Had a late check-in which worked well. Had the best sleep ever in a motel. The bed was so comfortable. Great shower and large tv. Quiet air-conditioning and even the fridge was super quiet. About the only small improvement would be some lights in the car park. Maybe motion sensors would work as it was very dark. But highly recommended and will use again.

It was quiet In the room we found dust on the bedside tables When we needed receptionist help at around 8.20 pm , she was gone already. In my booking it’s said, that reception open till 10 pm. Although restaurant was closed. Shower head is not suitable .You can’t wash lower part of the body Marina Borovik. Sydney

The room had not been cleaned however the reception staff moved us quickly to a different room. We ordered a room service breakfast however it did not arrive, on questioning this with reception we were told the kitchen was closed (on a Monday) we were offered a complimentary buffet breakfast for the next day. When we arrived at breakfast most of the coshes were low or empty especially bacon, we advised the girl on reception who immediately spoke to the kitchen. After 5 minutes or so items stated coming out one at a time - mushrooms, baked beans, hash browns - each about 5 minutes apart. Finally the sort after bacon arrived. A long wait for a simple but important item. The staff were always pleasant and apologetic.

Reception staff were less than pleasant. Hardly spoke other than requested credit card and copy of licence. Only one room key offered despite 2 people in room. Room was very heavily scented with windows closed so the smell was overpowering. TV kept losing signal so we ended up switching off as we couldn’t watch any channels! WIFI was also very unreliable and patchy so that was annoying. Very disappointing stay, I would not recommend for price.

Nice modern bathroom, but the rest of the room was quite antiquated. The reverse cycle heating smelt stale and dirty, I feel it needs a good clean. The door from outside in to the passageway slammed shut each time it was used, very noisy in our nearby room..

One of the classiest hotels in Wagga. Lovely modern furnishings, comfortable bed. Extremely clean room and shower. Offers room service and minibar. Luxurious touches eg nescafe dolce machine. Would stay again. Rooms as pictured. Nice and quiet with a huge TV

Pro: * Easy late check in process - I appreciated that the hotel check in with me to find out what time I would be arriving and upon knowing that I'll be arriving quite late, made the appropriate arrangements to cater for self check in and to allow me to obtain the room keys. * Blackout blinds and double glazing meant no disturbance from the road noises Cons: * Shower area - The shower curtain does not stop water splashes to the toilet area which is right next to it so after showering the floor area around the toilet would be wet. * Whilst windows are double-glazed, noises from the slamming of neighbouring room doors can be heard pretty loudly from inside our room which woke us up a few times, along with conversations of people waiting for the elevator as our room was directly next to it.

Upon check-in I found that Jenna was extremely rude and not understanding of situation. I explained to her that I was going to be arriving late and arranged for a friend that was also staying at hotel to collect my key. I spoke to 4 other people that had nil issues, however Jenna reported that this was not possible. Jenna then requested that I break the law by sending her a copy of my details and license whilst driving down the freeway. Not really sure if that is appropriate to request. Upon arriving, I was advised that room was in the late checking box, however when attempting to access same there was an error and the box would not work. Once received the key, I entered room to find that the television was not working, so I called to report same, however no answer to call. This was disappointing to me as I do travel a lot and don’t have this issue in other places. I thought being a major hotel in a rural area the treatment to consumers would be better.

Everything is excellent except to the breakfast in the hotel big different to quality of the hotel and quality of the breakfast zero rate I’m not suggesting to anyone using breakfast of the hotel $30 for only 1 choices of egg And $5 extra for each coffee it’s called buffet should be everything included and lots of different options for breakfast

Fantastic hotel with very friendly staff. The rooms are decadent, stylish and so comfortable. The food in the restaurant is out of this world and if you're not into fine dining you can literally walk across the road to a wonderful pub.

Bed was very comfortable, bathroom was nice although toilet seat moved when sitting down. Block out curtains were great although the tv shines a bright light underneath it in your face. No bed side lamps and lighting isn’t great.Evacuation alarm at 7.45am getting us to race to get dressed then saying sorry disregard was annoying. The worst thing was the buffet breakfast. At a discount rate of $20 a head, we arrived 50 mins before breakfast ended and the juices were nearly empty and so was the milk. Nothing had been replenished, hard bacon and dead mini sausages eggs were dried out. I asked the staff to replenish and after 20 mins they came out with a few little sausages and a bit of bacon. We ended up having a slice of toast and leaving. Very bad.

We loved staying at the International Hotel. The staff are exceptional and the rooms wonderfully decorated and comfortable and we also really enjoyed the restaurant. We will certainly return when we next stay in Wagga Wagga. Great work!
