Pretty basic. Convenient for the circuit over the road. Large hotel with a small car park. The rooms are basic and tired. Stayed for 3 nights and the room wasn’t touched by housekeeping at all. Which is fine, I had enough towels etc but why leave a coffee machine with only a couple of pods and leave one bottle of water but not replace it when it’s used?

I had a room on the 4th floor and rooms have all had a re fit since I was last at this hotel back in March. Easy location for the circuit but it is a little annoying paying for the car park on top of the hotel price €18 a night :-( handy for a track day with Opentrack.co.uk

Über die Lage muss ich nichts mehr schreiben. In 2 Minuten zu Fuß an den Stand, direkt eine Bushaltestelle vor dem Hotel. Insgesamt hat das Hotel seine beste Zeit schon hinter sich jedoch die Zimmer sind gepflegt. Das Personal ist immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück ist reichhaltig und es wird für ein abwechselndes Angebot gesorgt. In Holland kostet Parken immer Geld. Das Hotel hat einen eigenen Parkplatz mit 8 Ladestationen für eAutos. Bei bessere Belegung reicht der Parkplatz nicht aus. Alles in allem kann man hier einen schönen Aufenthalt haben - vor allem wenn man Strand und Umgebung nutzt bzw. erkundet, ist das Hotel ein idealer Ausgangspunkt

Good size clean room and good service. The only thing that let this hotel down was the car charging was not easy to use nor did it work for me despite scanning the qr code and making an initial payment. If using these chargers it is best to have an RFID card which worked for the Dutch who held membership with the charging network. If you are visiting from another country, it may be more difficult to charge. Note to hotel - since you receive visitors from many different countries, a simpler charging network would benefit guest like myself.

Die Parkgebühr von 16,50 € pro Nacht auf den Parkplatz in freien ist Abzocke. Das zahl ich in besseren Hotels noch nicht mal für die Hoteleigene Tiefgarage. Die 4 Sterne sind nicht mehr gerechtfertigt. Das war einmsl wo das Hotel noch neuer war.

Wir waren jetzt für 6 Tagen da gewesen für diesen Preis 285€ pro Nacht hätte ich mehr erwartet. Der Teppich war etwas schmuddelig und sehr viel schmutz Flecken. Kein Pantoffel zum anziehen im Zimmer. Parkplatz vom Hotel war ständig besetzt, wenn frei war war die Schranke kaputt müssten wir draußen parken für 30€ am Tag. Aufzug auch ein Tag kaputt teilweise müssen wir laufen hoch und runter. Die Dusche war undicht, müssten wir ständig Putzen mit 2 großen Handtüchern. Aber personal waren sehr Nett. Das Frühstücksbüffet waren reichlich. Im ganzen ausreichend bis befriedigend. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn Sie den Teppichboden austauschen 🙂

Es war alles gut, außer das das komplette Gebäude renovierungsbedürftig ist. Ich habe 250€ die Nacht bezahlt um in den 80ern zu schlafen. Zudem finde ich es nicht schön bei diesen Preisen nochmals 15€ pro Tag für das parken bezahlen zu müssen. Dennoch fand ich das Personal überragend freundlich.

Der Blick aufs Meer von unserem Zimmer aus war sehr schön. Wir haben die Sonnenuntergänge genossen. Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich. Das Zimmer war nicht top modern, aber sehr sauber.

Hauptproblem Familienzimmer: Trotz meiner Meldung.. Zimmer Boden komplett dreckig, Staub und Farb Reste..!! Tisch kaputt, Schrank Tür Mini Küche kaputt..!! Wc teilweise defekt, Wasser läuft immer wieder weiter.. Mini Küche komplett gelbe Flecken, und fertig..!! Alles an der Rezeption gemeldet, und um Erledigung gebeten. Habe denen gesagt, das ich Herz kranke Tochter und Baby dabei habe. Kein Problem erledigen sofort, werden Zimmer wischen lassen. Sachen reparieren lassen. Usw. Nach drei Stunden kamen wir wieder nur Fernbedienung haben die gebraucht. Schade um mein Geld, muss dafür hart arbeiten. Am liebsten würde ich nur , 1/3 für das Familienzimmer zahlen. Für so eine Welt unternehmen/Marke als Hotel Betreiber leider sehr schlecht. Für nix knapp 200€ weg

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Das Hotel ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, aber ok. Das Badezimmer war relativ sauber. Der Teppich hatte Flecken und müsste alleine aus hygienischen Gründen ausgetauscht werden. Die Lage ist top und das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist ok.

Die Lüftung im Zimmer und gesamten Hotel war schlecht. Die Sauberkeit auf den Zimmern war überhaupt nicht gut. Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Eingangbereich war schön, das Personal war super freundlich. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig.

Prima hotel om een paar dagen te verblijven. Alleen de matrassen oo de bedden zijn achterhaald. Matrassen met spiraalvering is nirt meer van deze tijd. Zeer slecht voor je rug en spieren. Een medium hard traagschuimmatras is tegenwoordig bijna de standaard. Daar zouden ze nog wat aan kunnen verbeteren. Voor de rest uitstekend hotel met zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

The staff at reception were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived on our bicycles and there was a big storage shed for cycles in the car park. This is locked over night. Our room was amazing. Had booked the sea view room, which I highly recommend. I think we received a free upgrade to a suite, which was on the top floor. It had amazing ceiling windows and view of the sea. The little shop was very handy and we got a few drinks and snacks to watch the sunset by. Bed was very comfortable and the huge bathroom was very relaxing.

We had a family „room“ .. more like a suite with about 80m2.. everything was quite comfortable. We liked the free coffee in the entrance lounge. Staff was very friendly. We would come back anytime.

The staff were not very friendly. When we arrived we were only given our room key and not told anything else. After we then asked what we had to do to use the Sauna. They told us all we had to do was ask to have it turned on 1h before. Then when we asked the next day at 16:00h they told us only 18-22 h. Then they very reluctantly put it on sooner for us.. Generally, some parts of the hotel were nice and clean and some seemed like they were from 1970. The fitness room and spa centre seemed lifeless and not clean at all. Maybe there used to be a spa there and they had to move out or something. We stayed for three nights and asked room service to clean our room later (after they knocked at 8 am). The room was not cleaned once… for the price we paid the service was an absolute joke.

Staff was neither kind nor helpful from check in to check out. Room was nice but floor was not cleaned. Air conditioning said 18 Celsius but room was never under 23 Celsius and was uncomfortable. Expecting more for this price point.

Was teleurstellend! Begon al met het inchecken, lange rijen, 1 balie open! Bijna 3 kwartier gewacht! Kamer was wel netjes, maar wel toe aan vernieuwing! Ontbijt was prima! Toen uitchecken, dat ging vlot, totdat we werden gevraagd of we geparkeerd hadden. We bevestigde dit, toen moesten we €14,50 betalen. Dit is normaal geen probleem, maar tijdens het inchecken werd er gezegd, doordat de slagboom was afgebroken tijdens de storm, we gratis konden in en uitrijden. Beetje vreemd, dat je dan toch nog moet betalen! Al met al een teleurstellend verblijf, we waren beter gewend van NH Zandvoort!

Es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt und geschmacklich gab es auch nichts zu beanstanden. Abends kann man gut im Restaurant dinieren; auch die Bar lädt zum Verweilen ein. Größter Negativpunkt ist der allgemeine Zustand des Hotels. Wir hatten sowohl eine Suite, als auch ein Standardzimmer. Leider waren beide sehr abgewohnt - ein Eindruck den das ganze Hotel (mit Ausnahme des Lobby-Bereichs) vermittelt. Haben dort übernachtet um nah an der Rennstrecke und am Strand zu sein. Dafür war es peefekt. Frühstück war ausreicheind. Zimmer mit viel Platz, Bad zweckmäßig.

So if either of those two things are what bring you to this quaint town.....then the average rooms, average hotel restaurant food and well average EVERYTHING works to put your head on a pillow at night....then this is the place for you!

Groot hotel op loopafstand van de zee en het dorpje. Nette service, ruime kamers met echt heerlijke bedden en een uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Minpuntje zijn de forse parkeerkosten (14.50) en de badkamer is iets gedateerd en douchen in bad. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Der Blick aufs Meer von unserem Zimmer aus war sehr schön. Wir haben die Sonnenuntergänge genossen. Das Personal war sehr nett und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich. Das Zimmer war nicht top modern, aber sehr sauber.

Als je op het circuit moet zijn of een dagje strandlopen wil doen is de locatie ideaal. Gebouw is verouderd, incheck duurt te lang, te veel onervaren personeel, ontbijt te standaard, avondbar en keuken te vroeg dicht en het zat echt vol met rustige leuke mensen, onbegrijpelijk. Er is helaas ook niet veel beter in de aanbieding in Zandvoort.

I had a room on the 4th floor and rooms have all had a re fit since I was last at this hotel back in March. Easy location for the circuit but it is a little annoying paying for the car park on top of the hotel price €18 a night :-( handy for a track day with Opentrack.co.uk

We had a family „room“ .. more like a suite with about 80m2.. everything was quite comfortable. We liked the free coffee in the entrance lounge. Staff was very friendly. We would come back anytime.
