The location is great, right across the street from the park. Rooms a spacious with balconies. Staff are kind. Restaurant is what you expect in hotels, overpriced for bad food. Pool area is amazing. Trees all over. Unfortunately on our pool day, they had rented it out to a big kids pool party.

Aunque es un hotel con historia sus instalaciones están muy bien mantenidas. Únicamente el que está bastante descuidado es el mobiliario del gym. Deberían invertir un poco en renovar los equipos. La alberca es preciosa, el bufete de desayuno espectacular, la atención de todos desde que llegas es cálida, atenta y te ayudan a resuelven lo que necesites rápidamente. Llegue una hora y media antes del check in y sin ningún problema sin siquiera comentar la hora me dieron rápidamente mi habitación. Definitivamente será el hotel donde me hospede cada vez que visite VILLAHERMOSA. Además la ubicación inmejorable

El mal servicio fue al ir ala alberca solicité que el menú que lo levantaran en la alberca y jamás llegó el mesero pasaron 1 horas y nunca llegó a levantar la orden fui a recepción a dar mi queja y no resolvieron nada tuve que pedir mis alimentos por afuera y llegaron en menos de 20 minutos por Uber Eats

No validaron mi reservación, me dijeron que no le aparecía, y le dije te dictó nuevamente el número de itinerario pues así se llama aquí en la aplicación, y me contestó el joven muy molesto, su número de itinerario no me sirve, y le digo amigo aquí es lo que t dan como número de reservación porfa podría checar que los números que t dicte, te aparezcan y con carota me contestó mmmm ok, pero capaz y ni lo busco y me dijo no, no está y a media noche me tuve que ir a buscar otro hotel, por qué a esa hora estaba llegando a hacer Check in, (ya estaba pagada la habitación) como para que me salieran con eso

Aunque es un hotel con historia sus instalaciones están muy bien mantenidas. Únicamente el que está bastante descuidado es el mobiliario del gym. Deberían invertir un poco en renovar los equipos. La alberca es preciosa, el bufete de desayuno espectacular, la atención de todos desde que llegas es cálida, atenta y te ayudan a resuelven lo que necesites rápidamente. Llegue una hora y media antes del check in y sin ningún problema sin siquiera comentar la hora me dieron rápidamente mi habitación. Definitivamente será el hotel donde me hospede cada vez que visite VILLAHERMOSA. Además la ubicación inmejorable

Un excelente lugar con buena ubicación, su buffet es muy rico y la atención es grandiosa... Tardaron un poco en entregarme la habitación y el agua de Alberca estaba muy fría tal vez eso le reste puntos. Pero en general muy buena calificación para este lugar.
