The people who are running this motel are a fantastic couple. They are always willing to assist when required. The motel owner needs to spend some money upgrading the room as it is dated. We stayed in a family room which was fine for our situation. It has a basic kitchen for cooking meals, decent fridge and freezer, two modern TV's, beds etc. The room had a bit of a damp issue on one of the brick walls and the plug above the stove was definitely not up to Australian standards. The queen bed was a bit hard for our liking (needs a bed topper) but the pillows were okay, The single beds were soft and comfortable. The room had a few cob webs in the kitchen area and the people who are running it appreciated us advising them as the cleaner had obviously missed them. The motel is near a major road but the rooms were reasonable quiet as they were out the back. Wagga gets cold in winter and the rooms were warm with the air cons. Plenty of security and parking for one vehicle. A little spruce up in the rooms and remove the grass from the gutters will go along way.

We could not recommend this motel high enough. Firstly there was a minor reservation issue resolved with with a caring attitude by Ron. Secondly we had a medical issue at the time of checkout which was dealt with sympathetically and again with care and concern on a very busy day. We were very grateful. The apartment was roomy, well equipped and very clean.
