Check in was terrible no parking in front. Had to drop off my wife to check in and drive around 4 blocks to come back around. Have to go up in the parking garage to the 6th floor. Parking does not cone with the room, it’s an extra cost. It should be free with the room.

Gym equipment very old and required maintenace. The suite had an isufficient number blankets for the bed and sofa bed. Even though the suite hada kitchenette, the was no cutlery. In the kitchenette. The coffee machine failed to work. Needto purchase better quality equipment. Although there was a parking garage at the hotel, the hotel charged $17 per day for parking. Very expensive. The benefits received for the cost of the suite did not justify the cost.

The room was big with quality pillows and a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet had a decent selection, and the food was prepared well. If you park, get the "park and dine" option to make it cheaper. The one issue is parking since the ramps are tight (the tires of the SUV I rented scraped against the curbs a couple of times).

The hotel itself is nice, clean, friendly staff, and the location to the Canada Life centre is top notch. The attached Starbucks is a dream. Unfortunately the traffic and busses are crazy in front and around the hotel, was very difficult to find where the parkade was and how to get into it. Not really the hotels fault but absolutely something to plan ahead for!

It's an older hotel in center city. Accessible by car is somewhat a challenge. 1 way street and narrow entrance. There is a parking garage at extra cost and it has very narrow and steep driveways. The room was clean and the air fresh. Appreciated the bottles of water. Thanks.

Firstly, accessing the front door and parking was a nightmare, very congested and have to continuously drive around to get to the parkade. Our room was very dirty, some kind of spill or vomit on the wall by the window. Gross old carpet on the floor that felt damp. Shower did not drain. I would expect this at a $100 hotel, unfortunately they are charging $250+.

When my guest and I checked in to our room we found it to be nasty. There were crumbs of food and stains on the bed sheets and someone had used the toilet and did not flush after they were done. There was dust on everything as well as the air conditioning filter was disgustingly filthy.

The hotel is conveniently located, the rooms are renovated, and the customer service is excellent. However, if you’re like me, and enjoy watching TV or news in between sights, I would not recommend this hotel. The TVs do not work and I even moved rooms. I'll do this as pros and cons. Pros. If you are going to an event at Canada Life Centre or other things downtown, the location is great. Staff were friendly but I didn't really engage much with them. That's about it. Cons. Walls are paper thin. Do everything you can to avoid a room anywhere near the elevator. We were "upgraded" to a renovated room. Not sure what was renovated as the shower looked like it was from the 70's and the room was still quite small. The room was beside the elevator and it was like hearing a train. All night long. Then people get off the elevator, and I'll never understand why people talk so loud in hallways. But, you hear everyone. A desk phone in another room was ringing at one point and it was so loud and clear I thought it was in our room. The wind rattles the window all night and you can hear outside noise very easy. The hotel definitely gets away with what they charge because of location but I won't stay there again.

Very rude front desk staff. Shouldn’t work there if they want to be ignorant and seemed racist as it happened to someone indigenous as well. Hopefully they get spoken to because behaviour like that should not be tolerated especially while checking in guests. Never again.

The hotel doesn’t have much in the way of amenities but the hotel was good. The rooms were a little basic, but clean and comfortable. It was a perfect location for us because we were going to an event at the Canada Life Centre and it was literally right next to the hotel. The surrounding area isn’t great. There are some restaurants nearby and it’s a short walk to the Forks area which is really nice. As a note, be careful walking around at night in this area. We noticed a lot of sirens in the night.

The bar restaurant was lack luster for sure. Maybe because it was such a nice hotel I expected to much from the bar area which didn’t have a bartender who could make any sort of cocktails (probably thee worst whiskey sour I’ve ever had). I know that seems petty but just wanted to give a heads up that if you go there keep it simple beer/rye coke etc. The waitress was lovely though and the hotel was nice with great views of the city. And such an amazing location. For sure stay here, without debate.

The warm wood decor in the room and the excellent view through reasonably clean windows, and the photos of Winnipeg were pleasant and relaxing. The buffet breakfast special was a good price and healthy choices were available. We were pleased with exceptional friendly courteous service in the restaurant and as well as at the front desk, We were sorry we could not use the bathtub as the tub stopper had been removed in both of our rooms.

Parking expensive, not heated, not connected to hotel. Luxury 19th floor had painters tape on the walls, holding down the peeling wallpaper. Breakfast in private 19th floor dining room had good selection, but everything that was supposed to be hot (eggs, bacon, hashbrowns, sausage) was cold, even as it was being brought out. Ask the managers of the closest Super 8 how to keep breakfast buffet food hot ... they seem to do it a quarter of the price.

Loved the modern, clean rooms & beds were very comfy. Was very disappointed that the lounge/ restaurant wasn’t open past 8 pm. Would be nice to celebrate after a Jets win ! You should offer a snack vending machine & microwave. We stayed at the Radisson for location … will have to rethink this in future.

The parking is very congested and has a very low ceiling, would advise checking your vehicle’s height before entering the parking as there are several low spots. The doors on the rooms have a very large gap at the bottom allowing for all sounds from the hall to enter the room and vice versa. The hotel is very close to the Canada Life Center & the Burton Cummings Theatre which is a plus.
