Clean try and spacious room Whilst the the building is of an old style the fixtures and fitting were reasonably modern. parking for large trailer and caravan is extremely limited I was able to negotiate an overnight park for both my large trailer and car. this may not always be possible. Thank for a comfortable and plesent 4 day stay

Very underwhelming. Really needs updating and a really detailed clean. Sad note on the fridge made me too scared to use anything. Booked online thru the pet friendly site, but apparently they prefer u to call to book pets in but that wasn’t noted on the website before I paid. Also apparently cats aren’t included! Was a very sad experience overall and left not a very fond feeling for Wagga. Sorry.

Considering that this was a last minute booking, it was very good, very clean, affordable, central. On a busy road, maybe not for light sleepers, but I suspect that goes for most hotels in Wagga Wagga.

It was okay. Budget room with limited space, very noisy from our neighbours (can hear everything outside the doors/windows) but fairly quiet in the midnight hours. Nothing fancy but it was a place to stay. You get what you pay for. Don't love that you check in via a window - made me think the area is unsafe. Probably won't stay again but it was okay.

It is a great budget and clean Motel in a convenient location. Check-in is done through a security grill which makes you wonder what type of motel this is? City Park is quiet and located in a safe part of town.

The manager was rude. He made us give our credit card details even though we had paid and booked on hotel.com. I said we have paid for this stay and he said no we haven’t when I showed him the debit for Hotel.com he said that he needed everybody’s credit card details also he had no understanding about our Service dog and tried to charge us $30 for our stay extra because she was with us. A registered Service dog has full access everywhere and it is illegal to charge a fee for a dog to be there, the room was ordinary and Just okay about 1 o’clock in the morning there was banging and yelling from somebody and swearing the whole stay was a disaster and obviously we would never stay again.

All of the staff (reception, bar/restaurant staff, cleaning staff) were all friendly and professional. Particular mention to the staff at the bar on Friday and Saturday evening who were professional and attentive. I would recommend and will stay again.
