual. El desayuno incluido está bien, a secas, su café sabía raro y falta un poco de atención al tomar las órdenes, y más meseros porque creo que solo tienen uno para atender a los huéspedes que tienen desayuno incluido. La atención de la que nos recibió en mostrador fue de 10, muy amable y gentil, cuarto limpio y me impresionó que a pesar de que nos dieron una habitación frente a la calle principal (que es muy transitada) no se escuchaban los ruidos ambientales, por lo que nos permitió pasar excelente noche.

Mucho ruido tanto del exterior como interno en el hotel, se escucha todo, por otro lado, en la reservacion no especifica o descripcion del hotel no especifica aue los niños no son contemplados para el desayuno incluido, cosa que me psrece muy inapropiada, ya que reserve dicho hotel por el desahuno incluido, muy mal que sea maneje con información engañosa

Our stay at this hotel was, for the most part, excellent. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The location was also perfect for what we had planned. We would have given this a five-star review, but the room was missing a refrigerator, which was a significant inconvenience during our stay. If a mini-fridge had been available, it would have been a perfect experience.
